But there's no reason why a family of 3 should have to wait an hr for some wings. I stopped in because this place was very close to my hotel. The proximity is where the positive aspects stop. The place was nearly empty. I asked for a beer list, and the bartender said to just look at the taps because they don't have a list. They are a chain, so it'd be impossible to have a list, he said. Got it! While I was there, some other guy came up and asked what kind of porters or stouts they have. He said that they don't have any. How about in bottles? No, nobody would buy them, the bartender said. Gee, I definitely would have gotten one, I thought. I ordered a local IPA, and he poured me a large without asking what size I wanted. Having had enough of this place, I asked for my check. This review is for pickup... Every. Single. Time. I attempt to pick an order up from this place there is an issue. The high schoolers behind the counter don't seem to care enough to get it straight. I call my order in every time, go through the normal process whatever, but when I get there to pick up, I stand and wait for 15 minutes while the kiddies ignore you, stare at their phones tell jokes and giggle.. and what do you know? the order must have vanished from thin air!... and the carefree kids behind the register stare like you have 6 heads and then try and make you feel stupid for their continued mistakes LOL Learn how to answer the phone and put an order through correctly and be attentive to your customers. I really wanted to like this place but after 3 times of trying I give up. The first time we waited at the hostess table for 10 minutes before anyone even greeted us...or looked in our direction. The second time we ordered out and when we came to pick it up 20 minutes after making the call, we waited another 20 minutes to actually get it. The third time, we waited so long for our drinks but the entire meal was just sooo dragged on because everything was taking so long.. And even if we wanted to say something about it no one ever walked by or came to check on us. My second visit here. Once Again I took my wings to go so can't say much about the service in the dining room. The one thing that it's easy to see (or hear) is that it is LOUD. They need to add some sound deadening material to the interior of this place. just imagine 200 people just talking in an empty high school gym. That what the noise sounds like. But since I don't eat inside, this isn't a deal breaker for me. Tonight I went with the Desert Heat Seasoning. It's like a rub but I'm pretty sure it's added similarly as if it were a wet sauce. This is some real good seasoning. The rate is as on of the hotter flavors but I see it as a 2 out of 5 (at best). This place has a great happy hour vibe with the ability to watch a sports game. As a result it can get pretty loud. We came here the other night during happy but honestly you don't come to Buffalo Wild Wings for the food on the happy hour special which are options like nachos and mozzarella sticks ... You come here for wings. The wings have a variety of options and you can get about 20 different sauces on traditional or boneless wings. Because there are so many sauce options they literally just cook all the wings first and baste them in sauce and it's fairly obvious and their strategy is a little disappointing. For the price I would have expected better. The service was great they with the staff kinda similar to the Apple Store where all you see is people who work there. Being a server/bartender myself I pay attention to those things and appreciate getting the service I give to my patrons where I work 5 stars for Walt. I gave 4 because the entire time I was there sitting in the bar area I witnessed the asshole bartender be rude to his customers and his co workers. It made me so angry I felt the need to say something to the manager on my way out. I don't find it professional to act like an asshole in front of customers to anyone. At all!! They need to change their procedure and BRING THE WINGS OUT IMMEDIATELY NO MATTER WHAT!! When the wings do come out hot & crispy they are 5 star wings. Also please; managers, stop jamming as many barstools as humanly possible at the bar! In order to sit down we have to completely remove a stool and squeeze in while disturbing everyone nearby (leaving a displaced stool in the walkway where waiters are trying to run food). Just left the restaurant and we were very disappointed. My daughter got the kids boneless wings that came out ice cold and were mostly batter and barely any chicken. I got the grilled chicken salad and all the lettuce was wilted and the cucumber looks like it was sliced days ago. My husband got the wings that he said were good but not great, also not served hot, room temp at best. They were also served with celery and carrots that also looked old. The worst part of our experience was the waitress. Service was so slow. Took 15 minutes just to get our check. The saving grace was the beer selection. read more

