I will start off by saying it was a busy night, but the waitress that was going to see us did tell us she was new to Buffalo wild wings, not necessarily new to waitressing.. there was a perfectly clean booth, she told us to wait while she cleaned the booth right next to it, my husband was on crutches, almost 10 minutes after she started to clean it and walked away, we went ahead and sat down at the still dirty booth, for some reason they didn't want to seat it at the clean one. She finally came back and we got up so she could finish wiping it down. Fast-forward, about 20 minutes later, she took our drink order and we were ready to place our food order, we all ordered an entrée, three people did order the all you can eat wings, I ordered an appetizer of wings. Maybe five minutes later, she brought us our drinks. Now fast-forward 20 more minutes, she comes back. We assume to tell us our food is on the way. No, she tells us she just put in our order about three minutes prior. What?!?!? we had already been there 40 minutes at least. And had ordered 25 minutes prior to her telling us she just now put our order in. I have no idea what she was waiting on! We didn't get our food order until we had literally been in the restaurant an hour and 20 minutes. When I previously said they were busy, they were not slammed or not that we could see, but our waitress seem to have more tables than anyone else that we could view around us. And she got very distracted. She didn't bring us our food out, a very nice lady from the kitchen I'm guessing or another waitress was the only one that ever brought us our food. Our waitress never checked on us. I didn't get my appetizer until all of the food came out. :( She did not bother to check on us, my drink ran empty, waitress is everywhere, but checking on us. Walked by us several times in lightning speed, didn't bother to stop even when we tried to flag her down. I finally had to go and speak to two other servers that had helped us on prior visits, wished we would've been in their section. I don't even remember our waitresses name, if she had a name tag on, I didn't notice and again for being a waitress. She acted like she wanted nothing to do with any of the patrons. :( Abbi came to our rescue, though, if it was not for her, helping us the rest of the time and even after waiting 20 minutes to try and get our ticket after we had already been through eating for 30 minutes, I finally asked her if she could somehow get our ticket for us. Our waitress was MIA... the longest I ever saw her. She was back in the drink station on her phone.. or what looks like a phone. Again Abbi is terrific, she has helped us in the past, and if it wasn't for her rescuing us for the last 40 minutes, we were there, I would've left one star. I still tipped 30%.. because I gave a nice tip to Abbi... but the waitress who treated us very poorly along with her other patrons, she only got 10%.. and she's lucky she got that much.. read more

Went to BWW for a birthday party. First time going to one, and without a doubt the last. Service was outstanding, especially considering the party of 20, but the food.... just totally underwhelming. It's a good think Mazzio's is in town, otherwise BWW would have the worst wings around. Small, dry, totally lacking in every aspect. The fries were okay, but just barely. The Wife ordered a burger and ate about half. Offered me a bite, and I see why she only ate half. Dry, devoid of any flavor.... just a very subpar burger in every respect. Her onions rings weren't bad, but I'm almost certain they were frozen from a bag, so BWW gets no credit on that one. I didn't have a Yelp account until this point, I had to make one just to write this. We had got there with a party of eight just for them not have a table ready for our size even though we called in beforehand, and they confirmed they would have room for us. Once we sat down after they had to combine two smaller tables into one, we ordered and waited an hour 45 for our food. The food was missing some wings and sauces. Even with all the time they had. The food was fine and the waitresses were doing their best, it was all the people in The kitchen. And the worst part about all this is that I thought this was just today, but Looking this place up. Went up there with a family of 6. We received menus after the redhead waitress had a little attitude. I usually don't complain but we tip well and are respectful. We literally were seated RIGHT next to the hostess and we didn't get one single hello no drinks or nothing for the 15 minutes we were there. I've never experienced that but it's life. We left and went to Los Cabos which was perfect. It was a joke and it was obvious that they didn't care. First time for everything. Little kids shouldn't be running the front. The restaurants are finally open after the Covid-19 virus closures. My wife and I are glad to fine a place to dine in. Instead of eating in my truck, or taking food home and eating soggy cold food. We gave Buffalo Wild Wings a try. They have ample parking, the restaurant appeared to be clean and was adhering to CDC recommendations. There are TV monitors everywhere showing a different sport on each. The waitress we had was friendly and attentive. We had not eaten at Buffalo Wild Wings in the past because my wife can't eat spicy food. We were informed by a friend that they had food she would like that wasn't spicy. We both ordered the chicken strips with fry's along with a side of slaw. The slaw was fresh made but lacked flavor. The chicken strips were so-so and seemed to me to be frozen pre-prepared tenderloins instead of fresh made with in-house batter. The best part