The wings here are more sloppy with sauce where Hooter's seasoning seems more cooked in than slopped on at the last minute. Otherwise I prefer this place over Hooters for how nice the layout is, quantity of seating and prices. The sports atmosphere is fun for beers and wings. We don't go for the food...it's really not that great. If you just want some beers and a big screen game, this place hits the spot. I live very close to this BWW and have been several times. BWW used to be one of my favs and it seems they just continue to go in a downward spiral. Terrible service. Not busy, and the bartender looked at her phone more than the customers. No choice of sauce to speak of, the wings come in small, snack, medium, and large. I'm sure they get sick of telling customers that means 5,9,12,18. Foghorns is a better experience and has better service, sides, prices, not to mention sauce choices. I always go to the one in Fayetteville but I decided to go to the one in Springdale this time. It was very disappointing. None of the workers were wearing their mask properly or not at all. We are in a global pandemic that has killed THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDs of people worldwide. There should be a bigger mandate on your employees the wear their mask, especially with such a big business. I've been a regular to this place since God was a boy...a lot of my favorite workers have left, and they raised the price of rebel ipa from $4 to $7.50, and I've been trying to shed some lbs so I haven't been going as much lately, but went Saturday and I'm glad I did...some of the old greats like Jj, Landon, and Darren are still there, but they have some really nice new workers, in particular Brooke Gove and Streme gove, a set of twins who give service with a smile and you can tell really care about job, I'll be back and will go back often lien I used to if they bring rebel down to $6...which is a happy medium and a psychologically better price point after paying $4 for years. read more

Just overall terrible service. I have ordered food ahead of time to just grab the food and go, and they don't start making it until you get there it seems like. This has happened multiple times. Unless you plan on staying here for 45 minutes waiting in a to go order, you might as well just sit at a table. Even then, you'll wait longer to order, and even longer to get your food. Place was not busy, it was a nice evening so we thought we would eat on the patio. We were seated promptly and that was it. Patio was dirty a strewn with cigarette butts and after waiting at least 15 minutes got tired of waiting and left. Went to Slim Chickens about a mile away. I love chicken wings and bacon blue cheese burgers. Unfortunately this is the only wing place near my house. I'm on second chance number seven or eight and they constantly disappoint. The dining experience is terrible, the staff is poorly trained, hardly performs their jobs and there is a disgusting amount of food particles on the floor. If the staff accidentally check on the patron, that patron can look forward to their request taking a long time or forgotten altogether. Last time we dined in there, i spent a lot of time trying to flag down our waitress to refill my drink, all the meanwhile, three other waitresses were sitting at a nearby table on their laptops, presumably doing schoolwork. If you elect to pick up your food, CHECK CAREFULLY. They have left off food about 3/4 times we have picked up. Make sure to buy a bottle of your favorite sauce and ranch/blue cheese because odds are, about 10-20% of the wing has sauce on it and they will very likely leave out dipping sauce. If anyone reading this has the means to open a Wingstop, this place would go out of business in a few months. read more

Two stars, because I'm not particularly worried that I'll get food poisoning there, but I don't think I'll be back to the Springdale location. Boneless wings on Thursdays are consistently dry. They also don't give you an itemized receipt for take outs. Probably don't want people to see all of the extra charges. I've been putting up with it because I live close and Thursdays are a great deal, but I've had enough. After waiting 20 minutes, the wings were cold and hard. The beer is good, but I don't recommend their mixed drinks. The one's I've tried were weak and too sweet. Service in the restaurant is slow. If you go on a night when wings are on special, be aware that you will pay 50 cents for every thing extra like ranch or celery. On a positive note, the wings are great when fresh and when they put enough sauce to cover them, the potato wedges are great (We love the salt and vinegar), and they have ALL of the Razorback games, but get there early if you would like a table because we are all trying to watch the pay per view games there if we couldn't go to the game!.
