Really wish improvements would happen. Pretty much every time we go in, it seems this location is understaffed. The restaurant can be half capacity and somehow you still have a wait for a table for two. Otherwise, we always have good quality food and beers. Their QR method for payment is frustrating because the particular building does not have good enough cell signal to get the web page to open. All that said, we will be back as usual. This location is always late getting orders out. Even if you order online or through the app, it always takes an additional 25-30 minutes for you to get your food. My order was said to be ready by 4:50, knowing that they usually take a couple extra minutes to get everything together, I arrived at 5pm and still had to wait an additional 25 minutes for my order. They're reasoning was that they were "waiting on my fries" anytime anyone came by that is all I was told. Absolutely livid. Spent $51 on dinner for the family and it was GARBAGE. All of the food was cold and of terrible quality. It sat on an open air rack while we waited for 15 while we waited for an employee to finally acknowledge us and give us the food. When we got home, items were missing. Ordered take out and when I got to the place I could see my order on the shelf but no one was around. I saw multiple staff members look in my direction yet none of them said anything. So I waited a little but they just kept walking by the take out area. I wanted to ask for extra sauce but it didn't seem like they were willing to help so I just grabbed my food and left. When I got back home they forgot my carrots and celery which I really don't feel like is worth driving all the way back just to get them. Waiting for a min to be seated and then we were put in a section where 85% (not joking) of the tables hadn't been bussed from previous customers. Ordered a couple of drinks, I had the Black Cherry Mezarita which tasted rotten, husband ordered a michelada which was FULL of ice. Paid $90 for a 10 piece boneless that was processed over cooked freezer food with stale fries and a happy meal sized burger with tots. I thought "Ok, they must be short staffed". We decided to wait at the bar, just to be ignored by the bartender for 20 minutes. He flung a drink menu at us and then never came back. We tried to use the online order feature to at least get a drink and appetizer, but the app crashed on us three times. Finally, we got up and left. The last time we ate here the service was very slow so I wasn't super excited about going again but it was Father's Day at 5pm and every other place had a pack of people waiting outside to get in. When we saw there was no line out front we decided to give this place another try. We were seated immediately and Haley was our waitress. She was very nice and attentive so I will give her 5 stars for service. The food was good and came out fairly quickly. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the food came in stages. One appetizer and my 4 year old son's food came out first. This would have been ok except I have twins so his sister's food didn't come out until 10 min later with the rest of the food which was the other appetizer and all of our entrees. Visited this location Saturday afternoon and it was not busy at all! My wife and I got garlic parmesan chicken wings and their kolsh beer which was only $3 all day! The wings were delicious and I was full after eating 6 traditional wings but the house kolsh beer stole the show. If you haven't had a kolsh before, it's a light hoppy beer that is flavorful. We had two each and were contemplating drinking more. The waitresses at this location were also all so friendly, attentive, and said hi to our dog Charlie. I was planning to go out with myself and a group of four other friends to an AYCE (All You Can Eat) Wild Wings promo on Mondays and Wednesdays. Upon our arrival, we were seated shortly at our table and given time to look at the menu via our phones and a QR code on the table instead of the traditional physical copy. It could be the area the restaurant was in, but all our cellular data wasn't very strong rendering the loading time to be extremely long when checking out the menu. To note, the restaurant wasn't even fully packed, which excludes the thought of heavy phone traffic in the area. About twenty minutes after long loading times and no drinks, a different waiter finally arrives at our table explaining that our original waiter had forgotten us. We then proceeded to order around the table for our drinks and wings to start with. One of my friends had ordered a strawberry lemonade. As we were waiting, my friend had finished his lemonade and was curious if it cost to get a refill. We had asked one of the employees this question and they had said no, it was free, making my friend end up getting two more refills for a total of three drinks in the end. Additionally, we had probably gotten around three rounds of ordering wings and the waiters/waitresses coming back with the food. In between each