Most of my friends know that I'm a big fan of BW3's, or the restaurant / sports bar that is more commonly known as Buffalo Wild Wings. I really do love this place. I'm really not obsessed or anything---stock ticker symbol: BWLD. After arriving in Sherman last Thursday at about 9:00, we quickly realized that there is NOTHING open in this 'lil town. Chilis, El Chico, and every other crappy chain restaurant closes, or stops serving alcohol at 9:30 or 10:00. Wifey & I were desperate for a beer after driving 14 hours and didn't want to endure our crappy hotel, so we looked up the old reliable BW3's, and Holy Shit, Sherman, Texas has one! Half way through Sherman, or 2 miles up 75N, we arrived in a strip center that has a b'dubs. Heaven awaits! This particular b'dubs is open 'till Midnight on Thursdays, which probably angers the hell outta this predominately Baptist community. Nevertheless, I decided to sin, and take a seat in the bar. It was actually busy, but we were promptly greeted, and the friendly server brought our beers, layed out napkins, and even salted them. Wow! Now, this is service that I'm not used to! In addition to the good food, and great service, we heard sayings such as: fixin' ya'll 22 inch lifts law gonnnnnaw getya And upon leaving, we heard, "yew comebacknow." Great place for sports and huge beer selection. Big screen projection TV and lots of action. Love to play buzztime poker. Lots of parking and super friendly staff. I usually order Jammin Jalapeño for my sauce. Tuesday and Thursday are 1/2 price wing day. read more

Let me start off by saying I have been to lots of different Buffalo Wild Wings, but this one seems to have the best atmosphere. not my favorite sports bar, but one of the best. The servers are always so engaging and helpful, from the one that seats ya to the one who brings your food! And the foods good too. I am a big fan of the fast break lunch system, and they always seem to get us just in the knick of time! My personal favorite has to be the garlic Parmasean chicken wings, which are great, and the cheese curds are a close second. Order online for a pickup not realizing it was right in the middle of the cowboys game. Parking lot and inside was very busy, but everyone was very friendly. The young lady who was handling the to-go counter on Saturday night awesome. She double and triple checked my order, quickly got some sides of ranch and had me on my way really fast. She even took the time to repackage some of my dressings so they wouldn't leak. I only wish I hadn't paid in cash so I would have remembered to think about a tip for her! Food could be a little hotter when it arrives. In fact a lot of the time it's very cold. We go only when friends invite. Extremely happy it is smoke free! The whole place seems cleaner! This is my dad's favorite Friday night spot so when I'm in town we always go here. My mom hates wings but puts up with it since it's their date night spot. What a sweet woman. I on the other hand love wings so you'll never hear an arguement from me. They've finally figured out you don't have to put a shit ton of bleach in the wash water for the beer mugs. Great atmosphere. You have a choice of bar side accommodated with plenty of young servers and tv's or dining side which is smoke free. We both ordered boneless wings which were fresh and hot. I would give ZERO stars if I could. This location has fallen off the steepest cliff imaginable. I live in this town, and completely ashamed of what this establishment has become. 1st, FILTH! Multiple empty tables that remained full of dirty dishes throughout our stay. 2nd, FILTH! Floors filled with napkins, food, silverware, crumbs, and who knows what else that remained on the floor, under tables, and passed by multiple staff multiple times. 3rd, FILTH!!! This is definitely the F-Team working today. The Manager was only seen making rounds towards the end and seemed to be 100% content with his restaurant's appearance, and staff work ethic. This review id about the Buffalo Wild Wings in McKinney Texas. I took me family out to lunch... we decided to go to Buffalo wild wings... we were big fans of the chain. I ordered 10 wings, the waitress informed mrs. That they no longer cover in 10 they come with 9 wings.... I replied that I wanted 10 so I'll pay for the extra wing. She took the order, when the order came to the table I only had 9 wings.... I asked the person that delivered the food to the table about the extra wing.... She said sorry but the small cones with only 9 wings. I told her that I didn't order a small...I ordered 10 wings. She'd then read very rude and said sorry they don't come with 10 only 9. So I asked get to remove they 9 wings from my table. I read shocked that they weren't willing to add one wing to my order. I wad fully willing and expecting top pay for the extra wind. I asked to speak to the manager... the rude employee informed me that she was the manager !!!! Her name is Corrissa seems she has absolute mo idea how to speak to people. One of if not the biggest fight in history and your not showing it? I drove 30 miles only to see a sign you would not have the fight. 30 miles back. I should have called ahead but I was sure that you would be showing this historic sporting event, since you tout yourself as a place to watch sports. Very disappointed, we were there to watch a game and were told to slow down after 4 drinks in two hours. Told we were only allowed 1 drink every 30 minutes. The last drink that was brought was watered down, and the waitress blamed it on the manager which we hadn't seen all night. When the last drink was ordered it was all club soda, and we asked for the manager, who did nothing to solve the problem. It's like any other bww. They will put on the UFC fights but on those nights you won't find a seat after an hour before the fights. The service is good and they always have local beers on tap and of course the norms (bud, coors, Miller and Shiner) Parking is a bit tight in the shopping center. The managers will change the TVs to the sporting event you want to watch unless it is a big night(championships, rivalry games, UFC , etc. ) read more

Pretty rough experience. Upon arriving and making my way to a bar table, several tables were dirty. Restaurant wasn't even half full. Server was decent. Our group waited almost 45 minutes for just sandwiches and kids meals. Both philly sandwiches were cold, the cheese on top had completely dried out from sitting so long. While waiting for our new sandwiches, kids needed ranch (which our food runner never brought back out) so my wife walked up to the carryout area. She said the reason why the kitchen was so slow was probably because it looked like a bunch of grab ass going on in the kitchen. You could say I've been in the restaurant business my entire life, so maybe I see things a little different than the average customer. Service and food was definitely off par with the DFW location we usually frequent. Different server than one we were supposed to get noticed us sitting and asked us if we had been helped. Food order took long time to come out, so boneless chicken wings and fries were not temperature hot. Don't know if it was an off night or what. Food is usually good, but the service needs to improve dramatically. Let me clarify that the servers aren't the problem, but rather the kitchen. I love chicken wings, prob my favorite food. I was in the area for work and excited to see a BWs because I love their sauces. The quality of the actual cooked chicken is not consistent whatsoever. I went to this location on Monday and the wings were awesome, crispy and tasty. I went again on Wednesday and they were rubbery and by the time I got to the last few, they were down right cold. This leads me to believe Monday's were cooked to order and Wednesday's were sitting under a heat lamp. This experience is pretty consistent with other locations.
