Rob the manager here is a JOKE and so was our waiter Sam truly the worst service, we waited 30+ for a water refill and asked more than one waiter for a refill for water or our 1 soda and they couldn't do that even. AWFUL SERVICE especially when Rob is cool with all the employees staying outside vaping instead of doing the bare minimum for the job! And we still paid for our meal even after we brought this awful service to the manager Robs attention. If i could do a zero star i would. The employees here suck. They don't have any hospitality, don't care, and won't refill your drink. Wanna know why? My friends and I had been planning my birthday dinner at BWWs for well over a week at this point. We finally make it to the big day. By this time my friends and I had been salivating just thinking about those buy one get one free boneless wings from B-Dubs. So we enter the restaurant, expecting maybe a 10-15 wait, as is typical at most restaurants. To our great surprise, the place is practically empty! We see at least 15 empty tables. Perfect for our party of three! We go up to the hostess, expecting to be seated immediately. To our utter disbelief, the hostess informs us it would be an hour and a half before we could get a table. One. And. A. Half. Hours. Pardon? We must have heard wrong. No. The hostess repeats it would be 90 minutes before we could be seated. We look to the hostess. Then to the sea of empty tables. Then back to the hostess. Surely this is some kind of practical joke. To our stomachs dismay, this was no practical joke. We turned and left. This place is not good. I want to say the hostess and our waitress were both so sweet and good at their jobs but the food is just bad. I don't know if its the kitchen staff or the BWW menu and food vendors but its poor quality and bad flavors. Their queso was so watery. The cheese curds were just bland and the sauce was not good. I waited 45 min for my salad because a large party put their order in at the same time yet we received everything else in our order except my meal. It was strange but not really a problem. Large parties can do that so I understand but the celery and carrots were nasty. Clearly old. The carrots had this gross soft white stuff on them not like the white that is on carrots sometimes when they come from a bag. I had never seen anything like this it was nasty. The celery was soft so it was clearly frozen and thawed or old. The chicken isnt terrible but its not good either. The ambiance of this location is like a tony cafeteria. The lights are way too bright in there and its such a small dining room with a really weird layout. Its weird to be eating in a brightly lit room with everyone waiting for a table basically standing over you. The only reason we went was because we had gift cards. I hope this place is replaced very soon. Theres nothing redeemable except the staff. read more

My friend and I ate here last night, like we usually do on Tuesdays, and had a great time. The service/staff was friendly, the food tasted great, and the atmosphere was fun. This location has been open for a fair bit of time now but it still seems "new". After being sat in pretty much the exact center of a mostly empty restaurant, we waited 30+ minutes to be greeted by anyone. We were obviously glancing around after a while just to see what was up, and noticed three servers chatting with the bartender since we sat down, and one of them happened to be our server. She could 100% see us being sat and only came over when we made awkward eye contact with her. After she took all of our orders as we were obviously ready to go, other random employees ran out the food and who I assume was a manager brought us the check and paid us out. Our actual server literally only interacted with us 1 time and never offered refills on our endless deals we all ordered. read more

Our food took an hour each, which sucked because some of us ordered the unlimited wing deal and only ever got the one batch until an hour and 45 minutes after we got there and the second batch was all wrong. Hopefully, this will help people not make the mistake of coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings. My wife and I came here when it first opened and had a great experience. However, we went last night and had a terrible experience. We were sat at a wobbly table. Our server took our orders promptly but we still ended up waiting for over 50 minutes for food. Unfortunately after all that waiting our orders were wrong and the food was cold. After all that I decided to tell our server we were just going to go because of the terrible service. To which our server said " I'll still need you to pay" to which I responded with "For what?". She went and told the manager. The manager just told her to let us go. We came here with our friends on a Saturday afternoon, it wasn't super busy, the host was an older lady who didn't know how to smile or sound polite or welcoming, she was very rude and not pleasant at all to talk to (should have walked right out). She didn't have any servers available so we decided to sit in the bar. We are all over 40 (clearly with grey hairs) but not complaining about the ID check, just the fact that she took maybe an extra 15 minutes trying to figure out how to put these stupid, cheap, falling apart, wrist bands on us and she literally couldn't do it so she ended up just sticking them to our arm hair, we don't need it anyway. And she refused to allow us to put them on ourselves or help her. Should have walked out, again. We were ordered to keep our ID out, even though they have been scanned and we got wrist bands. Not complaining, but that's a weird policy. After walking through the dining area to the bar we notice not only is the host upset, literally every single employee there looked like they wanted to scream. We sat at the bar, waited for a few minutes for the bar tender, she was nice enough at least, placed our order of 3 beers, 2 iced teas, 2 sandwiches and hot wings, salad and cheese curds. Got 3 of our drinks after about 5 minutes. Waited another 20 minutes before the other beer and tea came out. After about 40 minutes 2 meals came out, cold. After about 50 minutes we inquired about the rest of the food and asked for it to be boxed to go. She took another 20 minutes or so getting the rest boxed up for us to go. I ate my (then) cold sandwich in the car after leaving because by this time I'm starving. Within 2 hours of going home I have the worst case of food poisoning I've ever experienced. Thanks for the especially horrible experience, and the food poisoning. Do not go to this BWW location unless you love crap service, and puking your guts out later.
