The first pitcher was dry before the waitress asked if we needed another. The person whose birthday we were celebrating ordered their meal first and got their food last (by quite a bit, half of the party was done eating already). And when they brought his food out, it was the wrong order. He went up to let us know it was wrong (because our waitress was missing) . He could see his order in the counter, but was told that order was a mistake and he received the right thing. We had two orders at the same table with one very small difference (an ingredient missing on one) and the two were blatantly different. Between slow service, wrong orders, and no accountability this place seriously disappointed tonight. It's a shame, in my opinion they were one of the best wing spots in the area, but they have obviously let their quality control drop.

So the first time we were here, the album cover paintings stood out to us. Of course I know all of them and love many of them but per usual, anywhere that features artwork for King of Pop Michael Jackson is immediately good in my book! I started with a Mocha Martini, which is basically adult chocolate milk and I am totally OK with that. For lunch, I ordered their Big 1/2 Burger w/ Fries because it's been a while since I've had a burger. The offer toppings but I'm a plain burger person, thus the photo with only cheese. It's a really solid burger with a great brioche bun. The fries were seasoned well but not super crispy so I didn't eat a lot of them. My wife ordered the BLT which should come as a shock to no one. I'm reasonably that anyone could look at the photo of the BLT and not need to read a review. She loved it. Her only mild critique was that she thought there was a bit too much tomato, but that's easy enough to dispense with so no biggie. I'm glad we ate here this time.

We saw 4 electronic dart boards over in a corner and went right over no wait. The bar staff was friendly, attentive and quick. We ordered wings, fried pickles and loaded fries to eat. With sweet tea and the Friday special long island to dring. The food came out, what I would call, relatively quick for the number of people there on a Friday night. The food wasn't overly spectacular I would say it was ok. Expect Your typical bar food but the price was alright and it tasted good. To their credit we just went with typical choices as well so I wasn't expecting something extravagant. Overall: 4/5 - We will definitely be back.

And when I say it was the worst chicken I have eaten in 25 years, I mean it. "Lukewarm" would be a generous description--this chicken was barely above room temperature, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours before begrudgingly making its way to my table. Dry, rubbery, and utterly devoid of flavor, it was an insult to the very concept of chicken. I wouldn't serve this to my worst enemy, let alone expect someone to pay for it. Service? Meh. The staff didn't seem particularly interested in whether the food was edible or not. No desire to make things right, no real concern for the quality of what they were serving. After 100s of visits to Buffalo Wild Wings around the country...here I am left again with another disappointing attempt at rekindling my weekly Tuesday "go to". Yikes. The lady at the counter was super sweet, so no shade at her, but whoever bagged it probably could've confirmed the contents before tying it up. My wife's broccoli was in its own container, which in hindsight should've tipped me off that something was missing. Now, the wings themselves? Spot on. Cooked right, sauced and seasoned perfectly. I like being able to control the heat, and mine hit exactly where I wanted them. Traded one with the Mrs. and her Georgia Girl wings were sweet, saucy, and just as presentable as they looked.
