I was on a date with someone that I thought was a nice person but we did get there during the we got there around 6:30 PM and we set ourselves over close to the bar. Our waitress was DEE... She was amazing and wonderful. She came like right away. I went to the bathroom and the person that I was with was just being a brat. He was having a tantrum and she I got the appetizer combo where you get picked two or three and I got the lemon pepper wings dry rub all flats and she provided those without an extra charge. I got boneless sweet barbecue sweet honey barbecue sorry and I got two sliders well done with just cheese. They were perfect and my guest he got because he really wanted a burger and he wanted to do the appetizer and DEE was very very very patient with him and explained it's better to get all American with no bacon no cheese so you can put everything else you want on your burger and then it was buy one get one half off. He got the jerk chicken and the Thai wings both wet rubs and she explained to him. Yes they're both wet. Are you OK with that, he asked for obey. We were not near our place that has a buffalo wild wings that does provide obey. I told him that she gently told him that so he was already in the mood. He asked for a corona. I got a pink lemonade she bought me I mean, I got a regular lemonade. She said we have strawberry. I'm allergic to strawberry so she said well. I recommend the lemonade and just I'll add light ice and he got a corona and she bought it right away with a line and he drank his corona he requested another one and she bought it to him right away. She also allowed me to take to go cup for my lemonade, cause I hadn't finished it and I asked her no lemon in the lemonade and she complied. She was a great waitress please tip her please give her kudos. She was amazing. He paid for the meal and I said you should leave her a tip. He said no cause my burger was wet and I said well you didn't tell her well done so before we left while we were packing up want to go boxes two separate bags because we were going two different places two different locations but when we left before we left, he was like well. My bun is so soggy and he said can I get another bun cause this one's soggy and he was like this burger has a lot of grease. I said you're nothing but full of complaints. First of all she went and found her manager and said listed can I get it just a regular toasted bun in the kitchen obliged and they just toasted a regular bun and he put his burger on the rest of the bun and finished it make that makes sense. see she was a merry wonderful very great waitress very compliant. We spent less than $50 and less than 45 and he refused to tip her and I didn't like that so but please please please give DEE erase she was amazing. she was patient she made sure she got his order absolutely correct had he got a burger a little bit more well done it wouldn't have had a lot of you know Greece and I asked him I said did you want your burger? Well done he said no I said so. You basically asked her what you got and she made an exception and gave you raw onions and they don't do that they usually caramelized their onions. but it was a great meal and it was a lot of games going on so it was super loud different TVs and stuff. Ordered the buffalo dip, and it came in a small Togo container and was obviously microwaved. Ordered two Waters which tastes like the coins you keep in your car in the cup holder. Lastly, the restaurant is frigid inside(it's November 30th and 39° outside currently). Personally watched the manager turn the thermostat down even lower and majority of the workers along with myself are wearing coats because of this. Not sure what's going on here but save your money. As a Buffalo Wild Wings lover this was one of the worst experiences I've had. We came to have lunch and watch basketball for March madness. The restaurant was mostly empty but the service was extremely slow. Food came out at all different times, some orders were even wrong. Service was slow and not attentive. I came to dine-in and after about twenty-five minutes (15 minutes of waiting patiently and 10 minutes of trying to get someone's attention), I finally got a server to come over to my table. It only took a couple minutes to get a Diet Coke, but that would be the only drink I'd get that night - my server and what seemed like a manager offered refills and then forgot to come back with them. My food wasn't even warm when it arrived, so I ultimately asked for my check, waited about twenty minutes for it and then left. Okay first things first I ask and pay for extra celery/carrots. Not only did I not get the extra celery/carrots but they didn't give me any at all. Grant it the extra veggies are less than a $1 but if a customer willingly paid the extra they should be given the extra. Now I normally only order regular fries but this time I seen on the menu "cheddar jack fries". Usually when someone gets cheese fries they are expecting cheese sauce but instead (per the photo) I received melted shredded cheese and it was only a sprinkle. The manager isn't courteous. The food isn't served after 11:15 pm, but they are open til 12 midnight. There is no advertisement of that fact. I was there before 11:15pm. B Dubs! First time diner at this location but forever patron to the franchise. It seems they all share the same qualities of good