I don't know why this place was such a big deal when it opened out here. I remember going to this place in Dallas for work sponsored events and I thought it sucked then. It's a Chili's where you can watch football. The wings are alright, I got a salad though, which was decent I guess. I just don't like the "come hang out and watch the game with some friends in this corporate environment" vibe. If I want to drink and watch a game I'll go to a place where I can drink, curse and talk about rape without a pimply faced manager coming to kick me out. Horrible service and nasty food. Fries were drenched in salt. It took 15 minutes to get ranch, and by then my food was cold. Imagine eating a bowl full of nothing but salt.. A few of us guys stopped here to eat. Nothing good about it. They were slow, only 5 tables seated, so expected decent service. Not even close. Hardly saw the waitress. Took forever just to even get the order. The wings everyone ordered were all dry. Not tasty and when we told the waitress, she just simply said nothing and then we asked for some additional sauce which took forever. Had to ask twice for most things. My wife and I have gone here twice now an we have gotten the boneless wings, and most of the wings we get Asian zing or honey barbecue. They are both really great; however Asian zing is hands down the best flavor there! It's got some kick and brings great flavor with it. We love the onion rings as well. The beer batter just makes a huge difference! It may be a bit pricey but it's fun to go out and have that every now and then. Highly recommended to anyone! Was really looking forward to eating some wings and to use my gift card. We arrived at 6 on Saturday evening with only one couple ahead of us and we're told the wait was 30-45 mins. We were told we could check the bar area. we looked at the bar area and found a empty albeit uncleaned table from the last customer. We counted 5 tables in the dining area and 4 tables in the bar that hadn't been cleared. I enquired about the table cleaners and were told it was the waitress responsibility. Would think that the faster the tables are cleaned the more tips you can make but that requires working. Had to ask for a refill. Not planning on coming back any time soon. read more

Worst service I have experienced in a long time. It might have been a different story if they had been busy or at least I might have understood the disappearing act that my server kept doing. After being served the wrong food by a different server and waiting 15 minutes for our guy to show back up we finally got the attention of someone else to refill our empty drinks and fix the food situation. While we waited for more drinks the table next to us had their drinks refilled twice, don't order Cherry Limeaide apparently it takes a really long time to refill (and it really isn't that great anyway). The food isn't very good and don't expect to get more than one napkin with your wings cause it ain't happing so use your one napkin wisely! Buffalo Wild Wings are fairly new to Utah and I'm not sure what Utahans had in mind when they go to a SPORTS BAR, but if you're a sports fan then you typically know what to expect when you go to a joint like this. They have these all over in Texas and I love them! You don't go here for a relaxing, quiet environment... you go here to watch the game and have a beer. It's loud! Most sports grill/bars are. No other wing place comes even CLOSE to their amazing sauces. If you can't handle it around this time, then don't go when football season is back because it gets worse;) You'll just be taking up a table us sports fans are willing to wait for. I've been to Buffalo Wild Wings a couple of times, and I'm not going to be going back if it's my choice. I went for lunch today, and it took a full hour to get our food after sitting down. People don't have that kind of time for a work lunch. The place was fairly busy, but not packed. So there are some obvious logistical issues. I've tried the wings and a made-to-order burger. The wings are nothing to write home about. They have a plethora of sauce choices, but the wing sauces I tried were average at best, thick and gummy. The dip sauces I tried were also average. The burger I tried wasn't bad. It was above average for a basic burger. If you want to have a good beer at a good price, stay away from Buffalo Wild Wings. You can't even order a pitcher of beer. The only way you can order is in their special, "patent pending" beer glass... what a joke. $4 for a crap beer (i.e. Coors) and $6 for a micro brew... and I doubt the glass is even a pint. I'll throw in a couple of positive comments. If you go there to watch sports, they have T.V.s throughout the restaurant, playing about 10 different sports channels. So the options for sports viewing are fantastic. The lunch specials are also a good value (as long as you don't mind spending a long time to get your food) ;) In conclusion, the reason for my 2-star review is sub-par food, beer options, and sub-par service. I recommend avoiding this place if possible. There are far better options out there. read more

I've loved coming to this particular B-Dubs! There is hardly ever a line and the staff that work here are pretty good! There was once I had a waiter who was probably having a bad day... but that was a long time ago. If you are in a rush, I recommend calling in ahead of time or use the app and get it to go. Normally the wait is about 25 minutes from the time you call in to the time it's ready, but if you show up early they will expedite your order so you get it a lot sooner! Talk about amazing service! It is very pricey. But you get what you pay for. I always think I don't have enough wings when the plate comes but those little suckers fill you up fast! Plus they have a ton of choices of sauce to go with your wings. There TV's everywhere, so just find the game you want to watch and request to sit where you can see the tv. Also they have free high speed WiFi for you to use. And when I mean high speed, it's fast! I recommend this location. You will be happy you chose to go here. read more

The service was pretty bad. I overlooked a few basic mistakes, and by the end I was relieved to leave. The server was pretty unfriendly and not sincere or passionate about anything. I never spoke with a manager or super visor. My comments may have stayed at the restaurant if anyone on the inside cared about my patronage. My wings did not have any sauce first time out after about 45 mins. The second time was perfect. The atmosphere is kinda nice being so loud, other screaming kids drowned out my own children crying.
