It is honestly doing the best it has ever been right now with the amazing and friendly staff, the fun and sporty atmosphere, the hot and delicious food, and the amazing management! Been coming to this location off and on over the past 6 months and I have seen this store really turn it around in these last 2months!! When I first starting coming here I was getting bad service or felt like they didn't want me staying around long to enjoy any TV watching. However you can't really beat the deals they have on every Tuesday and Thursday with their BOGO wings!! I would miss a couple of weeks do to the service but then obviously I go back for the deals. Well let me tell you that I find myself going almost every week now. It seems like the Managers have really been engaging with the servers they have now as well as the new servers if been seeing the more frequent I go. Rylie was my server tonight and she was amazing!! She knew all the items on the menu and quite a few beer items!! She was very engaging with me and informed me of how they are trying to help customers reach their goal for the Boys & Girls Club with donations!! I even found myself donating $10!! Madison the Assistant Manager continued to walking around the store either helping out behind the bar, helping out her servers clean tables and what I enjoyed she would go up to a few tables to make sure everyone was enjoying themselves while they were here!!! Ugh, the service here is horrible. We ordered an app and got it before she even came back to get our lunch order (15 minutes) then when we finally got to order our drinks were empty and I had to get up and ask our waitress for refills. As a chain, I Love B-Dubs. I was very excited to have one open up in Owasso. I've eaten at this specific location easily three dozen times. The food is great, just like other locations, and the servers are nice, but the service, consistently is AWFUL! I don't believe I have ever seen the the restaurant staffed appropriately. Nine out of ten times we stand at the doorway waiting for someone to seat us, some times as long as ten minutes, standing by ourselves with no one coming to greet and seat us. Always the staff is apologetic, because they are under staffed. I feel for them trying to greet and also waiting tables and work the carry out counter. After being seated we often wait 15 minutes to see our server. Many times they take our order and we often don't see them again. Some one else brings our order and we have to stand and find someone to fill out drinks. I would not post this after a single occurrence, but this is the norm at the Owasso location, not the exception. read more

Food was good but service, as with any BWW, was horrible. Wait was to take only 20 minutes for a group of 10 but it ended up being an hour! Even after group after group left, we were the only ones not seated. From the hostess to the waiter, it was horrid. Will NOT return. Gave this place two chances while I was in town and that's all they're gonna get from me. Takeout is probably your best option if you're craving wings and just HAVE to have it at BWW. Coming from out of state I expected more from OK BWW. We went during the Orange Bowl, so we knew it would be busy, and expected it to take a while to get our food. We weren't about the length of time it would take for our food. While we were waiting for our food our drinks were not refilled at all. When we received our food (40 minutes later) it was all cold... All of it. Cold French fries and,wings are not good. If we have to wait 40 minutes for food, I would expect it to be warm, if not hot! So as I read the reviews I'm noticing a common theme for this location of BWW. And yes, this is, by FAR, the absolute worst BWW I have ever been in. When I came in there were 3 tables occupied in the entire restaurant. I waited over 5 minutes just for the waitress to come seat me since I'm not supposed to seat myself. She took a drink order, it was only Dr. Pepper, and that took over 5 minutes. Then I ordered a small traditional wings and chips & salsa. She asked did I want the chips & salsa first, I said yes. 20 minutes later the chips & salsa come out...20 minutes for chips & salsa! About 15 minutes later she finally brings the wings out but they're the small, boneless wings. I tell her I ordered the traditional wings and she says she thought it was boneless but she'll go have them do a traditional instead. I told her not to worry as I've now been here right at 45 minutes and still have had nothing but chips & salsa and I'm only the 4th table here. I asked for my check and I'll just leave. She then brings me the check and it's for over $20!! I said I'll pay for the drink and chips & salsa since that was halfway decent but I'm not paying for the wings that are wrong. Service is terrible every time I've been. Bartenders stand around while you wait to catch eye contact for a refill. They bring you food and every time, I have had to wait to ask for a fork because they drop the food and run while you're stuck with the same terrible bartender who isn't paying attention. We went to BWW last night and had the worst service ever. Wrong order was delivered, bartender who brought out the food was told it was wrong and said "that's what the ticket said" and did nothing. Waitress had too many tables, some other customers left the bar area and went to sit somewhere else in the restaurant. When our waitress was told about our order, she rolled her eyes and said she'll fix it, after coming by our table two times, she finally brought our correct order. We go there every Tuesday night for wing night and for the last several months the service and food has seriously declined. We will not be going back!!! read more

