Caramel Soy (my pick): I knew this was going to hit, and it absolutely did. If you've ever had Korean fried chicken with a soy glaze, it had a very similar flavor profile:savory, slightly sweet, super addictive. The best part? It came with a fluffy dipping sauce. So fun. The wings were crispy and tender, easily my favorite of the night. Hot Garlic Butter (my girlfriend's pick): This one leaned more toward a classic buffalo-style sauce. Delicious, with chunks of garlic throughout. Not the most adventurous flavor, but exactly what we needed for a little spice. These wings were more heavily coated, so the skin wasn't quite as crispy, but the flavor held up. Solid 8-9/10. Cilantro Lime Tahini (our mutual pick): A bit out there for wings.
