First of all I would like to say that I normally wouldn't leave this kind of review because I'm understanding of how stressful serving can get to be sometimes as I am a server but the service that I received tonight NEEDS this review. So let's just start when we get sat down. We have a party of 8 but we're missing 3 people so they get us some waters while we wait on them already it took about 15 minutes to just get 5 waters and when they do bring them out we actually only have 4 waters. Our missing 3 people are running late because they got lost so we decide that we want to order our food because of how hungry we are but we can't even do that because NOBODY comes to check on us. Then when our missing people get there 30 minutes after being sat our server comes and we order right away and the other 3 people order water as well. About 25 minutes after ordering they bring out 1 persons food and about 5 minutes after that the server is just now coming to tell one of us that they are out of a certain ingredient to make his burger so he decides that he doesn't want it anymore so she says she'll take it off the checkhe rest of us don't get our food until at least 30 minutes later. All of our food is cold even the persons whose food was brought out early and the other 3 still haven't gotten their waters. When the server brought out the food she just started placing food on the table without announcing what food it was and just placing it in the middle of the table probably expecting us to figure it out on our own. Then I specifically ordered potato wedges with no cheese because I cannot eat cheese and what do they have on them... CHEESE. So we call the manager over because our server walks away before asking if we need anything else and the manage very nicely took all of our food and made us all new wings and made sure that they were hot and gives us 20% off of our check. So we think everything is settled we ask for the check and when we get it EVERYTHING is completely wrong there were burgers and sides of fries on there that we didn't order so again we have to call the manager over to fix the check. I think what upset me the most was that even when our server first came to the table she did not introduce her self, she did not smile 1 time, and she wouldn't make eye contact with any of us. I am VERY displeased with the service that I experienced here tonight. I will never be attending this restaurant ever again and I will make sure that everyone that I know never attends this restaurant again. Not only did she have a bad attitude and not care to be there, our server did not greet us until 10 min after being sat, and my girlfriends strawberry lemonade took over 20 min to arrive to the table. So apparently they charge $1 to "hold your tab" even though you're not drinking? Fine. But we were not told that when we sat down. The waitress, Bridgett, asked for a card as a placeholder, left with our card after ordering, then came back with it. Because we were skeptical, we checked our bank account and saw a $1 charge. We asked Bridgett why we were charged and she explained. We asked if we would be refunded and she said yes. At the end of our meal the manager, Heather, gave us our check. We checked our bank account again and were charged ANOTHER $1. On top of the slow service, no refills on water, lack of communication, and the extra charge, we will NOT be coming back here. read more

If we had bad service when it was rush hour i would totally understand and forgive the server if she didn't do her job as well but it was around 12:30 am with only like at most 10 tables throughout the whole restaurant with many servers.. Our sever , AMANDA , was by far the WORST server i've ever had... My friends and i usually tip servers even if they aren't that good but she deserved absolutely nothing... Im not sure if she's new or if she was tired but the management should definitely do something about her... At first we were seated and we waited about like 10-15 min ( if she was busy she could've at least came to us and told us that she would be with us in a few minutes.. but it was super dead so i don't know what the hell she was doing ) and she didn't show up til one of my friends had to call a server.. She then proceeded to take our drink orders and left.. About another 15-20 min later she came up to our table to ask if we were good ? ARE YOU KIDDING ME ?! We don't even have our drinks or our food girl so what do you think! We weren't tripping about our food as much cause we know that it doesn't come out right away but she could have at least got us our drinks... She left and came back a few minutes later asking what we had ordered again saying that she " threw away " our orders.. That was already like Strike 2... After we got our drinks and our food we were hoping that she would make up for it but it just went downhill from there.. We asked her to get us some plastic utensils and those were nowhere to be found and so was she.. She didn't even check up on us , not even once to see if we needed anything else , so we had to ask a different server for a refill on our drinks... When the other server brought out our drinks she had given me the wrong drink saying that , that was what our server told her to bring out for us... First impressions are everything. Not sure BWW ownership gets that! This will also be my last despite having relatively good wings, well at least during this time but maybe that's because they were busy from the end of season football game hence the one star. So I ordered 20 wings for 4 of us and they give us 2 celery sticks and 3 carrot sticks with 4 things of ranch. Now at first I was concerned about the proportion size and