Why did I ever think to try BWW again? Prior to this visit we hadn't been here for a few years because service was always lacking. I thought maybe this new location would be different. We stood up front for 5 minutes waiting to be seated. Once we did get seated it was like we were forgotten. Waitress did come over for 10 mins. Between us sitting down and getting our drinks it was 30 mins. The floor wasn't even busy, we walked in at 2:30 pm. Needless to say it was another 30 mins to get a burger and 6 wings. Honestly really disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings tonight. They're running the $10 all-you-can-eat apps deal, but it took over 40 minutes just to get appetizers out -- and the place was practically empty. Same issue with drinks: we ordered and nothing came out for a long time. Our menus were never taken, we could barely find our waiter, and overall it felt like nobody was paying attention to the tables. The whole experience was slow, disorganized, and frustrating, especially considering how dead it was inside. My son and I came here to spend time together and have dinner. I have been wanting to come for sometime now since it's a new location in are area. We ordered the House Sampler which consisted of Onion Rings, Mozzarella Sticks, Nacho's with Chicken, and the original Chicken Wings. We ordered the Asian Zing Chicken Wings for are House Sampler and we also ordered the Orange Chicken Wings. We alway get the Asian Zing flavor so we decided to try the Orange Chicken flavor wings. The Orange Wings were okay. I wouldn't order them again. It was not my favorite flavor. I like Asian Zing Chicken Wings and I think we will stick with that. The House Sampler was pretty good and when my kids and I come to Buffalo Wild Wings we usually get the House Sampler as it is enough for us to share. The House Sampler looked bigger at this location which I appreciated. The food was good and my son and I were pretty full after are meal. Customer service was spot on. I had the late night munchies (like ready to eat the couch cushion hungry)& needed a fix ASAP! I discovered Buffalo Wild Wings is open until midnight. Bless them!! We (party of four sat down) pulled up like the Avengers on a mission. We were greeted right away by Sara(our server). She was so sweet I almost got a cavity! I ordered boneless bbq boneless wings w/ fries. Yeah I'm basic! I know, I know! Our food took a bit to come out, probably b/c it was late & the kitchen staff were running on Red Bull & pure willpower. While waiting, I got to sample mozzarella sticks that were so cheesy & gooey I considered proposing to one! When my chicken arrived they were fresh,flavorful & smothered in that sweet & tangy bbq sauce that made me feel emotionally supported.The fries were hot & crispy but not too crispy(like they understood the assignment). I drowned them in ketchup like a saucy little villain & had 0 regrets! No dessert for me(it was late & my stomach filed a cease & desist)! The vibe inside was chill! Music was playing! The place was clean! The ac was set to refreshing but not frostbite temperature. Before I left I ordered potato wedges & a triple bacon burger to go for my bf. I got to sample that as well(b/c I'm greedy like Scrooge). The bacon was so crispy I thought I heard it snap in high definition!The meat was so juicy (like bite into it & duck before you get hit level juicy).Those potato wedges! Pure magic! Had a family lunch here on a Saturday. the restaurant is clean and bright The service was excellent and very friendly. We order a few boneless wings specials. The wings and fries were good. Only have two negatives for this meal. We ordered fried pickles that were forgotten (our server ensure they weren't on the bill). And it seemed like our waitress was stretched a little thin, it would've been nice to get more frequent visits and refills on drinks. read more

But the kitchen was super backed up. I don't understand why a large chain like BWW wouldn't over staff a place on opening weekend. We waiting over an hour for our food and 20 mins between beer orders. There were like 5 "managers" standing around doing nothing, just drinking Dunkin. Wtf. Oh, and there was a bartender with long gross nails, super nasty and I think unhygienic. Food: Took forever. Kitchen must be severely understaffed while the management is overstaffed. Hubby and I stopped in today. Since it's Football Sunday we expected to wait. We were seated immediately and surprised there weren't more patrons. We looked over the menu. Decided on drinks, appetizers and meals, no one came to greet us. As we looked around wondering who our busy server was we noticed (1 bartender just standing there staring off into space, 2 servers near their kiosk laughing up a storm hanging out, 1 server walked by us to clean a table next to us. 2 more servers cleaning another table together) and no-one even looked our way or bothered to greet us. My husband asked the gentleman sitting at the next table with his empty dishes and cash on the table waiting to check out, how long did he have to wait for service and he said he sat there for over 20mins before someone greeted him. My family and I showed up on a Saturday evening at 7pm, got seated within 10 which was cool. Then our waitress comes over and explains to us that %80 of the menu they are out of. No salads, no toppings or anything that goes into a salad, not even for toppings on a burger. No Onion rings or fries...Wtf!!! Only thing they had for a side were cheese curds. I asked if they had chicken for hahas and they were very low on that. How is a big business like this operating on partial staff and no supplies. My wife and I ate there last Saturday, 9/13 and had a Spicy Chicken sandwich and the Spicy Nashville sandwich on challah buns. We enjoyed them very much. So much so when we were out earlier today 9/17 we ordered the same sandwiches for takeout. We were GREATLY disappointed. Both sandwiches were on smaller hamburger rolls, the Spicy Chicken only came with cheese and three pickles that looked like someone stepped on them, the Spicy Nashville includes cole-slaw (got that in a small cup on Saturday) that was put on the bottom of the bun which totally trashed the sandwich. Decided to order some wings for lunch (with extras to bring home) for delivery and decided to order through their website. The order was placed, tips and fees were included, for over $29. Then a weird message popped up stating my order couldn't be place at this time. My senses had me checking my bank account and sure enough, the order amount was deducted from my account. I quickly called the location to confirm and was told by staff that despite my money being taken, they did not see my order on their end, so I would 'just have to wait' to get my money refunded. Went to check it out this past Saturday for future Sunday football outings. Got there at noon and was empty. Server was happy to put a game we were interested in on the TV for us. And THAT was the high point of our experience. Took 45 minutes just to get our drinks (after I reminded our waitress to go get them) then our order was wrong and the wings were cold. BLUF: It is going to take some time to get this up to speed. I'm an Air Force Acquisition Officer and when procuring anything we are taught to measure on Cost, Schedule and Performance. You are usually lucky to get 2. Well this B-Dub failed on all 3. I ordered take out - 10 Bonelsss, 10 Classic, fries, cheese curds and Garlic Pretzel knots. Strike 1, Cost: I am a Blazin' Rewards Member and went to get the reward for B1G1 at 1/2. The reward never went through. Strike 2, Schedule: the website said in 6 mins, food will be ready. I got there to see a waiting room full of people waiting for take out. Then the App updated to 20 mins after ordering it will be ready. I got my food almost 50 mins after ordering. Whilst I was waiting, I saw the waiting list for dine-in go to 2 pages yet the restaurant was maybe 1/2 full. Strike 3, Performance: I finally get the food and the wings were overcooked and dry, like they were done 44 minutes ago! Also, they were missing the Blue Cheese and Carrots. However, the curds and garlic knots were very good, making for the 2 star review. Continuing with the baseball references: Foul: At least 6 employees at any one time were standing around, staring into space. This includes the two managers. The front of the house manager didn't apologize once to anyone and didn't even try to see what could be done. Maybe offering a free soda or a $5.00 off next visit card or even just a plain "I'm sorry" would have gone a long way. I Was really looking forward to trying this new location but unfortunately we were unable to even get seated. I counted over ten open tables and at one point there were more people waiting in the lobby than people actually seated in the restaurant. After one hour we called it quits.