our meal was the fry's, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. We will give this establishment another try in the future. This location is awful! We placed a to go order at 7pm for 7:30 pick. When I got there at 7:30 there were at least 7 people waiting for a pick up order. I waited at the pick up counter for 5 minutes before anyone came over. A waitress came over and she was friendly she told the person in front of me that their order went ready yet. I when I told her the name for my order she said that it wouldn't be ready for another 30-40 minutes at least. I asked why when it was for 7:30 pick and it was already 7:30. She said that all the people in the kitchen were new and very slow. The restaurant was not busy. But I did notice that no other table had food and that they all looked upset. I did hear an exchange with one of the tables and their waitress about how they had been waiting a long time. At 8:10 our order was finally ready. The food was not great. So it's Fathers Day and we thought a great place to go would be Buffalo Wild Wings in Owasso. We were so WRONG! After an hour wait for our food it finally came out of the kitchen and was cold. Crazy how this location stays in business. We have been here before and it's always slow. This time though it was even worse. Management should have fixed this by now. Won't go back again and would suggest if you want hot food in a timely manner go somewhere else. The only thing this place is good for is beer and sports on tv. Don't go for the food. Went there a few times solely because past Waffle House it's pretty much the only place open late. Twice I ordered one burger and it took 30-45 minutes just to get it. The time I ordered wings was different, the wings were alright and thankfully only took 15 minutes. But god that burger was absolutely terrible. For a mushroom Swiss burger there was a severe lack of mushroom flavor, which surprise surprise, is the only reason I got the burger. It was dry, but somehow greasy as all hell. When a burger is greasy enough to soak through the plate yet my mouth feels Sahara-esque after a bite you've made something that defys the laws of god, nature, and taste. The wings were alright but for the price I wouldn't get them again. The BOGO nights are wonderful because it's cheap for mediocre wings so go on those nights. It's not all bad though, their tots are delightful and I went there with four friends and the service was wonderful (which is a shock because the last two times I went three employees and our server went to the bathroom to presumably gossip for fifteen minutes) and the food was a slight improvement! For a place that I go back to solely out of a sense of longing for a good burger and Stockholm syndrome it's not the worst. Called the manager and was on hold for another 10 minutes and was given every excuse under the sun as to why it was acceptable for an order to be behind schedule for 45 minutes. Was told it would be refunded and immediately was hung up on. The customer service was probably the worst part of the experience. Not the food being late, not the gentleman at the counter. But the lack of care and downright disrespect from someone who is supposed to be a manager and cannot handle the pressure of a restaurant environment. Ordered the Sam Adams Oktoberfest and even though it's on the menu, as are the other two, they don't have it on tap but they do have the SA Summer Ale. Ordered water instead. Tired of trying to guess what is and what isn't on tap. Apparently I was only allowed 1 glass of water because the waitress never checked on how my food was or if I needed a refill. I had a date night with my nine year old and it was his turn to pick the location.  Straight to Buffalo Wild Wings we went!  He LOVES the boneless buffalo dry rub.  It happened to be a Tuesday which is BOGO traditional wings aka bone in.  Prior to ordering I asked if the traditional wings were cooked well.  I explained I dislike the fatty parts of traditional wings but enjoy them if they are cooked a little longer than normal with a crispy skin.  The waiter assured me they were.  I ordered a small boneless buffalo dry rub, a small traditional buffalo and a small Asian Zing.  I also said we would like carrots.  This location never seems to be too busy.  In fact we were one of maybe 5 tables, that I could see, during prime dinner hours.  It still took a while to receive our order.  Sadly when it came the small buffalo traditional was prepared with a dry rub instead of buffalo sauce and the only tray that had carrots was my sons.  He had 3 carrots.  I told the waiter I had wanted regular buffalo wings with sauce and asked if we could get carrots for each of our trays.  The waiter was hesitant to take the incorrect order back.  I apologized.  I told him I may have messed him up when I said traditional buffalo but I have always thought that term meant regular wings not a dry rub.  I tried to get clarification but he only said I would need to specify sauce or rub next time which actually seemed like a question he should have known to ask.  The waiter did bring a bowl of about 10 carrots.  The meal was okay.  My son LOVED his.  Mine weren't cooked well enough for my liking.  I knew I should have trusted my gut and asked for them to be cooked well!  I do enjoy the casual atmosphere and they have plenty of TVs.  Some areas could use some deeper cleaning.  Our table had a TU picture that had greasy fingerprints all over the glass. read more

It is honestly doing the best it has ever been right now with the amazing and friendly staff, the fun and sporty atmosphere, the hot and delicious food, and the amazing management!