thought that was fine they don't want to waste by giving out to much so I'll just ask for more. When I asked for more the reply was " sure that's 60 cents" What?? Are you kidding me?? Money is not the issue here it's principal. I never had expected nor have I ever been nickled and dimed by a big chain restaurant before.. Maybe BWW should think about giving less ranch to start if they're so worried about cost, especially when I only used one. Is BWW really worried about their bottom line so much that they need to charge patrons for items that are pennies on the dollar. This was one of the first times I didn't check yelp before visiting.. My mistake. Now that I did look I'm wondering if the ownership has seen these reviews and actually understands how this works.. Maybe they think people will come anyways because of football games etc. But there is a lot of people that want good food and service to go along with the ambiance which ultimately = $$$ Charging extra for more condiments that come standard at any other restaurant is not a smart business decision and over all = less $. Again especially from a large chain like this. I would expect this to happen from a small business but even then I think the initial amount would be sufficient to the portion ordered. Yet again maybe BWW needs to take a hard look at the right way to make money. People want good food with portion to value, and nice clean restaurant with nice friendly service.. That is what makes money not trying to make up for those things by charging the consumer for little things. read more

We are regulars and constantly sit at the bar. The bartenders who work there are such hard workers and they work hard to make their customers happy . My fiancée and I come here after work all the time (we also work in the industry) and everytime our drink is empty we immediately get asked if we want a refill. This is a busy place so we expect to wait a little bit for the food which is fine (so everyone calm down who complain about shit. To start one star is being nice. We walk in. We Ask what the wait is. 1:45 mins at 3:45 on a Saturday. So we place a Togo order 45 min wait instead(which turned out 1 hour. We walk around and shop. Comeback and get our order, the Togo did her checkoff list that she checked the order. But we were missing 3 orders of fries. We notify them, they say ok, the fries should come up fast. 10mins go by, we ask about the fries they say they should be right out. And then say that they don't control the kitchen. I assume she just replaced the fry order that fell in the rotation as opposed to going to the back to fulfill the missing order. 20mins go by, Im irritated with cold wings now. I say "are you serious? Fries?"in front of the manager. So he asks the Togo server on the side, then walks to the back. 25mins in, the manager comes up and says sorry about that and hands me the fries and I respond "thanx for the cold wings." No comp, no adjustment. Just cold wings, hot fries and nearly 2hour hour mission. 3:45 place order 5:00 picked up wings(missing fries) 5:25,received fries. 5:45 arrived home and ate. This would have been my second time visiting this location. It was a Wednesday night about 8 pm. When we walked in there was no one else waiting, we gave our name and were told it would be about 10 minutes. 3 more groups came in and gave their names. Two groups were called in and there was just my group and a group of 3 girls waiting. Thinking we were for sure going to be next this time around called two names, no one responded and then they called the group of girls. The girls were nice and realized we had been waiting long before they had and asked the hostess to let us go next since we had been waiting and we also had a party of three. My husband tried to tell the hostess that it was impossible for it to be someone elses turn when we had been waiting long before. The hostess interrupted him and did not let him continue to explain and didn't even allow for the girls in the group that had been called to explain either. The response from the hostess was everyone will be seated which was beyond the point. The point was that they were not calling people in order, in fact after we asked to check for our name she said she didn't have it on either of two pages. Not only did she not offer an apology for a possible mistake, she didn't even let my husband explain to her. He asked her not to speak to him in such a condescending way and she responded by being very defensive and backing up as if he was attacking her, then she proceeded to tell him to leave or she would call security! Really!?! She didn't need to call anyone at that point, we were leaving either way and there was no way we were going to be dining in after she was so rude. We asked for the manager, she said it was her, we asked for a business card and said she didn't have one. My negative review has nothing do do with any of the staff but a good example begins with management. After sharing the experience with some of my friends who frequent the place I found out that many of them had similar experiences with having their names taken wrong and having to wait over 20 minutes, they however received an apology and were seated after the error was discovered. Then when we were eating she dropped the check off when we didn't even ask for it ... Then when she gave us our change she didn't even give it he correct amount. Came to this BWW's for lunch and had the worse experience. Went in and ordered 5 lemon pepper and 5 mild. The manager or supervisor came out and handed me 10 lemon pepper. I let him know I ordered 5 mild. So he said okay I'll be back. He came back with the same 10 lemon pepper but had added mild sauce to the other 5... By that time they were already cold. My friend on the other hand also had ordered 5 lemon pepper but got 5 plain. When he had told this to the waiter, the waiter said "okay I will come back with your lemon pepper." When she came back she litteraly brought back a small cup of lemon pepper seasoning... Really.... Worst service. This is why I dislike going to this BWWs in particular. read more

