I was on a first date and after the two minutes we waited to be seen by the waitress that seated us I ordered a talk Stella and she informed me unprompted that it was the only one I was allowed to order...ummm okay....then after ordering our food I stepped out for cigarette then came back 7 minutes later to find my table had been bussed....I had food coming and they assumed I had just left, then our order came out missing our side order of fries.....not a good experience and I will not be coming back. read more

For some reason our order is always wrong. This time, I asked for kids chicken tender basket with a milk. I received naked tenders, no side, and the milk. Food took longer than the 15 minutes they told us. I got to eat an hour later to cold chicken, cheese curds missing the ranch that was supposed to come with it, and my kid thankfully didn't throw a fit about her lack of a full meal, but this is not what I ordered. This is one of the Buffalo Wild Wings where they make up their own rules about how many wings to give you. It used to be that you get 6, 12, 18 , or 24. Now they call them snack, small, medium, and large. This gives the franchisees the ability to decide whatever they want to give you. At my BWW I get 12 wings in a small. Every time. Some of the wings are smaller, some bigger. That's expected. At this BWW, I got 10 dinky wings in my small order. I emailed corporate. No response. Putting all BWW that use this practice on blast on Yelp. Charging this much per dinky wing is ludicrous considering their alcohol prices. read more

Awful, horrendous service. The sign at the front clearly days Please Seat Yourself, but then we were ignored for 10 minutes at a dirty table until my husband finally got up to talk to the manager. I am a huge fan of B-Dubs, but this location is beyond horrible! For some reason we keep going back here on our way home from Boyne Highlands. We have been here at least 8 to 10 times over the last couple of years and we keep going back hoping it will be better, but it is still always disappointing. Never again! From the time we sat down until we got our food (nothing out of the ordinary for a family of four) it took over an hour! It was not even busy - there were seven tables filled in the dining room and a couple more in the bar area. Oddly enough, no one was getting their food orders! It was like everyone in the kitchen went out for a smoke break together. Usually the food at B-Dubs is delicious, but something is wrong with this locations kitchen because the food was gross - stale taco shells, half of the toppings were missing, and I couldn't get the correct salad dressing. The manager finally came around to see how things were going. We expressed our concerns regarding the stale shells and he asked if I wanted another order. I told him no because it had already taken 45 minutes to get our food to begin with, plus you know they would have messed with my second order because cooks hate that. Nothing else from the manager after that. Tonights experience is very typical of this location. Horrible food and even worse service! Sadly, The Side Door Saloon isn't open on Sundays bc we love that place, and we had to settle for here bc we were in our ski gear! read more

Horriable service. I understand being busy and having a little bit of a wait for food. I don't understand a server not knowing that a table didn't recieve all their food. We got everything we ordered but our fried pickels. A food runner brought our food and said they would be right out, I also asked her if she could bring sliced pickles for my sons burger, she said yes she would be right back out with everything. In the meantime my husband ate his food and I finished what I received. Our drinks remained unfilled with no offer to refill. As I sat waiting for the rest of my meal we were presented with our bill. Not asked if we were finished or if we wanted dessert but just handed our bill. So I asked for the pickels to be taken off since I never got them. While she took them off a genuine apology would have been nice. To top it off we asked for boxes for our left overs and she brought our boxes, sat them down, and proceeded to take our food. Worse restaurant experience me and my wife ever had. We went there two weeks in a row hoping it was better 1st time we waited half hour and nobody came to take a drink order they weren't that busy so we got up and walked out. Second time we waited 45 min for our food and my burger was made completely wrong missing bacon sauteed onions and had mustard asked for no mustard. They replaced my fries with my appetizer. I was very disappointed living less than a block away and now I'll never return. Management did offer to replace my burger said it would take 3min too cook I decided I'd rather have it took off my bill didn't offer to discount the whole meal I didn't find it fair that my wife would be almost done eating before I got my meal. read more

Absolutely terrible service! Our waitress began to take our order then walked away for ten minutes. After she came back and took the rest of our order she disappeared for another hour. She brought us out cold food and we had empty drinks and she didn't even offer us a refill. We had to ask for more drinks and we had to go get our own napkins. I was very disappointed with my experience at this Buffalo Wild Wings. Our waitress was very rude, the wait staff stood around watching the TVs, and on top of that our order was never put in. When we said we would rather just have our check after 45 minutes of waiting as opposed to wait for our order to be put in our waitress, Melody, acted like we were being very rude. I know it's a cop out, electronics at dinner, but every once in a while it's great to have happily distracted kids while you're enjoying a nice dinner. And Sundays are half priced kids meals! Placed order online to be picked up at 12:40. Arrived at 12:30, expected to wait the ten minutes until 12:40. I waited until 12:55 to get my food. Got in my car checked the bags, no celery or ranch (which they charge for) to go with the wings. Got back out of my car to get the celery and ranch after all I did pay for i! Drove back to work (about a 10 minute drive) to ice cold food. I ordered my food at least 50 minutes before scheduled pick up time. I was also unable to order from the lunch menu online. $40+ later I have ice cold food and no desire to visit Buffalo Wild Wings anytime. I gave 2 stars because the restaurant was busy and I was asked if I was helped by a few different staff members. read more

This place needs a good manager that knows sports. Went there on a college football Saturday. Half the TV's had either CNN or Soccer on at 3 in the afternoon. Was told only the manager could change the channel. It took over 30 minutes to find a manager and even then only half of the CNN, Soccer TV's got changed. Joked with my wife that I guaranteed they had a female manager- they did and judging by my experience and some other reviews she is not very good. This is the most poorly ran restaurant I've ever came across. If I order a wrap or wings neither come out efficiently. The wrap is so poorly made I can't even pick it up to eat it due to the over abundance of sauce and the looseness of the wrap. The wings never have enough sauce so they're hard and gross. I started ordering "extra wet" wings and they come out swimming in a pool of sauce in the bottom of the container. That being said I was employed by this company for a year and I know for a fact if people knew the half of what happens there they wouldn't eat there again. The management doesn't care about the staff let alone the customers. Even the smallest complaint will be complained about in the back of the restaurant by management which is severely unprofessional. If you send back wings the management will encourage cooks to just "drop" the wings/boneless in the frier to get the sauce off and "respin" those old wings in the new sauce. They knowingly allow their cooks to serve old wings/boneless to save their "food cost". They also knowingly allow the staff to come in sick and throwing up because they "don't have the staff to cover shifts". I was a cooking and throwing up every ten minutes, I went to my general manager who was in the office with a trainee manager playing on Pinterest and other social media sites to let her know what was happening and she laughed and told me I had to stay that there was no one to cover and "there's no way she was closing". So if you get sick there that is why and the old food of course. You wait 25-30 minutes to get food because they don't staff properly so management can receive their quarterly "bonus check" for having good labor. This management doesn't care about the customers whatsoever. The only thing they care about is themselves and how much money they make.
