The visit started off deceptively well--the drink was solid, and the queso had me thinking this might be a decent meal. But then, the chicken arrived. And when I say it was the worst chicken I have eaten in 25 years, I mean it. "Lukewarm" would be a generous description--this chicken was barely above room temperature, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours before begrudgingly making its way to my table. Dry, rubbery, and utterly devoid of flavor, it was an insult to the very concept of chicken. I wouldn't serve this to my worst enemy, let alone expect someone to pay for it. Service? Meh. The staff didn't seem particularly interested in whether the food was edible or not. No desire to make things right, no real concern for the quality of what they were serving. After 100s of visits to Buffalo Wild Wings around the country...here I am left again with another disappointing attempt at rekindling my weekly Tuesday "go to". Yikes. We ordered the beer battered onion rings, traditional wings, and boneless wings: Mango habanero traditional wings: 5/10 - the wings themselves weren't even coated all the way in the sauce. This used to be one of my favorite sauces because it was sweet and spicy. I love flavors like that and the wings were so dry. They didn't even try and literally just threw the wings in the box. Lemon pepper traditional wings: 4/10 - this one was even worse! There were barely any lemon pepper sauce and all the wings were extremely dry! Drier than the desert! I tried saving them with ranch and bleu cheese. I took a few bites and couldn't stomach the rest. The lemon pepper sauce tasted decent. Beer battered onion rings: 5.5/10 - literally only 3-4 pieces weren't partial pieces of the onion. And also, for what we paid for, was not worth the amount we received. The batter's flavor was good though and I really enjoyed the southwestern ranch sauce with it. Spicy garlic boneless wings: 3/10 - the worst out of all the others. They gave up on even trying to coat the wings as you can see from my photo. I was so disappointed and sad about this. The flavor was good though, I'll give it that. Ordered carrots and celery too and they ran out of carrots so I got 2x celery. Not complaining since I love celery! The celery was fresh and crunchy. Overall, I will not order nor eat from again from here. Maybe it was an off night, but the price for the quality of everything was definitely not worth it. The traditional wings on my most recent visit weren't as fresh or hot as I hoped they would be and the boneless wings were super tough as if they were old. Buffalo Wild Wings used to be my go to so I'm hoping that this location can get a spruce up one day! Well I really wanted to give this place a better review I am typically not the negative Nancy. The first time coming here the food we got was cold by the time it reached us. The server didn't seem to care much about it either. But like I said I really wanted to give a better review so we waited several months and thought we would try again both times were for lunch. Second time we walked in there were 2 parties ahead of us and a sign on the hostess stand that said 10-15 minute wait including the bar. No one was there taking names. More people walked in behind us, after waiting for 5 or so minutes and still no one taking names or any of the people crowded in the door being greeted we left as well as the party that was ahead of us. This is the second time visiting with a group of 8 people at around 1:30 pm. We were seated promptly and ordered 2 sets of endless appetizers, and they were brought out within 5 minutes. Our waitress, i Think her name was Megan, she was fantastic. She took our order and she was very precise on everything we needed or wanted. The food came out about 15 minutes later but we had already went through 2 orders of appetizers. Appetizers were hot and delicious. She filled our drinks on time. When our food arrived everything looked, smelled, and tasted fabulous. We all had to take most of our food home, and the waitress gave us everything we needed to wrap things up. My love for wings has died as the years have passed due in large part to places like this. I'm used to wings that have seasoning to the bone, juicy yet crispy where the sauce is evenly distributed throughout the wings. These chains don't have soul, there's no seasoning outside of what's put on the skin and in the sauce and then they have the nerve to have lazy employees who won't even coat the bland chicken with the only flavor in the building. We love wings, and we've been to this spot a couple of different times. I just can't say that I like their food, and the overwhelming cacophony of constant television streaming (I counted 33 TV's just that I could see), and the blasting radio are not conducive to conversations, even with your next seat neighbor. I find the wings underwhelming, especially with so many choices in town. They have lots of flavors, but it's just as if they dumped some sauce on them before bringing them to the table. Watched two tables get completely bussed (one was a large party that was leaving as we were being seated), another two tables were sat and their servers attended to them immediately. As a matter of fact, the person who would have been our service went to the table next to ours (where two women it appeared she knew personally were sitting) at minimum four times and didn't say a word to us. After getting my family up from the table, and asking my wife to get the children to the vehicle, I asked to speak with a manager. As I asked, the person that should have been our server approached to confirm that I asked told speak to a manager. When I answered, she IMMEDIATELY started making excuses. "I'm supposed to be your server." "I was coming to greet you, I had to finish that table first." "You weren't there that long!" "You don't need to speak to the manager." I didn't even get to catch her name. It was a further 5-10 minutes before a "manager" came out to speak. This was after the hostess went back to get him two more times after I asked originally. When the manager, Mike, came out he already had the ear of his server and made up his mind. This was apparent when before listening to what I had to say he interrupted twice to excuse the actions of the server as "she is new." When asked for the general manager's and local leadership's contact information I was instructed "there's a number on the door if you want to call someone." I may be only one person, and me saying I won't be back will not affect them any more than a drop in the ocean, but the way we were treated on Friday night was absolutely unacceptable. read more

I came on a Saturday night, last night particularly, with the Final Four playing. When I came I thought it would be busy and packed, which is what you would normally expect on a Saturday or weekend. The noise level is on the high side and they are different games so casual conversation is out... Stopped in for lunch today to have some wings. We were seated quickly. Our waitress was very nice. She was fast getting our drinks and always checked on us to see if we needed anything. My daughter ordered hot and hers were good. The potato wedges were amazing. I loved the flavor. The fries were good too but thin. I like thick cut fries. We got a side of the Carolina reaper sauce and a side of the Doritos flaming hot nacho wing sauce. The Carolina reaper has a great flavor until that HEAT hits you!! I only dipped a fry and took a small bite. My lips were burning the entire time I was there LOL!! They have a challenge for that too if you dare! The Doritos flaming hot nacho wing sauce was actually pretty good. I didn't try it on my wings because I don't think I would like that but, I dipped my potato wedges in and they were pretty good!! So, overall everything was good except...our waitress had to leave so we got a new waitress and she ended up being very slow compared to the other girl. I like the vibe of this location! I don't eat wings but I like to come here and watch the game. They have great servers and good energy here. The servers are young adults not a bunch of teens. So you can ask about a menu item and get a real response. The wait time for a pickup order can be a little long so make sure you give it the recommended time period if you don't want to have to wait. They are also charitable they donated food to a veterans event this past weekend. And not just one tray of food. It was amazing to see how giving the owner was.
