This visit was met with great customer service, but our food was a bit of a disappointment. Disappointed in this BWW. I have eaten at several and have always enjoyed the experience, but this BWW seems lacking. When we entered the restaurant there was no one to greet us. I could see several people back behind the bar, but no one at the hostess stand. We were getting ready to go to the bar to ask for a table when the hostess finally came out from the area just behind the hostess stand. Note - there were only two people seated at the bar and the rest of the restaurant was empty with at least 5 people "working" that we could see. We passed by table after table after table of dirty dishes, apparently no one of the people we saw was responsible for clearing away the dishes. The hostess tried to seat us right next to the kitchen and area where the meals are put into the computer, water is brought to tables, etc. I was incredulous - literally there was NO ONE seated at a table to eat and THAT was the best table? I requested to be moved away from that and we had to have the table cleaned before we could sit. Why were the tables still dirty when no one was even working? The meal was mediocre at best.
