Our screen didnt work in the session to see our points or where our ball landed. The server tried to get us to end our session at 15 minutes. We haven't received our food yet. we didn't receive our food until the last 8 minutes of our session. The server came back two times asking for payment. Then proceeds to annoy us by pacing back and forth around our table watching us eat. While we eat our food the server had the audacity to press us about leaving and we weren't done eating. read more

This review has nothing to do with the experience of play or employees. I have been to many Top Golf locations in different states. I have been to this location a few times since it opened. Mostly in cooler weather. How in the world do you not have misters? Every other Top Golf I have been to has had them. If you go in warmer times of year prepare to be miserable. read more

Not sure why this location is different from the one we went to in Texas but we arrived early due to scheduling changes and thought we could start early but we were going to loose our $15 deposit if we did. In Tx they gladly let us start early with no penalty. The problem is that there were several bays not being used the entire time we were waiting. This location isn't very accommodating. read more

Mississippi can even screw up a TopGolf. I guess we were spoiled by the Cincinnati location, but this was awful. First, greeted by shit service. You know, the kind of service where paying customers are treated like an inconvenience. The bottom bay (which I didn't know even existed) was like a crappy putting green with trash all over it. Yes, cup lids, receipts, and straw wrappers all over. This location is brand new and no one takes any pride in the establishment. It just plain wasn't fun and a waste of money. read more

This was my first, and possibly last, Topgolf experience. The place was not busy when we arrived, and it appeared to be well staffed. The first issue was the service, which was almost nonexistent. We waited nearly 20 minutes in our bay before anyone even came to take drink orders. Our server did not appear to be very happy to be there and didn't appear to know much about the menu when asked for recommendations. Our food arrived before the drinks and we had to ask another server to get them. The food was some of the worst food I've ever eaten. I've had really bad bar food and this was way below that. The portions weren't good either. Our server came by maybe an hour later and we asked for refills that we never received from her. We saw our server standing around talking to other servers multiple times after we had asked for the refills, so it wasn't that she was busy. We finally had to ask a manager for help and we let her know about the poor service we were receiving. We had been polite and not demanding at all. The manager returned with refills after a bit. I don't think we heard an apology for the service or any consolation about the situation. She too did not seem to be that happy with her job. At one point the computer system that controls, the game went off-line in our bay and we asked our server first for help. We thought she was sending someone, but no one came. Finally, someone walked by and we asked for help again. The game was completely restarted, which lost our scores. Losing the game play of 5 to 10 minutes was more of an issue than the game being restarted. Again, no apologies. When our server came back to close out our tabs, I don't think we got a thank you or anything of the sort. As we left the facility, no one acknowledged us or thanked us for coming. Everyone seemed pretty unhappy to be there. The positives were that the place was clean and there were a lot of staff members. The atmosphere was good and we had a good time in spite of the poor service and bad food. However, the cost of the experience, coupled with the bad service and lousy food quality, won't draw our party back again. It was my first Topgolf experience and I was really looking forward to it. We left very disappointed with the establishment and sad that this location is being so poorly managed. I won't recommend this location to anyone and would encourage seeking other local options for food and entertainment. read more

I really enjoyed my visit to Topgolf in Madison. We gathered to celebrate my grandsons birthday. I had fun, and I know that he and all his cousins and friends had fun. This place has a cheerful atmosphere, good food and a good lil golfing experience. The waitress in charge of servicing my area did an outstanding job. Gaming experience is fun. Food itself is okay. Nothing to brag about. Hence the 2 stars. My concern was the service. We had to chase our server down multiple times, including for the check. We had to practically BEG her for the check. When we finally received it, we paid and were sitting for literally 30 seconds when another server told us we need to go ahead and leave so she could clear the area. The golf part is fun however, the service at this location is atrocious!!! Our bay host was good but the bar/restaurant area was absolutely the worst I've experienced. The tables aren't bussed. I went to a Red Shirt manager and asked for our table to be cleaned, it never was, I had to go to the restroom and get paper towels to wipe off the food and sticky residue. .The server in the bar area had an attitude when she came to the table and it never improved. Not sure how you improve this with the current staff, but it sure needs attention. read more

