Always enjoy eating at any of the Buffalo Wild Wings. Have not experience a bad Buffalo Wild Wings yet.

We order from BWW and eat in several times a month. Hubby loves the Caribbean Jerk sauce-you can see the sweat bead from the heat. I love the Sweet BBQ. Consistent hot food and they sometimes have live music. I miss the karokee Wednesday nights, but still enjoy ladies night for drinks. If you are a sports fan they have you covered! read more

I have to agree with Jacob. The take out process here is ridiculous. Over an hour for 9 wings and chips&salsa. One lady had to keep walking to the back to get everyone's sauces. The other lady, clearly said, "I don't know, I just stand here and take the money" I can't give a one star because the food was what I ordered and expected. The customer service was horrible! The staff was super racist and not attentive at all to the black customers! Our servers name was Bailee never smiled never ask how the food was and never made eye contact! The only server I saw appreciating the job was Ms. Vanessa, she has an awesome attitude and personality! My wife and I have ordered pickup from this location three times, and there will likely not be a fourth. Each order was worse than the last, culminating in a dinner in which all the items were cold (despite my arriving on time and despite living exactly five minutes away) and multiple items were missing. Staff were very laissez faire about the whole situation, and no attempt was made to make the experience better. Having worked in food service for the better part of a decade, this really upset me. read more

This BW3's was a little different than the ones I'm used to in Texas, as it seemed much smaller and far more crowded. I know it is a sports bar atmosphere and but something just seemed off about this location. Partly it seemed grungy and the ways the tables were laid out just didn't make sense to me. They were wasting a lot of space with their table placement. With that said, the wings we had were cooked perfectly and our waitress did the best she could with the number and size of tables she had. I frequent this Buffalo Wild Wing often and buy large volume orders for work. Tonight I call to see if they carried my NFL football teams game tonight and the replied, "absolutely ". I arrived, ordered my drink and asked for the game to be turned on. The server went over to the channel selection area and came back and took my order. 15 minutes later my food arrived, I asked again to see what channel the game was on and she then replied, "they are not playing tonight"! I then showed her my phone that they were playing, she then replied, "the game is not on". I asked to speak to the manager and explained that I only came up to watch the game and eat. If the wasn't in, I would have made alternate arrangements. The manager stated he would talk to the hostess to make sure it doesn't happen again. I told him the server was more interested talking about another workers girl friend versus giving the customer service that I am accustomed to from previous visits. Let me start off by sayin it was a Wednesday night at 9:00. There were only a few people in the restaurant and it was a terrible experience all around it took them 15 mins to get to the table. My family and I have visited BWs all over this country and never have we had a perfect visit as far as food quality and service. Don't get me wrong, we have had good vIsits before. On the other hand, there have been some times we regretted our decision to visit. On this visit to the Ridgeland, MS location, our visit was PERFECT! Our server, Tim, was attentive and accommodating. He has a speech impediment and they said he was "slurring his words" which is DISCRIMINATION. Not to mention, the waitress was inattentive and never once made eye contact with our table. The service here SUCKS. I sat down for 30 minutes and NO ONE HELPED. Had to ask for help. Had to get up multiple times to refill my own waters for my table. Server was extremely rude. I was calling in for a order and was asked to wait a minute and of course I said "sure" After on hold for 20 mins I decide to drive over and confront it face on. They are not handling the curbside pick up for the virus well at all. They have one person taking orders out and she's giving people their orders out of line. According to their app my order was ready at 6:10 and I did not receive it until 6:30. My food was lukewarm when they gave it to me and needless to say I had to heat it up once I got home. read more

I love their Sampler platter. And the wings are delicious. It's a great atmosphere. Big screen TVs everywhere showing the games. I bet they have 30 TVs on the inside. They also have an outside patio area. My husband and I will get a beer and enjoy watching the OLD Miss football games. Service varies a little but the food is always good. While it looked very nice on the inside, I've experienced better at other Buffalo Wild Wings locations. Our server seemed inexperienced, nice - but inexperienced. We had several elements of our meal not go as ordered (wrong wing basket size, onion ring size, etc...). We had to double and triple check that we wouldn't be charged for the amount of food we received vs. what we ordered. The wings were the same old, same old as any other BWW. Last summer while driving on I-55 I noticed the big Hooter's sign advertising an upcoming Employee Car Wash fundraiser. I was befuddled for at least several slow minutes before understanding why anyone would want to pay the wait staff at Hooter's to wash their car... Surely there is some Pavlovian connection between a chicken leg and a leggy blonde. Perhaps it is the number of possible flavors involved. Per chance, man cannot survive without his dreams. Even if those dreams are sweating glasses of cold beer with a side of Habanero. I like to get several flavors and never eat 2 flavors in a row to get that juxtiposition of flavor going (honey bbq, spicy garlic, medium, mango habanero). Alais, the best wing sauce I have ever had anywhere was the Smokey Southwestern sauce that BWW discontinued 2 years ago. They incorrectly labled it as a green/mild sauce, when it should have been labeled as a yellow/medium kick. It was awesomeness that they need to bring back. The "crispy southwest dippers" is a nice appetizer with a tasty southwestern ranch that I also order for my wings. I like .60 cent Boneless Thursdays for a little discount on the boneless wings. The popcorn shrimp & flatbread pizzas aren't bad either. If you're a regular get the $25 gift card year round & get $5 back thing, & use the lunch punch card for a little discount. read more

Chain restaurant, with chain food, with a good selection of beer (but I don't drink, so nothing for me but soda or lemonade). If I could give it a half star, I would. Every time we come here, it's a ridiculously terrible experience. Takes forever to get drinks, refills, food... you name it. The wings aren't great, service is terrible, and it's just generally not a great place to get wings or beer. I Cant believe the service the family and I had there today....food was cold, my husband and I got our food 27 minutes before my children got theirs....and then on top of that their wings were colder than our burgers. The past three visits to Buffalo Wild Wings in Ridgeland have been horrible experiences. The last one was the final straw for my family. The Hosts are Not friendly! The food is not always fresh and cooked thoroughly. Rubbery wings are not tasty! The renovations helped the appearance, but the quality and service decreased tremendously! In my opinion, when paying for a meal that I don't have to prepare and cook at home....I expect it to be hot, fresh, and cooked thoroughly! This is not what you will get at Buffalo Wild Wings in Ridgeland! It's a hit or miss! There may be a good day where the food is great, but not often. They need to retrain their staff to smile and be more attentive to patrons and less busy on their cell phones or with one another. Also, it's illegal to sell or serve alcohol to MINORS! Buffalo Wild Wings is a busy place, so waiting is always expected- but the experience that we had was a TERRIBLE one. After waiting an hour for a table, we waited an additional hour for the wings to arrive. The waitress said one of the orders was wrong and was being remade. It took an additional hour for these wings to arrive at the table. Drinks were not refilled even once, silverware and napkins were never brought out. After talking to a manager about the experience, he did nothing other than 'speak to the waitress'. It took a total of four hours to dine here.
