Visiting from out of town and walked in at 917pm when the restaurant closes at 10pm. All my husband and I wanted was a beer but we were turned away because the bartender said she called, "Last call" at 915pm. That's ridiculous. Now I know why I live in California. When I return home I will be letting everyone know not to go to BWWs in Roswell and our BWWS in Southern California would never do that. Stay away from this place if you're a tourist! read more

I give them a 1 star my order took between 45 minutes to an hour,also order a mixed drink was not made the way it was suppose to be,ice cream was not made rite shorted on some of quantity items. I called spoke to the manager and he did not seem to really care about what I had to say. read more

Ate here twice while visiting Roswell. I'm a wing lover. Not sure how the rest of the food is but the wings are top notch. Solid bww. I've been to some bad ones and this isn't one of them. Eaten in there twice and togo a couple times- service eatting in was great, turns out you can get a mini fries to try sauces for less than $1 if you're debating trying the new flavors (I've never heard of this before, it's fantastic); food comes out fast and hot and drinks are refilled fast too. They get one star because I can't give zero stars. I had one beer there with a group of friends. After my friends took off, they refused to serve me anymore because the bartender claimed she didn't know how many drinks I had....so I showed her my receipt, proving I only had 1. Then she claimed she didn't know how many drinks I had before coming there. I was still in gym clothes. I came straight from the gym to meet friends. I had zero drinks before getting there. I wasn't stumbling, yelling, or exhibiting any drunk behavior, yet she felt the need to not serve me. Her dumbass manager backed her up based on nothing. He just said, umm well, I just have to back up my employee. Really? Based on what?? The food sucks. It took 30 minutes for my one beer. 15 minutes for napkins I asked for... Well I don't know how to start. Went and the place was mostly empty and still took 5 minutes to seat us. My boyfriend got the black bean burger and I got a side house salad and veggie boat. In addition I ordered coffee that tasted like bile. Disgusting. Side salad was gross- most of the lettuce was brown and looked like it had been poked at with a fork before? Everything ordered took minimum of 15 min to be brought to the table not including what was completely forgotten. Sadly my first and last time to go to this restaurant. I love B Dubs, but this one was quite not good. I got cheese curds and wings. The wings were perfectly good, but I got my wings first and did not get the cheese curds until I finished my wings when I ordered both at the same time. I'm not sure where the communication went with that. Then they decided to give my buddy more wings instead of the guy who ordered the cheese curds. The cheese curds were not even all there. There was cheese only stuck to the breading and nothing to them at all. I have been to bdubs a lot. I love the restaurant, but any chain restaurant sucks in Roswell. read more

While I'm not a die hard BWW fan, this place has yet to disappoint me. The food isn't gourmet, but more fancier bar food. Which is a great guilty pleasure. So much beer on tap, plenty of choices you won't be bummed. Tip your waiter and don't be a jerk and you'll get great service time and time again. read more

Great atmosphere and decent food. Definitely the hang out spot in Roswell. They have a great selection of beer, which is expected from BWW. The service here is usually sub par if you are lucky. Not a bad place to watch a game with lots of friends. Management continues to allow the same people the starts fights in without banning them. Food is basic sports bar and drinks are over priced. The wings and different flavors they can come with are all up for debate, but my carrabien flavor ones where f'n good no doubt.. But I was disappointed in the cold slaw cuss I love f'n coleslaw ... But this cabbage I got was a pretend coleslaw with no flavor even close to anything you can imagine.. Second issue was that excuse of substance you call hummus that shit tasted like butter with a bean flavor ... Hopefully you using real garbazons... Food was good but service was terrible and the place was filthy!! We had to wash our silverware in our water before using it, the game monitors at the table were disgusting and there were flies. And the waitresses were just standing around. We had to signal our waitress every time we wanted something. She never came back to check on us or to bring the check. Standard sports bar food, the liquor drinks were great! Two solid Long Islands. Also, our waitress, Damaris, was excellent! Very patient with elderly, slower customers with us and very attentive throughout the meal. This was by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever eaten at. I'll excuse the long wait since it was a Sunday and many football games were on so naturally the place was busy. My first complaint is the water. I know it sounds like a dumb thing to complain about, but whatever filtration system they use for their water is either broken or nonexistent. My second complaint was the silverware. When we got our utensils they looked as if they were dipped in soap and dried with the soap still on it. I tried to scrub it off but failed. My silver fork should not look white. My third complaint but the fact that the building was full of flies and also bees. We had a bee flying by us while we tried to eat our meal. And we weren't the only customers around having this concern. Finally, my last complaint come with the food itself. We got cold fries, carrots and celery covered with specks of dirt, and wings that had been sitting for a while since the sauce was dried out when it arrived at our table. Overall it was disgusting. I'm glad we were just passing through town because I never intend on returning there. This review isn't to slam Buffalo Wild Wings but rather warn other customers of the serious health risks this place poses. read more

It took 10 minutes for a table to get cleared and to be seated, and that's just the beginning. Our waitress was preoccupied with her friends at the table behind us. It took so long to get our food that our appetizers came out at the same time as our meal (our guess is close to 40 minutes after ordering and asking our waitress to check on the food). When it came the notes we had made to our meals (no tomatoes, side of dressing) weren't applicable though she took time to write all of what we said down. My dad's salad didn't even have dressing on it nor did it come with hummus that it was suppose to, and when it was brought up to our waitress she acted as though that was a silly request and took her time getting back to him on what to do about a salad with no dressing. To top it all off she shortchanged us at the end. Having been excited to eat at a Buffalo Wild Wings after a long day, I can say I will not be revisiting this one and I don't recommend you to either. read more