I used to loathe BWW because of how awful the service,food, and people were at the one in my hometown. However, I moved to Owasso and soon after, a BWW was built. The place is in tip-top shape, the food is always hot and I feel I am getting what I paid for finally! The wait staff could stand to be a little more professional or courteous but for the teenage and 20-somethings working, its still a good experience. Recently, I called and placed a catering order for my company with BWW - Owasso and Omar (District Mgr?) answered my call, took the order, and delivered it all himself to our company. Half price wing night tried to take the family of 6, we were told a 30 minute wait and 40 minutes later we were told they weren't sitting anyone else for an hour and a half because the kitchen was backed up. I have been here several times and always enjoyed it until tonight. We have been here when is was packed for big games and everything went smoothly. The hostess Lauren was so rude!!she was shaking her head at us and making faces behind the managers back. She was turning people away without letting them in. She was telling people hour and a half then said oh that is for you also. It is half priced wing night I was expecting a wait. But when the reason is the kitchen is so backed up they won't have food out... The manager Jerry said he was going to make it right. If I could put zero stars I would. I had a terrible experience at this location, and will never be back. Tyler Quinn was the manager working and handled the situation terrible, cussing at us, telling us he didn't care about our complaints, and kicking us out. I was shocked at how angry he got, and honestly taken back with how horribly he treated us. One of our friends passed her beer to another person, that didn't have their ID on them, which is why the whole thing started. We would've completely understood if he had come up and nicely asked for their ID. Instead of this, he came up already angry before he even started talking, and right off the bat said that if we didn't have our IDs we needed to get out, he then proceeded to cuss at us, and tell us he didn't care about any complaints we had. Besides this - additional complaints would include our server maybe came by the table 3 times in the hr and a half we were there. We didn't get drink refills, never got food ( and we had been there for an hr and a half ) poor guy, he was the slowest server I've ever had. Went for a late lunch this afternoon. There were 5 cars in the parking lot, and MAYBE 2 tables of patrons. It took over 5 minutes to get water and soft drinks. Another 10 to be told they didn't have a particular drink in stock, and 5 more to be served a margarita and a beer. Food arrived, spinach and artichoke dip was watery and gross. My sandwich came and the crispy chicken still looked white and frozen, not golden brown, with cheese that resembled plastic. Our waitress was nice enough, and mentioned she was new, but the service was slower than snail's pace - with not a single apology to be had. She never even bothered to ask me why my food remained completely untouched. This place is crap. We paid $90 for one of the worst meals EVER. We certainly won't be back. read more

Came in last Sunday around 2 in the afternoon. Food was good and service was good. About halfway through our meal we were forced to watch an employee WORKING THE FLOOR get screamed at by the manager. He really seemed to have it out for this poor girl. It ended up with that employee and one other quitting. You don't treat your employees that way and you sure don't do it in front of the customers. Once I found out who he was and the cause of his anger I will never patronize that store again. After speaking to two other employees on the matter they both confirmed he was mad because one of the women involved wouldn't give in to his sexual harassment. I have been here multiple times and usually have GREAT service! But I recently just went and had the WORST service I've ever had! We waited around 5-10 minutes just to get a server and then we had to ASK our server to take our drinks and got told "can you wait a minute" as he sat right behind us and talked to his friends. Needless to say we got our stuff and left, then decided to call and talk to the manager and got told "that sounds like a personal problem to be b***ch". My first time to eat here! The server was pleasant and courteous as well as prompt. My husband and I shared our entrees. We had boneless chicken with honey barbecue sauce and southwest Philly cheese steak sandwich with a side of ranch dressing. We both ordered sweet Tea to drink. The flavor of the chicken was pleasing with the crunchy crust a bit hard due to the sauce soaking into it. We liked it. Would have eaten it again. The sauce on the Philly was delicious and spicy! The meat was strangely flavored and we weren't sure what that flavor profile was. With in less than an hour of eating, I was sick and my husband was sick. We don't know what the cause, just that this was the only meal we had that day. Along with the usual gastric emptying in a rapid sequence, I suffered immense stomach and abdominal cramps that kept me from resting or sleeping due to their intensity. My abdominal reaction lasted three days. I had to ingest Charcoal and quinine as treatment before the effects finally subsided. As a nurse, I have one conclusion as to why my symptoms developed after one meal. My husband had similar effects. This is my first and last visit to this restaurant. read more

Me and couple buddies went there last night to watch the draft. We all ordered a couple drinks and wings. Everything was fine until it was time to get our checks. The waitress asked us to separate our orders and tell her who got what which is no big deal. We get our checks and they are messed up. She goes back again to fix it and they are still messed up. She calls a "manager" over to help get the whole thing sorted out. After about 30 minutes another waitress comes over and asked us to tell her what we all had. After about another 10 minutes she comes back and the checks are still all wrong. They call another waitress over and she comes and asked what we all had. Still gets it all wrong. One of the guys we were with ended up paying for 2 pitchers and a side of mozzarella sticks that he didn't even have just so we could get out of there. First, I LOVE chicken wings, but this location apparently doesn't have the passion most do. Been here 5 times since open. Only 2 out of those 5 times has our wait service been enjoyable. The first & second times I came, I could excuse the service since they had only been open a week. Came October 22nd, for my birthday with my family. The service from wait staff & a manager were CRAP. We sat on the patio. Our waitress took 30 minutes to come get our drink orders. In the mean time there had been 3 different waitresses pass us & purposely looked at their feet as to not make eye contact.Total time spent was 3hrs. Because of that 'dining experience' I wasn't coming back. I decided to give Buffalo Wild Wings in Owasso one more time cuz I love wings, & that's when I met Michael. The food was WAY BELOW par. Had cold wings & even though i had ordered sauce they were served as if they were a dry rub. Because of the issues i had with my meal, multiple times, i was given a free desert to try to put me back into their good graces. I came back tonight & requested Michael.
