First of all, I've eaten at this BWW numerous times throughout the years and the service and food has been solid. In the last year or so the quality of service has gone downhill, punctuated by a phone call to place a carryout order today. The young lady couldn't have sounded less interested in taking the order if she'd tried. She had no patience to help me with pricing, quantities, or the like. She seemed ready to take a nap at any moment, possibly while I was still on the phone. When I asked "I seem like I'm bothering you, should I call back later?" she got snappy with me, at which point I asked to talk to someone else who would have an interest in taking my order. She dropped the phone on the table and walked away talking in the background the entire time. Finally, another young lady picked up the phone and completed the order politely, saving the sale. While the Cardinals and Cubs were playing, the Cleveland game was on half of the TVs so we had to squeeze into one side of the booth to catch the game we wanted to watch. Food is pretty good. Me and my girlfriend Saturday night we're having dinner watching the Titans versus ravens game and we were asked to leave early because they were closing up normally I believe they're closed at 1 AM. Been to this B-Dubs once or twice before. Honestly don't have much to say about it. It is about the same as any other B-Dubs. There are Tv's everywhere, with sports on. It's loud, but not deafening. This review is solely based on my takeout at B-dubs tonight. I will return to dine in and add on/update this review! Every Tuesday B-dubs has a special on traditional wings, currently priced at 60 cents per wing. (Used to be 50 cents, and 40 cents prior to that back in 2007 or so) Anyway, that's why B-dubs are usually packed on Tuesdays. This is my first time going to this location. I ordered 10 traditional WILD wings with a side of fries. B-dub's french fries are among my top 3 favorite btw, next to Popeye's cajun fries and Pollo Tropical waffle fries. As like any other fries that you'd get, it must be hot and crispy. Service was fine, friendly and outgoing staff here at the takeout counter. Oh, and they got my order correct so even though that should be a given, it's not so common anymore. When I opened my box of wings, it was loaded with sauce and the chicken was still crispy... YUMMMMMM! The fries were still hot, crispy on the outside but soft on the inside, exactly how every fry should be. I've been to locations all over Orlando and other cities where at some, they barely put any sauce on their wings.Trust me, you want to stay away from those places! This location did not disappoint. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the quality here and will return to dine in and see how that goes. I only ever get 2 sauces when I come here. 1) Wild and 2) Asian Zing. Incredibly bad takeout experience. I should've gotten a clue when as I was standing waiting to order, another patron came back in with their bag containing incorrect food. The cashier attempting to take my order did not seem like she had ever been trained on the computer at all, it took way longer than normal to substitute a couple of ingredients. I was not given an itemized receipt, only the credit slip to sign so I have no idea if I was charged for those subs or not. I then sat down to wait....and wait....and wait. After 37 minutes of waiting (and nearly finishing my Kindle book) I go back to the counter to see how much longer it could be. There are now 3 servers standing around the registers, chatting as they ignore me. I said excuse me twice before one would look up. I asked about my order and it was on the counter behind her, had been sitting there who knows how long. I guess it's not their policy to walk an order out 10 steps to their benches where people are waiting for their orders so be ready to stand next to the counter for 37 minutes while you wait. This location always gets our take out orders wrong. Today instead of traditional wings we got boneless. I am gluten free to this is not something I can eat. In the passed instead of chips they have given us fries. They never give us enough ranch when we specifically ask for 4 every time. Also getting someone to answer the phone to take our order is always a headache. I have literally been put on hold and driven all the way to the location to tell them in person that I've been on hold for more than 20 minutes. I even showed the manager my phone as proof. I really wish they would get some seasoned staff behind the counter that has their shit together and can handle a busy work environment. Buffalo Wild Wings has gone downhill for many years now. Not the atmosphere or the service or even the interior. It's the wings that just are not worth the price. Gone are the days of 50 cent wings. Even with 1/2 off wing days, the flavor, quality, and amount of wings you get is depressing. This Grand Prairie location is awesome for being open until 1 am on weekdays. Service was fast and cheerful. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Nice variety of sauces and dry rubs but taste-wise, they are average. I recommend Desert Heat and pro-tip: ask for extra sauce, seasoning, and/or hot sauce. Water was refilled quickly but it did take awhile for the server to get us our check. In her defense, she was the only one out there. Prices have gone up since the last time I went in which was years ago. Instead of selling the wings by the amount, they have small/medium/large options. Thankfully, the server was able to recite approximately how many wings come out with each size. I would return here as a late night option but during dinner hours, Peoria has way better wing options. read more

When we went in, there were 2 parties of 4 each ahead of us, neither of which had been helped yet and no one at the host stand. We were a party of 2. Waited 5 minutes before someone finally came. Had the 2 parties wait but never took their names. Told us to look in the bar to see if there was an available table. We said we'd check. He said it's not their responsibility to find seats for customers there which we thought was odd because we didn't ask him to. There were no seats available so we went back up to the stand and now there were more people waiting in line. We told the host that there were no seats in the bar and he told us all these people were in front of us. I told him they weren't before he told us to look in the bar. He mumbled around and didn't know what to do. We finally said that we would just go somewhere else. Such poor customer service. We walked in and stopped at the hostess stand where it even says please wait to be seated; the girl stared at us for a few minutes and then finally said "do you need seated?, sit wherever" It then took 10 min before someone come to take a drink order. She brought them back took our food order we didn't see her again until our food came and that was only once. The place was empty - maybe 3 other tables - and it took over 30 minutes to get a small boneless and a medium traditional with fries. I went to BWW yesterday at the Grand Prairie location and was very disappointed the experience. The server took about 15 min's to acknowledge us after we sat down. We tried to order drinks and wings, but since my companion didn't have her ID with her (she is 42 years old) she was not allowed a drink. We got a couple apps to include bones wings and cheese potato slices (don't remember what hey called it). The wings had very little meat and were soaked with sauce. The potato's were soggy and coated with very greasy cheese. I hadn't eaten all day and was starving, yet didn't finish the meal. Okay, first problem, they're open earlier in the day on Christmas Eve but you can't order online then. The website gave the earliest pickup day available as the 26th. So I drove there and put in my order in person. Asked for 4 small orders of boneless wings (had to clarify, not regular wings, since she initially heard wrong) with different sauces. Then when I got the order there were only 3 of them included. Server was a bit argumentative, saying that I only said 3 when I definitely said 4. My significant other wanted to catch the Viking's game, and if you didn't know, there are no shortage of TVs, so we opted to come here. It was just odd. With no sign of the host coming back, we flagged down a server and asked if we could seat ourselves. She replied "Yes", and walked off. If I had been in a worse mood I suppose we would have left, but we didn't complain. I'll skip over the part and in betweens that we had 3 different servers trying to get our drinks and orders. When "Brian" (he looked like a Brian) was the decided server for the duration, he apologized to us as if he knew what had been happening the whole time. Haha. Anyways, Brian did a fantastic job for the entirety. He made our 1 star visit a 2 star. He was fast and efficient with my continuous drink orders. My girl ordered the buffalo chicken rap and says it was delicious; the side of wedges with it, I tried, and were tasty and crispy. The highlight of the evening though was the Ultimate Nachos. I don't order nachos often, but, I dare say they are now one of my new favorite places to get em. They are fairly inexpensive, especially for the whopping amount they pile on; Loaded with chicken, cheese, beef, beans, and jalapeños (if you choose).