round, they would only bring back one or two of our orders with fries. During this waiting period of ordering and getting the food, it was about twenty minutes each time which seemed like a long time for the quantity we were getting which was roughly eight to ten pieces per plate. Finally, after finishing up, we asked for the check. Upon looking at the price for the triple billed strawberry lemonade, we were all baffled as we have been lied to and scammed for the "Free refills". We explained the situation to the employee who gave us the check and he left to see if he could change anything. He came back after speaking with his manager saying that he couldn't do anything about the price. Feeling dissatisfied and disappointed, we left the restaurant never to go back. As for the quality of the food, it was mostly disgusting. I've had my fair share of AYCE around different places with my friends, but this has got to be the worst one of them all. The boneless wings weren't really so much wings as they were very small comparable to McDonald's chicken nuggets. Even though Buffalo Wild Wings has a lot of flavors to choose from, we all tried different kinds and concluded that most of them didn't taste very good except for the orange chicken which was decent. But who goes to a wing restaurant for orange chicken? I could've gone to Panda Express if I wanted that. Upon receiving the wings, they weren't even at all covered with sauce. It was as if someone took some sauce from a packet and drizzled it on for me. Following this, the fries that came along were burnt and both that and the wings relied heavily on the ranch to carry the flavor of mediocrity to my mouth. I also tried my friend's strawberry lemonade, which was pretty good, but you could've poured me a bottle from Costco, and I'd still say the same. All in all, this restaurant's food quality and customer service was below par. Had I not come with my friends to keep me company and have a bad time turned good, I would have gone insane. Come here if you want the worst bang for your buck and if you enjoy pinching your nose while you eat because the flavors are abhorrent. TLDR; Don't go here, spend the time to find another place. It doesn't surprise me that it's 2.5/5 stars. Listen to the reviews. read more

Decided to pay more today for the entree vs lunch combo thinking the wrap would be larger. Nope. I payed more money to just have the wrap and fries and the wrap was even smaller this time! I usually come in on Thursdays which is the buy one get one boneless wings. I typically get the Buffalo Ranch and Honey BBQ wing which I find really delicious every time. And the Tots were so crispy I loved it. Never had a problem with the staff and didn't take long to get seated and order. One thing that struck me odd was when my boyfriend ordered sprite but got a very water version of it, like there was no syrup or sweetener in it, just straight carbonated water. Staff clearly can't read an online order, so save your time and look elsewhere for wings. If you order directly through them, there's no customer service to call when they forget 50% of what you ordered, so if you can't fight the craving, go through a third party delivery since they'll at least refund you. Been to two locations within weeks of each other and both times we had to wait for more than an hour to be seated. Was it super busy? No. As a matter of fact the place looked about less than a quarter capacity. So what's the reason? They do not have enough servers scheduled. The Santee location we went to on a Saturday afternoon was within 2 miles of the SportsPlex where there were soccer games plus a baseball tournament being played. You'd expect they would be ready for hungry players looking for a place to eat in between or after games. Nope. The host said that they did not schedule enough servers and that one of them is on their break. We had a 2 and a half hour game break. By the time everyone got their food the team had to leave. The other location was is in Mission Valley within the mall's footprint three days before Christmas. Granted the time we went was 2pm on a Thursday. We went with 6 kids to celebrate our son's 13th birthday at a VR gaming and I kid you not, the host for this location and almost said the same thing verbatim -- not enough servers scheduled, one is currently on break. I couldn't believe it! I wanted to leave but the kids weren't up for anything else nearby. Since the wings are average at best, you will be better off going somewhere else. read more

I keep telling myself not to come back, I end up giving it another chance and regret it every time. When you place an order online it gives the restaurant 30 minutes to complete your order. I've given them the benefit of the doubt over and over, no matter how busy or slow it is inside it takes 45-50 minutes. I've tried to even show up 10 minutes after it says my order is ready, no matter what I wait. Then the food half the time has been incorrect and I've had to call and have problems fixed.
