So, my wife and I came in for the first time tonight. We've lived here for 2 1/2 years and live close by. We're so glad we stopped in, what a GREAT place. Clean, FUN atmosphere, cool people shooting pool, and the VERY BEST part, our bartender, Devynn, was awesome !!!! We'll definitely be back !!! I used to frequent Barefoot Bobs about 10+ years ago, and having recently moved back, I had a chance to visit again. Wow, it's noticeably cleaned up and updated with tons of clean pool tables, darts and a lot of locals just enjoying their time. The place is huge! There is a food truck outside and in the next few days, they will begin serving BBQ! We sat at the bar and ended up sitting next to the owner, Bruce who bought the place shortly after the original Bob passed away a while ago. He told us all about the updates he made, and even took us on a tour. There is a separate room for smokers, there is another bar area which can be booked for events and there is an outdoor patio, all with a fence so you can wander the palatial estate with beer in hand. They do have a very good beer and bar selection, with lots on tap. Staff were pleasant and attentive. The food currently comes out of the 1-2 food trucks in permanent location alongside. The food truck(s) look like they are closed, but they are very open with a decent selection of food and I plan to head back as soon as the BBQ is there. Check it out folks! read more

Came here recently to check it out for the first time. Was interested in menu and was never offered one. So I still have no idea what is on it. Website shows they have nachos Well we shot pool for a bit until someone brought their dog in and it was sitting at the bar barking and nobody was doing anything about it and it was just too annoying so we had to leave. Was hoping for a better experience. But they definitely had nice pool tables. I might give them another try. read more

No food. That's the first thing we noticed after the array of pool tables. There's a food truck off the smoking porch where you can get a marginal, overpriced sandwich. Pool is by the hour. We had a terrible night shooting 8 ball. Some nights are just like that. The bar is okay. Atmosphere completely expected. People seemed quirky, especially the couple with the two chunky yellow(!) Great pool tables, lousy service. I knocked down a practice set, but the balls didn't return. Waited 20 minutes for the bartender to finish cooking, then she offered to take care of my table issue AFTER she waited on everyone at the bar first, even after I told her I'd been waiting longer than anyone else. I was done at that point. May come back for a tournament someday, but not going out of my way to play pool here again. read more

Good food, great beer. Great hospitality and always welcomed with a smiling face when you walk through the door.

Great local bar and pool hall. Drinks are well priced and the place is super clean. There is a food truck out back if you get hungry.

Especially if you go during a 4 day weekend, that's when Diana works and she makes the best Bloody Mary's and Long Island ice teas in all of Prescott Valley! read more

I have been visiting this pub for about 6 years. The billard prices are on the high side, so I shoot pool at Gurley Street sports bar. However, I like drinking beer and watching sports on their many TV screens. The service is good, and the food truck provides some good selections of bar food. read more

My wife and I stopped in on a Saturday early evening. Nice looking tables and set up. Waited 15 minutes and couldn't get acknowledged by the staff. There were only a handful of other customers and nearly all the tables were empty. We are quiet and respectful people so not sure why we were ignored. read more

My husband and I went there for a couple of brews and to try the food truck. Our experience was amazing. Best macaroni and cheese we've ever had and the pulled pork was incredible. This is a great local bar, even if you are not in the mood to shoot pool. The wife and I went several months ago and really liked the place. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. It had good music playing, mostly classic rock. great selection at the bar, including a great selection of draft beers. Also had a large enclosed porch in the back for smoking. read more

Came in on a Wednesday night for my 21st Birthday. Me and my boyfriend had to wait at the bar while the bartender finished flirting with the only 3 guys in there and then finally came up and took our order. I told her it was my birthday in hopes that I would get a free drink like my boyfriend did at the same place. No free drink which is alright but didn't even say Happy Birthday. Rude. Drinks are average priced. Only returning because I love pool, I live on the same street and I'll be too drunk to care about the crappy bartender. Set up of bar is nice though! Clean, many pool tables and seating. Food truck outside did a nice job. "Princess Diana" took get care of us. We will be back!

Bar service took forever, and security harassed our party of people. Mad local, will not be returning.

Place has really been cleaned up. Couldn't even tell I was in the same place. Gets my vote for most improved in PV. Drinks were reasonably priced and well made. Haven't had a chance to see a band there but they have one hell of a stage. read more

Bartender "Halie/Haley" (not sure of the spelling) was attentive and polite. The pool tables are great. They have valley bar tables for the random customer who wants to hit some balls. 9' Brunswick Gold Crowns for the advanced shooter or those who wish to improve. There are also 2 diamond bar boxes for those who enjoy a challenge. Decent selection of draft beer and a cool atmosphere. There also appears to be some tournaments a couple of days a week. The food is always very good. The staff is attentive but not overly. They have lots of parking and outside seating available.

Barefoot's is our new pool hall in town and the only actual hall here. They have the best tables in town along with five full size and multiple bar box's which are the cheapest in town, a pinball machine, flat screens for the games, touch juke box, GREAT STAFF AND GREAT DRINK PRICES! The atmosphere is great, fun, and friendly. good lighting on the tables and fresh cloth laid out on EVERY table. Nice big smoking patio outside to enjoy the weather and a smoke and even has a wheelchair accessible ramp around back, just in case you got crazy over the past few days and can't walk ;) Another plus, its very easy to find and the place is classy. read more

Pretty good place....Doesn't really get going until after 2pm, so don't come too early, unless you like it really quiet...Bob is a nice guy, but stay on his nice side of course...LOL! Barefoot Bob's a decent bar to shoot pool for $.50, but I would avoid playing the jukebox. The bartenders constantly skip songs they do not like. This is the only bar I have ever walked in with veterans played the national anthem and had it skipped every single it has been played. While it is a decent bar, and I am thinking no red blooded America would stand for the national anthem skipped... But commie reds would like the cheap beer and cheap pool. read more

With the new renovations and new owner this place is going to end up being a really fun place to either have a awesome night or just chill! Tons of dance space, amazing out door patio setting, indoor smoking area when it's cold, amazing bartenders, tons of pool tables! Just started accepting credit cards! Went to Barefoot Bob's for our annual end of school year day. In previous years we've had great service, lots of fun... New owner changed this. I personally went in and talked to him and the manager 3-4 weeks prior regarding a large group coming in. They said "No problem!" Asked if I needed to call closer to the date. Nope, "No problem!" Showed me the room expansion they were opening up. Showed up to find about 12 of our party already there, and some were already leaving because the new owner has a "Cash Only" policy and all they had were cards, and they weren't willing to fork out the fees to the ATM for cash. I have never been to a bar where you couldn't run tabs. Went up to the bar to ask the owner about this, and he turned his conversation to the male that was with me in regards to him previously owning a bar. I walked away. There was ONE surly bartender who couldn't keep up with drink orders, people waiting literally 10 to 15 minutes to have drinks made. Barely made eye contact with customers at the bar unless they were regulars. After a few hours our table was covered in empty glasses (there were a bunch of us playing pool), so one of my friends and I collected 4 or 5 each and took them up to the bar to order another drink. Surly bartender grabbed the empty glasses, tossed them into the rinse water (dropping one on the floor because she was so put out) and proceeded to wash them all before making our drinks. I asked a man sitting there if she was always so grouchy and he said "Only when she's not making tips". I wonder why she wasn't making tips? Next year, we will take our party somewhere else. read more
