Twice now they gave me the Buffalo Ranch chicken wrap instead. Must be the same cook in kitchen both times that doesn't know the difference in Menu items! If I wanted ranch all over my wrap, I would have ordered that, but I didn't. THE CLASSIC CHICKEN WRAP DOES NOT COME SMOTHERED WITH RANCH DRESSING.... Soon thereafter, we returned after hearing it was under new management and we immediately saw the improvement. Not only were there more people in the establishment, but the food was once again what we were used to getting at a BWW. This visit was met with great customer service, but our food was a bit of a disappointment. We each ordered a ten piece boneless wings, yet they looked much smaller than normal and mine were very dry. Thankfully, the manager (Elissa) quickly came over to our table to address our concerns and made it right. I was given a fresh order of wings and my tummy was once again, happy! Disappointed in this BWW. I have eaten at several and have always enjoyed the experience, but this BWW seems lacking. When we entered the restaurant there was no one to greet us. I could see several people back behind the bar, but no one at the hostess stand. We were getting ready to go to the bar to ask for a table when the hostess finally came out from the area just behind the hostess stand. Note - there were only two people seated at the bar and the rest of the restaurant was empty with at least 5 people "working" that we could see. We passed by table after table after table of dirty dishes, apparently no one of the people we saw was responsible for clearing away the dishes. The hostess tried to seat us right next to the kitchen and area where the meals are put into the computer, water is brought to tables, etc. I was incredulous - literally there was NO ONE seated at a table to eat and THAT was the best table? I requested to be moved away from that and we had to have the table cleaned before we could sit. Why were the tables still dirty when no one was even working? The meal was mediocre at best.