food and customer service. Dined in during more relaxed phase of Covid. Precautions were taken of customers wearing a mask upon entry, staff wearing a mask, distancing between diners, and limited seating. It was a Friday evening and to my surprise it was still seating available. Was going to originally sit at the bar but decided to get a table in which the hostess was accommodating with. The menu is always straight forward with a choice of salad, wraps, or wings and you know what I came to do *Chris Brown voice* lol. I did notice they added some new limited seasonings for the wings. After some hearty drink discussions with the hostess decided on margarita and 10 traditional with lemon pepper and Chipotle bbq. As I sat around and looked at a place once bustling with people as the games were still displayed over many flat screen tv's. You couldn't help but notice the change in atmosphere. Of course no fault by the staff as they did their best in meeting every need that I had. It felt so dead and the cheering of teams from fans, kids laughing, or hearing random conversations were non existent. I heard music which I never knew they played! It was a good mix hearing old school like Biggie which I never thought I would hear in a restaurant lol. Shows how Covid has impacted everything. The drinks and food arrive in a timely manor. I guess the bar tender had time that day because the margarita was litty! My only gripe with any BW's is their drinks are very tame now matter which place I went to. Drink was so nice I got it twice! You could hear people complaing. I saw some go to bar to get a drink rather than wait. Food was ok. I saw a mouse on floor and server spill a large drink and no one made an effort to clean it up. It takes a lot for me to come and land a bad review of a location but today took the absolute cake. Ordered 15 boneless wings for pickup at 11:50, paid in full online. And I arrive at 12:05 because they always take longer to make the food so I decided to five them some time so I don't waste my entire break waiting for my food. Which I ended up doing anyways. I walk up to the counter and tell the cashier in plain English, "I am picking up for Jonathan", and I don't see my food on the rack. I gave them an extra 15 minutes at this point to coat 15 boneless wings with sauce and leave it for me. She asked me to give her a second to check the kitchen which I had no problem with. "Karen", came out with a bag that I can only estimate was at least $40 of food. And I let her know that this wasn't mine, and she starts mouthing off at me about me "calling in and pushing back my order" which never happened, and I took at the receipt and saw the name and phone number was a completely different person, Joshua. You're welcome by the way dude! Apparently they're okay with handing random people massive orders without verifying details of the person who ordered. I don't personally enjoy rude commentary from anyone, so I pull my receipt up on my phone for the paid online order and Karen exclaims that she can't read that because it's too small, and that I never placed my order. So I zoom in and show her the address matching her location and my name. She starts muttering under her breath and goes in the back for 5 minutes which I almost contemplated leaving for. I look on the left side of the register and ask the first employee to come and look at it for me and there's my order plain as day. Karen comes back out and is literally ignoring my requests for updates on my food and not looking at me at all. I decide to call out a younger employee and tell her my break is up in 10 minutes, if it isn't ready in the next 5 minutes I can't wait here any longer than that so I can return to my job and that I'd like a refund if they haven't started making my food. She tells me my food will be ready in that time which it was, thankfully! 12:34pm, 44 minutes late from the requested pickup time. And I sat there before she came out with my small order and I see none other than Joshua pull up, the gentleman who was clearly ordering for his company and colleagues, I bet he's glad no one walked off with all his food. I've had food missing, long waits for past due food, and shortages of food told to me which is pretty mild to me. But the second I get bullshit from employees who can't perform basic duties, that's when I cross the line. To top it all off, some if the wings were undercooked! Lovely. Slow poor service. Pretty good food and beer just like any other location. I came on a Wednesday night after work little did I know they have 99 cent kids meals on Wednesdays. On top of that Stevenson University had a fundraiser so they were swamped. There was a wait for a table so I decided to sit at the bar. There were plenty of tables in the bar area available but not many of them were clean. I found the least dirty of the ones I saw. Took a while for a waitress to come over to take my order, 23 minutes to be exact. then it took about another 30 min just to get my food. i could see if I ordered something extravagant but I just had 10 wings and fries. To top it all off when I did get it it was room temperature. I would probably not come back to this location again. Doesn't seem like they can handle large crowds. All the dirty tables just sat there uncleaned for about a hour before anyone even started to clear them. There was even trash left at the bar.
