We were driving all day and arrived at our hotel around midnight. Luckily BWW was open until 2am-what a lifesaver. There was a UFC fight on so it was pretty busy and we luckily found 2 seats at the bar. We were greeted quickly with menus and offered to place a drink order. I ordered a Michelob Ultra, which they were out of on draft so I chose the bottle. I cannot remember what hubs ordered but the keg finished in the middle of his pour so he had to wait for a new, full beer. Bonus though, they gave him the half beer on the house! Hubs ordered a chicken sandwich and I ordered 6 traditional wings, Buffalo sauce style, and a side salad with bleu cheese dressing. My salad came out first and quickly. The wings came out shortly after but hubs waited for over 10 minutes more for his sandwich. I guess since it was close to closing time, the bartenders were busy cleaning and forgot about it. You could tell the food was sitting under the heat lamp for a long time because it was dry and overcooked. We ordered one more beer, paid our tab, and left. I had rewards to use so I was able to get my wings for free! I am not sure if we will be at the location in the future but if we are traveling and it's after most restaurants are closed, we will stop in again. read more

Wait was reasonable for a Saturday night. Service was fast and great. A little mix up with wife's order, she wanted all BarBQ sauce traditional wings but got half BarBQ and half buffalo. They offered to redo but my wife liked both so it was not an issue. I am still giving them a 5 because my wife loved her food and was not disappointed. I had the triple smash burger and it was great. Came here at the recommendation of the local hotel clerk and hubby wanted wings. Not sure if I can give one star after an unusual experience here. A very pleasant waiter took our orders after a long delay of reviewing menus given to us by the hostess. Looking over the menu I wanted a salad, and hubby ordered ten wings - naked- because their regular wings are breaded, and the pretzel bites shown on the happy hour menu. Unfortunately a few moments later our waiter informed me that they "were completely out of salads because their truck was coming in tomorrow." Who runs a food business and runs out of all salads? Second choice - street tacos with nachos and salsa. The wings were delivered - and proved to be the driest wings we have ever been served. We were told by the assistant manager it was because they had no sauce or breading - really? I received the tacos, which were spicy, and nacho chips that were good. Pretzel bites were warm and came with sweet mustard and cheese sauces for dipping. My husband had another draft Yuengling, and I asked for an unsweetened iced tea refill. Our waiter told me he needed to make a fresh batch so it would take a few more minutes. No problem, I'll take it in a to go cup. Well, it did turn out to be a problem - he couldn't get the tea maker to work. So no refills. This visit was the first and last one for hubby - he won't ever return. Which means neither will I. Terrible customer service. We have a party of 11 arrive on a Sunday night. We were told a 20-30 minute wait and we would either be seated at the "party" table after the other party finished or sit in the completely empty section once the waiter got back from break - whichever opened first. After about 15-20 minutes the server came back from break but instead of seating us they sat 3 other parties (3 separate booths). When we asked what happened they told us the server didn't want to seat us in his section because we'd take up 2-3 booths but only be on one ticket. First of all, this wasn't accurate. We would have had 3-4 different tickets and second of all, even if that were true it's still terrible customer service. Since when is that acceptable for a server to reject tables? This has to be one of the worst restaurants in Smithfield. We showed up around 5 on a Friday after a long day of traveling. 75% of the tables were empty and the hostess said it would be an hour wait. She forgot my husband's drink. Slow service means after we were done eating, we elected to pay on the scan thing. I confirmed our order, still left a 20%+ tip, and we made our way out. The waitress saw us when we got to the door and threw up her arms and started panicking like we didn't pay the bill. She had plenty of time to check and make sure we were paid and it was a way for us to pay via the app. Before acting so unprofessional, she should have checked either with us or her system before jumping to worst case scenario. We walked in at dinner time on a Tuesday and a ton of tables were available. The host sanding just waiting for someone to walk in. we said table for 2, he had to clean the table off before we could be seated. I looked around and all the empty tables were dirty. My husband and I ordered two buffalo chicken wraps with everything that comes on them and two sodas, that is it. We came in at 4:30 and there was a couple of people dinning and at the bar but there was no hostess to be found. There were, however, multiple employees hanging out and talking, looking over at us a few times and continuing on with their conversation. After a few mins of us not even being acknowledged or SOMEONE saying " we will be right with you" or something, we turned around and walked out. And this isn't the 1st time there has been service like that. We've ordered on the app to go items and gone to pick it up at the designated time and it's still not ready or it's cold. You don't get the sauces or dip or utensils. You basically have to open up everything to make sure you got everything you ordered (and the hostess still isn't there, so you still have to wait a ridiculous amount of time).
