It's actually been a long time since I've visited this location so walking in right after a movie at AMC. I was surprised at how much they changed the inside and it looks much cleaner than before. Plus the service was pretty good too and I was glad we got there just a little before Happy Hour began so it was the perfect time! And the waitress was super nice as we sat at one of the tables instead of the bar area. Everything was pretty fast too surprisingly so that was nice for a Tuesday night! Since it was happy hour, definitely had to take advantage of it. Unfortunately the wings and fries weren't on that part of the menu. Had to get the Mozzarella Sticks as it's a must at B-Dubs! And of course, my favorite here, every single time, the Asian Zing wings!! It is my absolute favorite and it still tastes amazing! If you want to watch early Sunday Football with your family, DO NOT COME here!! We were turned away because we had a toddler who needed a high chair and only the bar area was open. We asked the server if it was possible for her to seat us at the booths right next to the bar so we can try and sit our toddler there since my husband wanted to watch the game and she said the area was closed and there wasn't any other server, mind you there was only 2 other party's there. This place is so horrible! We came here on a Saturday to come try out their bottomless appetizers and 12.99 for a group of 4 was a deal. Walked in around 11 pm, waiting to see if someone was going to come up. No one did. Saw a sign saying the dining area was closed but people were still there and bar area was still open. Walked over to bar area to see that there was a booth open so myself and my party sat down. Lots of workers around but none of them around . After a couple minutes we were debating if we should stay and wait longer or just leave. Someone did come up only to let us know that the dining area was closed and that we had to sit on the high tables. We had a infant with us and didn't want to do such a thing. So we decide to go else where. Why stay open until 2 am when your closing the dining area where family's go after spending time at the mall or Disney and want to experience some wings. Stopped by after seeing a movie so it was around 10pm. When we got there, there was nobody to seat us. We asked if we were supposed to find our own seat or wait to be seated. The other staff appeared a bit confused but said we could sit anywhere. After sitting down, we had to flag down a waiter to order. The waiter did not seem very enthusiastic and did not ask us if we wanted anything else so we had to keep interrupting to add more things. However, afterwards, she would oftentimes pass by and check up on us, (which was a little too frequently.) But in the end, when we needed to get the check/to-go boxes, she was not around. Wings were cold, onion rings were cold, fires were horrible, we ate because we were so hungry, but man it really sucked. Whoever is in charge needs to be held accountable, if not fired. There were only two servers trying to handle over 30 customers -- completely unacceptable. It wasn't the employees' fault; they were doing their best under impossible conditions. Management urgently needs to hire more staff or better prepare for busy times. I don't like to waste time writing bad reviews, but I will take time to write a good one. This is the first time this location hires a professional. Cleo at takeout was amazing! How? By greeting, simply greeting. Additionally, she went over my order to make sure it was all correct before letting me know she was going to get it. Opposite to other times when workers pass right in front of you and say nothing. Then literally 2hrs after someone says they are working on orders and still won't take a minute to greet or ask customers how we can be helped. The other person who is pretty great and is calm, but proficient is Andrew. He gets things done and never ever rude or panicked. I'm hopeful that their work ethic spreads amongst other employees and managers. Looking forward to ordering takeout more often. read more

I was working and taking my hour lunch break at 5pm so I thought that was plenty of time especially for such a simple order. I did not receive my order till 5:45pm. An hour after I made my online order.... This is absolutely ridiculous. I had 15 mins to scarf down my meal and get back to work. The worst part...my order was incorrect!