My son and I decided to go to BWW in Rockaway for lunch as a pre-Mother's Day treat. So disappointed. First, I am in a wheelchair and although the ramp is not really flush with the parking lot, we encounter that often so not a big deal. HOWEVER, halfway up the ramp you come to the main entrance which is to the left and there are two stairs. We went further up the ramp to the next door to find it locked. THE HANDICAP ENTRANCE WAS LOCKED!!! It was 12:15 in the afternoon by the way. With no one in sight inside, I had to get out of the chair and climb up the two stairs. You may not think this is a big deal, two stairs, but when you cannot stand and balance on your feet due to my illness, it was like Mt. Everest to me. Once inside, we waited as no one was at the front since no one was there and we were finally seated. They sat us at a specific wheelchair table which was actually nice because sitting in a wheelchair is a little higher than a regular chair and I typically have to hunch over to reach the table. Anyway, no one comes to greet us or take our order. After 10 minutes, someone comes to the table and asks if anyone has taken our order and we said no one has been by at all. The woman says she'll send someone right over. I asked her at that point why they did not have a handicapped entrance and her response was that they keep that door locked for security reasons. So having their restaurant unavailable for handicap people is too inconvenient apparently. So another 10 minutes pass and still no server. Now the same woman comes back and asks if Danielle has been to our table yet. We answer no and she then proceeds to say she can get our drinks. When she returns, she says she would take our order. I could not see her nametag so I did not catch her name. She was polite and apologetic but by then I was not happy. After that, she made sure to come by every 10 minutes to check on us. (Oh, I need to mention that while we were waiting for someone to come to our table, another party arrived and sat at a table in the dining room. It took 90 seconds for someone to show up at that table to take drink orders.). The food finally arrived and it was ok. The fries started out ok but got hard very quickly. I think they were sitting under a heat lamp for too long or microwaved because they were only good for about 5 minutes. The server also mentioned that they unlocked the door so I would be able to leave. I will mention that, while I realize it is a sports bar and that the music is part of the atmosphere, the volume was way too loud. It is difficult enough to hear people speak through the face masks (which we were wearing as well), it is almost impossible to hear the servers over the music too. All in all a very disappointing experience. Not having a handicap accessible entrance, plus being ignored in the handicap seating makes me firmly believe that this location does not want disabled people in their restaurant. I will not ever be going back there. The sad thing about all this is that they probably don't even care. read more

8:00 on a Tuesday evening and I lost count of how many servers passed us by. I finally caught one to ask them if we seated ourselves or waited for the hostess. We were told to wait...we waited and waited to the point of almost leaving. We got a seat and again more waiting. The server was pleasant but not very informative. The food was fair (to be kind) the chicken wrap lacked flavor and the burger was ordered with no bacon. Surprise it had bacon! Thankfully we had no allergies or religious issues. The french fries definitely had been sitting under a heat lamp for a long time, it was like chewing on cardboard. We went here on a Wednesday night. There was a decent crowd but it wasn't packed. We only waited a few minutes for a table for a pretty big group. After 10 minutes we ordered drinks. Probably 10 minutes after that kids drinks and soda arrived and we placed our food order. The 3 (warm) beers arrived almost an hour later and it was close to an hour and 15 minutes before anyone (including a bunch of kids) saw any food. The food was fine, mine was actually really good. The kids meals were a decent size and the food was also really good so zero complaints there but the older kids were so starving they were stealing cheerios from a 1 year old! I might be willing to give them one more chance but if you can't get halfway decent service on a Monday night I'm not sure I would try a Friday or Saturday! read more

If you already thought this restaurant was expensive, think again, THE PRICES INCREASED! Pretty shocked that the Boneless & Traditional Wing Combo was almost $20 and the Medium Traditional Wings without any side was close to $20! See photo of our bill. I didn't quite understand why the sales tax on the combo was more than the medium wings when both were the same price. Service was non-existent and it was the slowest I've seen at this location. Didn't receive the boats to put the wing bones in, no extra napkins and no refills of our empty beverages. I never received any veggies with the combo. The combo was not worth the money. It was five traditional wings, six boneless and maybe a handful of fries. See photo for this too. It seems like they cut back on the portions for the combo. The medium traditional came with the specified amount and the wings were quite large in size. Also asked for water with lemon and didn't get a lemon. Buffalo Wild Wings is the place to be when it comes to drinks, wings, and games on the telivision. Heck it's in its name. The service was fantastic. I had the pleasure of having two beautiful waitresses named Morgan and Ashley to wait on me. The eating area is loud as it should be since its such a coming attraction. On Tuesdays they have 70 cent wings, and on Thursdays they have 60 cent boneless wings. I made it on Tuesday and it was a delight. The wings are drenched, but that's how most customers enjoy it.
