I tried ordering online.Their website would not accept the payment. Even though we tried paying four times with different cards. When I came in to order, the price went up from just over $100 to over $117. They said the difference in price was because online you could order a meal with wings and fries. However, in the store, you had to order the wings separate from the fries. And then after charging us extra for the fries, they didn't give us the fries. I ordered the ultimate sampler with 4 dips. They did not give me the caramel dip. They also did not give us any of the carrots, celery or ranch dip. The mac and cheese looks so dried out that I thought it might be day old. My sliders were dried out. They look like they were overcooked. I ordered a side salad. It was supposed to have ranch on the side, no ranch. The bag of food was so full, that my two ranch dippers fell on the ground as I was getting out of the car., so I couldn't eat em. We ordered arnold palmer and a diet pepsi. The arnold palmer was leaking. I told them about it, and they said they would replace it. When I got home, I found out they'd replaced the diet pepsi, not the arnold palmer. Service was very slow, and we waited an hour+ and everyone that came in after us throughout our section us was served but us. 1/2 of our order came out after an hour wait and the tenders were cold and only 1/2 of the other order came out because it still was incomplete or fully prepared ....Waitress barely updated us on the issue of the delay and when she went to tell a manager finally after the hour no one came to inform us what the deal was.... Let's start with the jerk who pretended to be our "host". We arrived 30 min prior to kickoff for MNF. There is 5 of us. He wants to put us to the side of the large screen. We said we'd like to be direct in front as there's a table open and literally no one else is there with exception of a few in booths not even looking at the tv. He says we can't as he needs to give us to another waiter. We refuse and he gets all angry so I remind him we are the customer and not sure why he's not doing as we requested. If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. We have eaten at plenty of Buffalo Wild Wings, and this is by far the worst. For starters, don't even try reserving a table online or through open table, because we were told multiple times by the staff those reservations are just thrown out and they don't even know why they allow them to be booked. We unfortunately, chose this place to eat since we were in town for a baseball tournament and thought this would be a good choice for a large party with kids. We were wrong. You would think that they would be used to dealing with large parties, because of the Louisville Slugger Sports Complex drawing travel baseball teams from afar, but their complete ineptness told us otherwise. After confirming multiple times with staff that we would be arriving at the restaurant with our party of 21, we were then told to wait outside in the rain!!! Their blazing sauce is spicy and amazing im a huge spicy eater , so it was nice that were have this sauce and they were opened late. We were completely disappointed and confused - how can boneless wings be drenched in sauce, yet have zero flavor, as well as be undercooked? The same was so of my husbands order - the new buffalo ranch flavor had zero flavor and just like mine, were a combination of hot on the outside and chilly on the inside. The order was picked up and taken across the street to our residence, so it's not as though we traveled some distance with the food. A group of 12 of us came to watch Missouri Valley Tournament semi-final game. We used to do this years ago and the place would be packed. And it was really fun! It was not packed and was understaffed. Also, the draft beer was out of commission. They did get the draft beer back, but they said they were having to pour out too much foam and made a decision not to serve it. So management decided they wouldn't make enough on the beer and went to bottles only. Then they ran out of Coors light bottles. So unprepared for a big weekend of games. This used to be a fun place to come 10 Years ago when there was good service. Our most recent visit to BWW was horrid. First off, our order was incorrect and the waitress said she would go ahead and bring out the correct order. We never received the correct order and the manager refused to even put a discount of the receipt. They ended up just bringing us a box and a cup of the sauce that was suppose to be on the order after we were done eating. Comically mismanaged location! We had to wait over one hour for just two snack orders of plain wings (10 wings total). Tried ordering a small order of French Fries on the side. They were out of French Fries at 6:30 on a Friday night. My girlfriend ordered a side Caesar Salad with the salad dressing on the side. Ok, lets see how they can mess that order up. Well, for starters they soak the salad in dressing when the order finally arrives (I'd say it took about one hour and twenty minutes). The salad dressing isn't even Caesar dressing (some sort of Honey dressing). At this point I am expecting a television crew to come out with lights, and say you'd been "Punk'D!" I complained to a waitress about the time it was taking for our meal and she appeared shortly after to apologize and stated she would take care of our meal for us (read: comp'ed). The waitress that had been serving us was lovely and by no fault of her own, we were completely dissatisfied with the service. The wings were really good tho!!
