I'm really disappointed with my recent visit to Buffalo Wild Wings. My Husband and I were shopping on Sunday December 28, 2025, at around 4:50 pm and smelled the wings. Was Very excited to try. However, the service was slow, the store was very dirty, the food quality was below expectations, and the overall experience felt neglected. The food took long and when we finally received the wings were lukewarm and lacking flavor--nowhere near the standard I've come to expect from this chain. What made the experience worse was the lack of attentiveness from the bartender/Server- Mayaning. We struggled to get basic things like drink refills, a plate/ tray and napkins. Neither her nor the other server seemed concerned about whether guests were being taken care of. Mind you were sitting at the Bar right in front. Both kept disappearing to the back. For a place known for sports, wings, and a fun atmosphere, this visit fell flat. First of all this rating has nothing to do with our server. Paige was amazing for our large party! So sweet and attentive and if I was just rating her, she'd get an easy 5 stars. Unfortunately, the restaurant entrance blackboard had an offensive writing. It said "listen to HH by Ye." Promoting a song praising antisemitism made us feel uncomfortable, to say the least. It's very possible that someone who was not an employee wrote this. However, when we brought this to the attention of the host, he said "I just got here" and seemed annoyed we brought it to his attention. We stayed for over two hours and when we left; that was still present on the board. There is clearly poor management if a song glorifying hate crime is allowed to be shared. We love the chicken wrap and how good it is varies from location to location but I will say this time THIS location had the best wrap thus far! A generous amount of boneless chicken, lettuce, tomatoes and cheese. I get the medium sauce on the side to add a little zing! Also tried the Queso and chips for the first time. We normally order the fried pickles but wanted to try something different. The Queso was bomb!! Meaning delicious! We came here for Monday night football and it was not crowded or super busy. We waited 25 minutes to see our waiter after getting out drink then we ordered wings and an appetizer platter and after 35 minutes only the wings were served. I ended up canceling the platter after waiting 54 minutes . I am not sure if it's the wait staff or cooking staff but this place is terrible. Bad food, bad service. This was one of the worst dining experiences I've ever had. I ordered chicken wings and a burger with fries. The burger was dry and hard, almost stale. The fries tasted like they had been fried multiple times, many of them dark and overly crispy. The chicken wings were fried multiple times, with blackened chicken bones, and the sauce was overly sweet--almost masking any actual flavor. It felt like these dishes had been sitting around or fried multiple times. The service was just as bad. There were at least 10 employees, but no one paid attention to us. I asked one guy for a fork and napkin -- he said okay but never came back. We had to look around and wave for help, but no one checked on us. Also, no ketchup on the table and no Coke refills. I have tried many times and time to wait for them to receive receipts even though the shop only has 1/3 of customers, quite empty. My husband and I came for a date night on 9/15 and we decided to sit at the bar because he had just gotten off from work and was hungry. We thought faster service yeah right. It took 1 hour for per of our food to come out and after 30 mins in top of that hour the rest of our meal was not out. After 2 hours our food was not out so we decided to leave. The manager did nothing. Today 11/7 we decided to give it another try and I'm just done with BWW at the Outlets. And hour later our food was not out. Other people that came 30 mins after us got their food. Our order was taken around 7:30 and we left at 8:32 with no food. We only drank our drinks. You guys need to do better. This is the worst Buffalo Wild Wings location in Orange County. It was a disaster from start to finish. Tonight, the service was painfully slow. When we arrived, it took an unacceptably long time--about 15 minutes--for anyone to even acknowledge us. After we were seated, we waited even longer for someone to introduce themselves and get us drinks and food. Once the appetizer arrived, the waiter still didn't show up until after we were halfway through it. Not once did he come by to check on refills, and I had to repeatedly track him down just to get his attention. On top of that, he had little to no knowledge of the menu. Food is average at best. We were given outdated happy hour menus. There was something called a chicken dawg or something with the word dawg in it. And we were so curious about it but were told it no longer is available. Cool, maybe tape over it or make a new menu so people don't ask about it. It wasn't busy. Burnt pretzel knots the app also automatically chose a closer BWW base of where I was driving when I had already picked a BWW more convenient on the way to work I will complain about that in the app because it switched it to the closer BWw at checkout and I didn't have time to verify the address because I was driving in a hurry. Have been here before on a weekday and it wasn't as bad, this time it was a Saturday early evening (5pm) and I heard servers say to their tables (including ours) throughout the night "sorry we're backed up." 1. It took almost an hour to get a beer and a shot of Patron. One bartender was working behind the bar and he didn't look busy. And - when we checked in for the fourth time after that hour, only then did the waitress tell us they were out of the beer we ordered. 2. Ordered a Moscow mule that never came. 3. I get a different service experience when I'm at the outdoor bar vs when I'm at the indoor bar. I don't understand why, but when I'm at the outdoor bar, it seems like the bartenders are annoyed with me. They are very cold and never smile at me. When I'm at the indoor bar, the bartenders are friendly and courteous. I'm not particularly outgoing, but I do try to be friendly when I go to the bar (either bar). All you can eat buffalo wings are good for $19.99 for boneless and for traditional you can get for $5 dollars more. The first round will get you 10 wings and you can have two flavors in that round however, once you are close to being done with that first round, they will come around and ask what you would like for your second round, which will be of six. As stated before, Tanya was rocking it tonight and totally made me think twice about the service here at Buffalo Wild Wings . She was on top of it, constantly checking in on us, bringing us water and napkins and also checking in to making sure we were good. Although we did wait a good 20 minutes between each round of wings. Where do I start. Came in to get lunch, was told by the waiter they needed a card on file but they will not charge it and we can pay cash or use a different card later. Food came out and service was horrible. Waitress did not check to see if we needed refills or if we wanted to order anything else. Finally finished our food and the waitress was missing the entire time took us about 10mins to get the check. When the check came out I told the waitress I wanted to use a different card and said that was fine. Someone else brought me the receipt and the card I gave the waitress was not there I then asked for my card back and a different waitress brought me someone else discover card. I told her that was not my card and she asked for my name and brought another receipt for my debit card. So both cards were ran and when I told the manager she tried to hide the other receipt telling me the other receipt was for another table with the same amount I had just paid I asked to see the last 4 digits on the card and to my surprise it was my credit card.