We have been to Buffalo Wild Wings many times in the North Orange County area, enjoy their wings and sports. We recently sold our home and moved to Orange and finally decided to visit the Buffalo Wild Wings at the Outlets of Orange on a Sunday evening. It was packed and we were surprised that they sat us immediately. Unfortunately, it took us a long time to order and receive drinks and food. We asked for extra ranch and blue cheese (because we know what we require) after the waitress stated that there would be an extra charge we still wanted what we have always had at other locations but weren't charged especially with a LARGE order of wings and TALL draft beers (plural). We noticed two other tables across from us getting served and left before us. Hmmmm, then when the bill came there was an extra charge for the extra ranch and blue cheese that we asked for but did not receive. I questioned the charge and the waitress immediately stated that they charge for the extra as requested. I was a little frustrated by now as one could clearly see that we were not given what was requested. The waitress apologized for the delay in correcting the bill as she had to find a manager. Sorry for the lengthy post but we will NOT be back, the floors were filthy and the tables not well stocked with supplies. The wings were great but charging extra for extra condiments on a large order, REALLY? We have and will continue to visit all the other eating establishments at the Outlets but not Buffalo Wild Wings! Kudos to Dave & Busters, Saddle Ranch Chop House, BJ's, Market Broiler, Panda Express, El Torito and other establishments that we have frequented many times and will continue to visit. Decided to place a online order for lunch while at work, upon ordering they system gave options of pick up time . I elected 12:20pm. Arrived to the restaurant by 12:25pm , no one in the front area to great or guide customers. A employee comes and I inform her I was picking up food she asked to pay first which was fine and then she disappeared. As no one was in the front people started coming in, there was a total of about 7people waiting for assistants for pick up....no employees around. Finally some employees came to the front chit chatting and standing around and finally asked if we needed helped, the other customers stated that everyone was waiting to pick up food, and the employee just stated "ok they will be right with you" Finally the gal doing the pick up orders came back with everyone order but mine, she didn't even mind mentioning to me that there was a delay or nothing. Finally Cristian comes and helps me check the food and I was on my way. I did not walk out until about 12:40pm... waiting for my food for about 20min very disappointing. Not sure why the website gives option to select food pick up if it will not be ready by then. Management please check your cameras and see the slow unproductive staff that was there on Tuesday around 12:20pm. Keep in mind it is LUNCH hour and I understand it is busy time but how about staffing properly to assist customers faster and having friendlier staff during peak hours. Please take your business elsewhere. Will NOT BE BACK at this location! It took 15 minutes for a server to come over. Our food came out without our accommodations. 3 people at our table asked for no tomato on their sandwiches and they all came with tomato. Then it took another 20 minutes for someone to bring us our repaired meals. The manager did not apologize and did not comp anything or offer us dessert. Poor quality and poor service. read more

Usually an decent time here, except the last time I went on a weekday for late lunch, was not busy at all... we sat at a table on the opposite side from the bar and a server greeted us in a timely manner. I ordered a skinny margarita and the server came back to tell me they were not able to make it because they had no skinny mix. That's fine every bar has the ingredients so I asked to just put tequila with a splash of sweet n sour with a couple limes squeezed in. She comes back again to tell me the bartender said they have no fresh limes. This really irritated me being that I know it is an outright lie. I ask her what Bar doesn't have fresh limes and she tells me he said he won't make it because "what's he supposed to do, squeeze them by hand?" Ummmmm YEAH. LOL WHAT BARTENDER CANT SQUEEZE 2 LIMES "by hand"??!! Being a bartender myself it really made me mad especially that there was hardly anyone else in the place and yes as a bartender you squeeze limes sometimes. So my friend and I walked in today and it was pretty busy inside with a lot of people wandering around. There were three hosts at the podium and after about a full minute of us standing in front of them and them looking around I finally asked them if they were able to put our name down. I know they noticed us too because the host in the middle caught eye contact with me and just gave me an awkward smile. One of the hosts asks for how many while another one (her name was Lyndz) says "name". Not even "Can I have your name" or "What is your name". After that she tells us it's going to be a 20-25 minute wait without even looking at or acknowledging us. These hosts suck ass. Please do something about it. read more
