Last 2 times I've had a take away order they've forgotten to put the other half of my wings in the bag. Most recently I ordered large wing, fried pickles and buffalo chips and asked for celery, ranch and blue cheese. I received carrots and one ranch.. what am I gonna do with one ranch. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings ready to dive into their delicious spinach artichoke dip. Once I got there I was let down. Not only did they take off half of their menu, but even with only around 10 customers in the entire building my food still got out to me very delayed. I'm not sure if they were low staffed today, but it was an overall mediocre experience. read more

Called ahead for take out and was told it would take about 8 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes I said I wanted my food or a refund. They proceded to give me an incomplete order. Thew were swamped with many orders that were put in to the kitchen in a short time. It could have been handled better but I was not insulted. read more

I usually don't like chains, but I love BW3, They have good food, wonderful trivia and a very nice staff. The music is loud and terrible, but that is easy to overlook. read more

Excellent bathrooms...not a fan of the old lame sports clips playing on the tvs. Also...our server Ed was a bit TOO cheerful if ya catch my drift. He was having a bit too much fun with the group. At one point he tried to join our table, which turned out to be slightly awkward. Way to go Ed... The ambiance is sub-par, I mean we can barely see our food. Where are my wings? I don't know... This food is taking FOREVER! And why is there a broom and dustpan next to our table? If you think we're messy eaters, just tell us straight up! You don't have to drop such obvious hints. read more

I ordered the chicken wrap. The chicken was way overcooked and hard like it sat out for hours. It was so sharp, I have scratches in my mouth. Someone at our table's mozz sticks weren't done. All the appetizers were REALLY greasy! My husband liked the wings. Waited forever for everything and anything. Felt like for as many people that were working, things should've been faster. Better redo your motto to "Wings, beer, dumpster fire of customer service." Went in for lunch, ordered two of the 15 minute lunch specials. Waitress took about 3 minutes to bring us our tablet, and the meals took 14:43. How ironic. When I asked I was informed they go off the time on the tablet and not off the time of when you actually order. Got the food, and was delightfully surprised by not having any refills on drinks the entire time we were there. I would have been better off walking across the street to Walmart, buying a soda, and walking back. The only thing consistent about this place is how pathetic the service is literally every time we go there. Congrats on being mediocre. read more

Very good service. I like the wings. They are much better than the wings served by the restaurant that caters to perverts. Lots of TVs if you are into the game. Unfortunately, the acoustics in this place are terrible. It is very loud and almost a tinny, uncomfortable, industrial sort of noise . Maybe next time I will carryout. read more

BWW is exactly what it sets out to be, a place with a simple menu, good for getting drinks and watching sports. You probably won't find yourself blown away by the food. We typically go to watch football during the season, but usually eat somewhere else before kickoff. BWW is great to kick back, have a couple beers, and maybe split a platter of wings. Get there early before the packers kickoff if you want a seat at the bar. read more

I only go to this place for the odd UFC fight- here and there. I prefer this place to the other chain wings place Hooters... for a number of reasons... Mostly so I do not have to watch other men embarrass themselves with the way they lecherously look at the servers... bleegh.. Also because the Wings here are way better here then they are at Hooters... That being said... the sauces are all pretty much the same, and they are actually not that good... Its ok.. Huge beers for a decent price... The chairs are meh... but there are so many Screens to look at that you rarely notice... I probably won't go back, because I prefer to get a gathering together at my house... none of these restaurants can touch me for what I can make.... But if the group was too large.. or if they just HAD to go somewhere.. I would steer them in this direction over Hooters anyday... read more

I like this place I guess ... I have been to other BW3 restaurants that I like more because they have a little more space and more big screens. But, I am a fan of the wings and a decent variety of taps. Onalaska does not have a wide variety of sports bars so ... like it or not ... this will have to do! read more

The 20 min wait before the waiter showed up at our table of 3 to say he'd be back soon is how we started out. Surprised as the place was less than half full. After he returned he took our orders and left. 5 mins later he returned with 2 waters and 1 incorrect beverage. We sucked it up though and waited for our food. A while later another young man delivers out food minus silverware and 1 of the orders came out wrong size and item. This person got to watch us eat. Not that it was great, as the wings were cold and only one of us received celery. I asked for a 2nd Ranch but that never arrived either. After about a total of 1 hour of the worse and last trip I will ever take to this location I went to the desk to ask for to go boxes. The person with the late food got theirs hot but late. The other two plates were cold, we thought we might as well take them home and heat them up. I know I have ranch dressing there too. I don't know who is running this location but they need to be replaced. Never has compared to the other locations I have visited. Quality doesn't exist at this location. read more

Really love the BWW franchise--twin cities love--but this particular restaurant struggles w basic service. Twice in a row we sat for 10 minutes before being served at our table. The second time, it wasn't even busy and we just left. The mgmt team was all sitting at a table having a meeting and they silently watched us go. I guess they didn't care.... read more

Shocked and extremely disappointed. Buffalos has been a good go-to for our busy nights. We purchased well over $50 worth of wings and a side salad for take-out. The salad was flimsy and dripping with dressing. Wings were so under cooked that we had to cook them in the oven for 12 minutes (I guess their new concept is take and bake). The French fries were cold and service was slow. Sad because we will not be ordering from them again. read more

The wings are great but everyone pretty much knows that. This location has a nice outdoor patio and typically a lively atmosphere. The service is...Bleh. Non-chalant is a good word to sum it up. The patio unfortunately doubles as their smoking area. The best meal we've had here is the curbside to-go. We requested the patio and all was good until midway through our meal, two guys (appeared to be kitchen staff and/or a manager) came out to use the patio for a smoke and to call their friend on their cell phone. My husband and I ordered take out the other night the guy on the phone was pleasant and answered my question accordingly. Food was ready in a timely manner. When we picked up the food everyone at the front was very friendly. We unfortunately got home and released my husband's wings were bone-in instead of bone-out like we had ordered. I called and ended up speaking to the manager who had them make some fresh wings. We again went back picked them up got home and to my surprise we find a gift certificate for our troubles.
