He told us all about the updates he made, and even took us on a tour. There is a separate room for smokers, there is another bar area which can be booked for events and there is an outdoor patio, all with a fence so you can wander the palatial estate with beer in hand. They do have a very good beer and bar selection, with lots on tap. Staff were pleasant and attentive. The food currently comes out of the 1-2 food trucks in permanent location alongside. It's kind of our go-to place when we're going to go to an event at the Elks because it's so convenient. FYI -- Our Elks event started at 7 PM, and our reservation was at 5:30 PM, and we finished with about 10 minutes to walk over across the street and get seated.
