Boneless wings were cold, very little chicken (mostly breading), very little sauce. Fries were cold too. BWW has become an overpriced restaurant and the portions get smaller and smaller every year. When they were a smaller chain their food was better and they seemed to spend less on fancy surroundings and on better quality food. We won't be returning. read more

Was so excited to find a BWW - new to the area. Long story short, seated in a booth - two waiters total for entire area. Our waiter walked by us at least three times, without even an acknowledgement. Waited 10 minutes, then left. Went to Ollie and Hobbes up the road - excellent service and food! Not a very good experience after flying into town earlier in the day. Went here for dinner. Was fairly busy so we decided to take a table in the bar area. We waited about 10 minutes for menus. The bar staff stayed to us that the host should have given us menus and that he went and asked for some and was denied menus from "the front". We finally received menus and ordered. We waited for over a half an hour for our three meals to arrive. One sandwich, which came with bacon, had uncooked bacon on it. We flagged down the waiter and explained to them that for waiting as long as we did for the food, it seems wrong to receive a sandwich with undercooked bacon on it. The waiter apologized and put in for new bacon as well as notified the manager. The manager arrived shortly after with the new, crispy, cooked bacon. She apologized and said she "would take the extra bacon off the bill". We explained to her that there was no "extra" bacon as it came with the sandwich. She apologized and said she'd take 25% off the sandwich. At this time, the other two people at the table were finished eating and the third person (sandwich with issue) was left to eat a sandwich by themselves. We told the manger we waited for over a half an hour for the food to then receive it with an issue and she again apologized and stated "this is one of our busied nights so staffing is short". Congratulations you just told customers you don't know how to staff your restaurant properly! The manager gave us attitude and was not willing to make up for the kitchen error and wait time. Went in for the BOGO deal and left extremely disappointed. At 9pm, business was slow yet it took nearly 40 minutes for us to get our food only to be given cold wings with mostly breading and little actual chicken. Our waitress was also inattentive and did not refill our waters for 15 minutes even though we were one of the few people left in the restaurant. If I had the option to not give them a single star, that's what I would do. I work and leave nearby and do to go orders occasionally with them. 8 out of the 10 times I have placed and order it has been multiple payments and I have never had an issue until I went In today to pick up an order and the very rude lady working the pick up line was extremely rude and let me know after I arrived I couldn't use another one of my co-workers cards, even though I told her when I called in it would be a multiple payment order she never mentioned that I could not use cards without the other person there. I asked to speak to a manager and he was even more rude then the other employee was!! Food is good as usual but the only reason the star rating is so low is because of the service. We came in, there's a bigger party already seated and it's kind of noisy but it's a Sunday so its expected. Service was extremely slow and rude. The waitresses were standing up against the back wall talking and laughing while the other table guests were watching them. They would turn their backs on the tables instead of helping them. I had to literally get out of my seat to get our server's attention. I would understand if it's a little busy, but it isn't. That just isn't good service... hopefully things can change! read more

This review is based off of overall quality and in comparison to other BDubs I've been to. I went there during lunch for a coworker's going away get together. We had one waiter for the whole group and he was very attentive and stayed on top of the orders and refills etc without sensing frustration or disdain from him for having to deal with the large group. I ordered the ultimate nachos and a steak wrap. The nachos are always very good there. The wrap was decent. I probably wouldn't order it again though. Larger strips of steak would have made it 10x better. The steak was crumbly and chopped up way too much. One thing i noticed that was a big negative is that all the tables throughout the restaurant seemed to take a very long time to be cleaned and bussed. That aspect was definitely not a good look. Not usually what i see at a BDubs. All in all i had a great time with some good food. I would return if in the area. read more

I wanted the new sampler they had but they didn't have fried pickles so I asked if I could replace it with more chips. He told he it's against "corporate". Being apart of he restaurant business that is absolutely ridiculous you can't sub chips that cost nearly cents on the dollar. The staff was unfriendly and more concerned on talking to one another then tending on the paying customers. (Kimberly I believe) Very friendly and understanding. They had 4 people call in "sick" (73 degrees in early March). Understandable, but not your customers problem and they should not have to eat cold (already mediocre) wings because of it. Fire them and be done, or call more people in. Anyway, transaction voided and I leave and go find something else to eat. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. The food is already meh... (especially if you aren't drinking while watching a game/fight), but if you are getting takeout, just cook your own wings. We normally have a pretty decent time and food here but this experience was not good. I ordered the strawberry mojito. I don't know what the bartender made but it was not a mojito and I've had them from here before. Then we order fried pickles. All of them were bunched together and fried to where when you pull them apart, the breading is raw in between them. Wings were average. I definitely will wait a long time to come back. I've lived up the road for about a year now. As a date night for my husband and I, before moving to Papillion we ate at the Council Bluffs Iowa restaurant very often. To the point people/workers started recognizing us. So we order from this one to pick up, carry-out, a lot now and every time I am disappointed. The wings are sloppy. I ALWAYS have to ask for extra sauce on my wings, if I don't, I feel as if I am eating fried chicken. No sauce. The most recent time we ate in the restaurant for a date night. I ordered my usual. Medium size of hot flavored wings. They came out a different kind. It was like as a hot bbq. I was upset, and said, this isn't what i ordered. I asked if mine could be remade. They brought out another order. And still the one kind. My husband was done eating by that time. And we were ready to go. I asked for extra sauce, just so the leftovers I had. I could try the hot sauce they gave me. As I returned home I placed the leftovers in the fridge, leaving the sauce out. Dipped a spoon into the sauce to taste. It was not the hot sauce. I felt like I was eating franks red hot wings sauce. Gross. Needless to say, we don't order it anymore. Also, the waiters and waitresses, seriously need a ton more of training. Terrible training. Stopped in here on Sunday to grab some lunch with the man, my daughter, son-in-law and granddaughter. The host was very pleasant and we grabbed a booster seat on our way to our booth. After sitting, the waitress approached the table looked at the booster and in a very blaise tone "you have a kid?". "Yes". "oh". Great way to open to your customers. The restaurant was quite empty as it was pretty early in the afternoon, so the slow, shuffling attitude of the server, Alex, can't be blamed on being tired and busy. The child's plate came out quite quickly, however, the adult meals took quite some time. That really didn't bother me. What did was the lack of personality of the server. She was not downright rude, nor was she pleasant whatsoever. She appeared to be there only for a paycheck without realizing that she is in the customer service business. That kind of treatment can put a damper on an entire meal..........and it did. I am normally a great tipper, well above the 20% when a server shows that they really care.