Ive been to several different topgolf locations and this one hands down has the worst service of any of them. Ive been to this one 5-6 times now and the service is always terrible. I've been there for a corporate event, lunch, during the week, and weekend day and night when it was both packed and slow. Service is always subpar. The managers are the worst, and it carries over to the servers. I wouldn't go here if there was another one even remotely close, but unfortunately it's the only option. Today was going alright until about the last 45 minutes when our server disappeared. She decided for us that we couldn't extend our game when she came over there with about 20 mins left and slid her card and disabled the extension. Didnt realize that's what she did until it didn't pop up in the last 15 mins giving us the option. When she finally made her way back to our bay with about 5 mins left I asked her if we had the option to extend, she no unfortunately not and she quickly walked off. Assuming she wanted to close out her tables and leave because it was practically dead in there.. and it was only 3:45p. Didn't press the matter, wasn't that big of a deal. I go here knowing they hate their jobs which is a sad expectation for a place that is typically great with service in other cities. read more

Good day all, hope this review helps. We went to this establishment last night (Sunday). This was my first and last time. We got a notification and a signed stalled and went right to it. We were in the private party area with a couch and separate seating area. My daughter logged us in and we started to play. Waiter took our drink order and off he went. Drinks arrived and I asked for two waters. He said he'd be back for a food order but on member of out party ordered cheese fries. Cheese fries were delivered with no napkins or silverware. Cheese fries with fingers playing golf. Needles to say not a good mix. We booked our stall for two hours and an hour and forty five minutes we still hadn't gotten our food. All we ordered was appetizers to share no main courses. Others that came in after got their food before us. I asked for a manager, come to find out our server was the manager. Not a good move service sucked because the manager was serving. Several time we had to go find a server to get drinks. We were given an extra 90 minutes of free play so we had time to eat. Once our order was served after the two hour mark we were able to sit down and eat. I had to ask one of the maintenance guys for a drink. That how bad it got. So what did our server/manager do over this. Well he waived the game time. He tried to say he waived almost 3.5 hours of play or $250 buck he was counting the time he had to provide us to eat and a 20% food discount. We would have gotten at least 10% military discount. The place is fun. Get new management and start firing non producing employees and you may be able to keep the doors open but you won't see me cross that door way. I would go to other locations just not that one in Madison. read more

I have always been a big fan of Top Golf !!! I have been to several locations! When they opened in December (Ridgeland , MS) I couldn't wait to book a bay. I got a reservation the first week they opened. I have been several times since they opened for both family events and work events. I was extremely disappointed recently (5/29/25) when I coordinated a team event for our managers (40-50 years of age), and our server that was in her 20s, decided to tell one of the adults she was cut off from having another adult beverage. This particular person had only had two drinks in 2.5 hours. No, she wasn't acting drunk or inappropriate in any way either. Later the manager(whom was also in her 20s/early30s) came and apologized saying they had made a mistake. Unfortunately, the disrespect and embarrassment for this particular 45 year old woman (that was completely blindsided) had been done. This was a work event!!! No one was acting inappropriate. We were told that adults can only have one drink every 30 minutes, and that this it was Top Golf policy. It might be their policy, but I have never ever been to one location(including Ridgeland, MS) where this was ever verbalized or enforced. Not to mention, if you're going to try and enforce something like that, you need to make sure you do not make a mistake like they did this particular night with a grown adult. Unacceptable!!!! Top golf you have to do better. I know you have not been in the location long but service is what the Birmingham location and Baton Rouge location is known for. I visited the Ridgeland location with a group of friends on 2-27-2025. Reservation was for 7:00 PM and we were on time and advised that two more peope would be joining us. When we arrived the table was not clean and we waited about 15 mins for the table to be cleaned off. Our time started as if the bay was ready which was not the case. We placed out intial order with food and drinks, after 30 minutes we placed another order. We waited patiently about a hour and still no food, by this time i'm extending the bay so that the food would arrive. I extended and still no food. I asked out waitress and she was clueless so I flagged down a manager in a red shirt and explained what was going on. She really didnt say anything but was aware of how things were running. A family beside me in bay 118 left after they received food that they complained about so she knows that top golf is not up to par. It doesnt feel good to spend almost 400 and not get good service. If though service sucked in Bay 117 I still left a tip, but TOP GOLF you have to do better. read more
