Went there tonight 9/5 to watch college football, eat food, drink some beers. Expected to watch the biggest game on TV (college game day) Alabama vs Wisconsin. The manager was extremely rude and told us the games had been decided on at 11am and they would be showing the LSU game vs mcnese state instead. We left. This bww was not that amazing. The service was pretty mediocre, and I could have made to food at home. I would say the only reason I would go here again is because they have such a variety of sauces, and I'm okay with the sports bar feel. If I just want wings, I will skip this place. read more

Fun place and great wings but probably the worst service in town.

I have been going to this location since it opened (I worked with a company that helped the owners start up), and I have watched as the location changed and grew both in business and in size. They have recently remodeled the location and taken out most of the service area that was first there and made it seem more open. I also used to enjoy able to select my own table and get a Playmaker. That doesn't happen anymore. Food wise the menu really hasn't changed a lot, but having been a former fan of Hooters I have always been disappointed with the size of the BWW wings. I also don't particularly care for the way you order them now -- you used to order by number, now it is just size (small, medium, large,etc.) Since I usually eat by myself this ordering method is hard to balance. And this is just for lunch time -- not when they are busy at night. read more

Nice and open, large bar area with a horseshoe shaped bar and lots of high tables on both sides. The overall feel was good. TV's everywhere and there shouldn't be a bad seat in the house. The place lacked personality even though it was busy. Bartenders were busy and not very interactive or friendly. Electric outlets under the bar would make a difference. Overall a decent visit and we will visit again if passing through. read more

The remodel that they recently did is awesome and that's the only good thing I can say about this place. Food is typical BWW food just like every other one. Service at this location is terrible. Been four times and every time it's the same slow, moody service. Servers act like they could care less about being there. If you have a problem and would like to speak to a manager good luck. We were told on our final visit that one was "unavailable" whatever that means. read more

I don't know where to begin. The two hostesses were rude upon entering and were apparently not hostesses because they told me to seat myself. It could have been the first server that greeted me and my daughter when she realized we weren't her table and chose to stand by the POS and not put our drink order in or tell or actual server. It could have been our server ,who was nice, when he had to spend 5 minutes discussing with the previous server about our drinks and explains how there sections had been changed. It could have been the food that passed off as edible to my 4 y/o ,burger that tasted as if it came from the freezer aisle and undercooked Mac and cheese. It could have been the fact I never saw the manager walk through the dining room to check on a single customer. I wouldn't expect much from a chain of this nature ,but I do expect a polite "hostesses", a competent server, edible food, and an observant manager. BYYYY FAR THE WORST RESTAURANT IVE EVER BEEN TO. TRIED TO HAVE A NICE EVENING FOR MY FRIEND'S BIRTHDAY BUT MADE A BIG MISTAKE TRYING TO COME HERE. WE ARRIVED AND HAD TO WAIT WHICH WAS EXPECTED SINCE WE HAD A party of around 18. After waiting, we were seated in two different areas because the buildings only had two party areas. The bigger of the two groups were seated in front of this group of middle aged imbeciles. My friend ordered wings as one does at Buffalo Wild Wings and after an eternity of waiting the waitress comes out with theor food but sits it on the end of the table of the group of middle aged imbeciles because their was space and then straight up left. This is when one dusty crustier old white man that was sitting at that table reached his nasty fingers into my friends wings and ate them. Come to found out THIS BITCH ORDERED A BURGER. DAFUQ? The waitress was NOTIFIED of this upon her return, she gasped and trembled, and then proceed to give the food to my friends table. The second seated group of us saw it all happen and witnessed the waitress lie to my friends about what happened. On top of this they were slow getting everything to us, given they were busy. Waitress was really confused all the time and laughed when she heard us complaining. Also one of my others friends had a mystery substance attached to one of his chicken wings. The only redeeming quality of this place is that there was one other lady working with us who was genuinely nice and handled the situation nicely. However, this was overshadowed by the other waitress's complete and utter incompetence. The food is awful and unhygienic. The service is terrible. And even the people who go to this restaurant are annoying ( I'm looking at you dusty crustier middle aged white man who ordered a burger but ate my friends wings and didn't apologize or say anything. plus he was was wasted out of his mind). I'll conclude this review with a quote my friend said as we were leaving the restaurant..., "That place is busted." read more

Went to BWW in Ridgeland last night (08/25). If you want to wait 20 minutes for a beer, along with not getting your food at all, Then this is the place to be. Terrible waitress. Manager was even worse. Rude staff that is not competent enough to understand simple instructions. read more

I attended BWW yesterday for my birthday and it had to be the WORST experience ever. First Tabby had to be the worst waiter I've ever had, she was very rude & gave horrible service! She mad a very smart & racist comment about me not eating all my chicken and my mama being disappointed about that! It took her 15mins to get us napkins and silverware.. Then another 10 mins later to bring me a togo box. The manager Eric is very unprofessional and has a nasty attitude. They charged a $15 gratuity tip for 3 adults and 3 infants! I will NEVER go back there to eat. read more

My boyfriend and I started coming here and we're waited on by Brittany one of the bartenders there, she was always so nice. It became a regular thing to stop by, every time we did we got great service by her. read more

Wings are good. Good service is hit or miss. Sometimes they put a little too much sauce so I order mine dry rub, which is perfect

Not very customer friendly. Waitress walked off after a request to put the fight on one of the TVs where we could see it with a gun motion to her head like she was blowing her brains out. Then after ordering several drinks my wife ended up ordering a blood mary which she didn't like, found too spicy. So we asked to return it, the manager came very briefly walking away as he was declining us like he didn't want to have the conversation stating that "due to their drinks being special recipes" they don't take them back, I asked if not for a refund could they at least give a drink that she liked to replace it because she could not/would not drink that one. Which he said no and continued to walk off. I don't usually return things at restaurants, in fact this was personally my first attempt, but I have worked at several, and you don't lose a customer over a $5 drink which this manager decided to do, won't be back their are plenty of other places to catch a game, get a drink, and get food. read more

Worst experience ever. I had the worst experience here ever not once but twice. I should not have came back twice but thought maybe it was just a fluke the first time and the second time would be better. I've traveled to many different states and ate at many different bww and this was by far the worst. The manager Eric Hinton was extremely rude after I confronted him with my experience. The management is poor and can obviously not handle this store. Corporate needs to get new management or shut this location down. Out of the 10 or so other locations I have been to the atmosphere was fine but this is definitely not like any of the other bww I've ever visited. read more
