I've loved coming to this particular B-Dubs! There is hardly ever a line and the staff that work here are pretty good! There was once I had a waiter who was probably having a bad day... but that was a long time ago. If you are in a rush, I recommend calling in ahead of time or use the app and get it to go. Normally the wait is about 25 minutes from the time you call in to the time it's ready, but if you show up early they will expedite your order so you get it a lot sooner! Talk about amazing service! It is very pricey. But you get what you pay for. I always think I don't have enough wings when the plate comes but those little suckers fill you up fast! Plus they have a ton of choices of sauce to go with your wings. There TV's everywhere, so just find the game you want to watch and request to sit where you can see the tv. Also they have free high speed WiFi for you to use. And when I mean high speed, it's fast! I recommend this location. You will be happy you chose to go here. read more

We went to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner today. We ordered the appetizer sampler and reviewed burned onion rings with it. My son order their traditional wings off the kids menu. He chose a side of front. He was disappointed when he was brought for small madrian orange wedges in a sauce cup. My other son was brought the wrong order all together. Don't waste your money and time. I visited this location today and was very disappointed. The waitress was snippy and rude, I felt like I was wasting her time even being there and we never saw her after she dropped our food off again until we flagged someone else down to have her bring us our check. My wings sucked. They were undercooked and rubbery. 5 of the 14 wings I ordered were naked and bare with absolutely no sauce or seasoning on them. My wife's boneless wings were burnt to a nice chocolate brown that hurt your teeth to even chew on. All and all I paid $50.00 for low quality gas station wings and terrible customer service. We went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Sandy thinking this was going to be the best place to watch football...NOT. I would not recommend it. The booths and TVs are laid out in a way that's not easy to see the screens. It just seemed so chaotic, like no one knew who was doing what. I just wanted to watch some football people, it's not that complicated. By the time they changed it to the right channel we totally missed the first kick off of the season...really??? Having so many TVs was just a distraction and the volume was so loud we couldn't hear each other talk. And the menu was just as chaotic...difficult to read and too much going on. For the price of the food that you pay for there, you'd think they would serve your food on plates, but no, you get served on paper and plastic. The service and food was ok...nothing special about it that would make me come back. That was our first and last time at the Sandy location. If you're going to watch a game, be safe and go to Iggy's. They have the best set up, excellent service and a great food selection. As a group we enjoy eating out and having a good time. This was not the case in the couple of times we have selected this location. The two servers are why we chose the two stars. The wings served to us on both occasions were under cooked and it took the kitchen not twice but three times to get our wings cooked to be even edible. Second visit we had to make a phone call to food and health due to a couple in our group getting food poisoning. NEVER again eating at this location. read more

Went to BWW for lunch the other day and to be completely honest every time I've gone, I've never had a good experience with customer service. It's just like people don't try anymore to make you feel welcomed. No one wants a waiter or waitress with a bad attitude that acts like they hate being there. I understand working in the food industry (from personal experience) is difficult and not something that's entirely fun but that shouldn't reflect your work ethic. But my waitress Jessica was so so so great! Seriously this girl should get a raise or a promotion or something. She was interactive and kind and I seriously loved her! We need more one on one human interaction and I saw the way she did that with not only our table but every other one she waited at. Yeah the food wasn't the best and my chicken was way over cooked but I'll be able to get over it since I couldn't get over how awesome my waitress was! read more

I have been a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings for years living out of state & was happy when it came to the Sandy area. The Parmesan Garlic sauce is reason enough for me to love BWW. I like the grilled chicken sandwich with parmesan garlic sauce or the grilled chicken salad. They toss the chicken in the parmesan garlic sauce & put it on the salad. You almost don't need dressing because the sauce adds so much flavor to the salad. We like their boneless wings & their naked tenders too. Yes, it can be noisy, sometimes worse than others. The service can be poor & that's why I gave three stars. Last night we ordered boneless wings as an appetizer & they never brought them. We asked for them to just be taken off our tab since our dinners had already come. Our waiter was in training, but the waiter who was training him (who we have had before & is a good & attentive waiter) brought the boneless wings out anyway & comped them, which was nice. It's a fun place to take the kids & play the trivia. It's not fancy food people! But it's good & will stay in our regular rotation of family restaurants. read more

This location has been good to us as we are BWW fans since our visit to FL back in 2011. We do favor the West Valley location staff a little more than this one but they have been improving. So far Jim aka Jim Bob is our favorite bar tender. Kelly is our favorite new server. Kenny is our tried and true server. The menu is great as wing places go. I recommend trying every sauce at least once on both styles of wings. Tuesday and Thursdays are our favorite days to go due to the wing specials. Family members of ours that were Wingers fans now frequent here. On my birthday two weeks ago the manager gave me a bottle of my favorite sauce in lieu of cake. We did not expect that! We like the trivia and sports atmosphere they have. The TVs can be a little loud as another review pointed out but it is a sports bar style restaurant. Even though BWW would probably say they are a family oriented business like Hooters. ;) Take this how you want as I do not mean to be offensive but most Utahns or should I say Mormons do not know how to rate sports bars as their experience is limited. Law enforcement and fellow gun owners beware as they do not permit guns on anyone! Most likely for the liability of some off chance a drunk or crazy person might shoot someone. A buddy and I went there for lunch on our lunch break. We were seated quickly, our waitress was great, very since and friendly, we ordered from their lunch menu to get a burger and snack wings meal, and it took them "33 min" to bring it out, dry and without the requests we had made. Waitress apologized, which was nice, but didn't live up to their "15 min" policy (if it takes more than 15 min, it's free. Which for fun, we actually put to the test, hence the 33 min above). We didn't have time to really complain about the service, due to the lack of time we had and the waitresses frantic and quick escapes with apologies. Went in for lunch and waited 25 minutes before drinks were delivered, waited another 25 minutes for food to be delivered, and waited 10 minutes for tabs to be paid, actually had to walk up front to pay with a manager. on top of that, it was National Wing Day and did not receive a discount for wings ordered. i offer this advice don't go for lunch unless you expect to waste an hour or more. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings doesn't usually make for a great dining experience, and this location isn't an exception. It took about 35 minutes to get our first round of wings, and when we got the wings, they were cold. Our second round of wings got "lost" and took about 50 minutes. I asked for the check about 30 minutes in to waiting for the second round and she said, "hold on, I just saw your order". Nope, another 20 minutes and we got another cold round of wings. Then, finally, after I asked for the check, it took about 10 minutes to bring the check, and 15 minutes to get the payment. I usually try to be very patient and understanding with food employees, but this girl just kept failing to do things right repeatedly. On top of the service always being bad, the wings really aren't that good. This will probably be my last trip to B Dubs. You guys suck! Sorry, but we all know it's true. read more

Had a wonderful experience here. The utes were playing and a UFC fight was going on. So it was busy, the wait staff was very honest and told us that they could not give us a specified time frame. Which was just fine and I respected that. We got sat rather quickly which was nice. Tamra, was our waitress and was wonderful. We told her we were here to watch the ufc fight. She was just fine with that and was so attentive to us in the two hours we were there eating and watching the fight. She was a great waitress. My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience at this buffalo wild wings and will be making the drive to just come to this establishment and skip the BBW in Fort Union. read more

I went here with a group to watch the UFC fights. It was great with all the TVs they had. The whole place seemed to be there to watch the fights. We had to wait a while to get in.
