Our Food came out super fast, the burnt end baked beans were probably the best I've ever had. Outdoor seating, plenty of TVs, and great drinks. I got the rib plate and they were pretty good. Atmosphere: Red Door is EXACTLY what it is trying to be -- a standard no-frills bar and grill. Service: Super friendly and pretty attentive. There was a big group, so they were maybe a bit overwhelmed, but still attentive and friendly. Drinks: The selection of taps was a little thin. I would have hoped for more taps. There were a few specialty cocktails and a friend had an "Italian Margarita" and said it was tasty. Apps: Onion rings were really good -- probably the best bite of the night! Fried pickles and jalapeños also strong. Mains: I had sliders, which included one pulled pork (good texture to pork, surprisingly best of the three), one brisket (middle of road at best) and one burger slider (good). The sides were a little disappointing, especially the beans. All in all, I would go back here. Had never been here before and tried it this weekend to see a friends band play. Michelle with a large outdoor seating area, too. Service was great and the food was super. I finally made it to this place. I literally live right around the corner and I have yet to visit. Well, now I have. I got a burger. Pretty good. The fries are fine. The beer selection is really minimal. My friend also got a burger and enjoyed it. Prices are a bit high, but I think every one has higher prices in 2021! Service was good and helpful and friendly. Atmosphere is enjoyable. The reason for 4-stars is because this is not place is not elite nor blow-your-socks-off amazing. It's a good burger-joint in Tontitown with a nice atmosphere and good service. I will return and enjoy it. You should too. read more

After a terrible Applebees experience we walked out from went here instead. I want to say every time I come here we are seated instantly, drinks are super fast, good food, great service, and just an overall fantastic experience. I really don't want to leave this place a bad review. The vibe is cool and staff is friendly. However, the wait is painfully long. Today we waited an hour for our lunch (took about 15 additional min to even order and get drinks) and there were only 5 tables full in the whole restaurant. The burgers are very good as is the brisket. I am not a fan of the pulled pork but have no problem finding other items to order. Whatever you order, add onion rings as a side; they are excellent. The service is always friendly and attentive. It can get pretty busy if they have live music so be willing to wait but again it isn't too bad. If you are fortunate enough to go on a night they are serving smoked chicken (it appears to be random when that happens) order it, the best I have had in NWA. read more

This was my first time to the Red Door Bar & Grill. My family was there to celebrate my dad's 75th birthday. The young man who waited on us was attentive and made sure we had all we needed. The room design and atmosphere was relaxing not loud so we could hear each other. I got the smoke chicken sandwich and it was good but next time I'm getting the ribs. Ribs? Say it ain't so!! You had the best ribs in Arkansas, until you put them on the menu everyday. I never missed a rib night in the past. Only having ribs on certain occasions made for an amazing atmosphere and fun. I have tried the ribs twice since you put them on the menu. I don't know what Changed but the past two times the ribs were inedible. My dog wouldn't even eat them. Dry and tough. The ribs tasted like they were a week old, and soo salty. Whatever you did to make the change, stop and bring back the old ribs. Please!!!!! I am also a regular. I eat here at least twice a week and have hosted two large parties here. read more

10 out of 10. Having never been to Arkansas we had no idea where to get a good meal in Springdale. All we really wanted was a restaurant with a short wait and some real food. We found Red Door on yelp and decided to give it a try. And thank the good Lord we did. A little hard to find from the road but that's not an issue. Inside it was little, but very lively and welcoming. We had an awesome waiter, Luke, he was extremely friendly, and was just happy to help. It's hard to find genuine people these days and the service alone was enough to make us want to come back for every meal the rest of the weekend. Now to the food, delicious and great prices too!? Hard to come by in this economy to say the least. I would highly recommend the twice baked potato salad- seriously make sure you get it. If you are thinking about coming here, pull the trigger bro you won't be disappointed. One meal had me contemplating a transfer to UARK. If you know what to expect going into this place, you'll be a lot better off. As one reviewer noted, this place is a honky tonk bar that happens to have a kitchen. It's incredibly smoky, small, and the clientele are all the blue collar biker/cowboy type. Not that there is anything wrong with that at all. I didn't feel unsafe or anything...it's an older local crowd just hanging out at their watering hole. I've had the burgers here twice now. Both times were take out and, unless you smoke like a chimney yourself, I recommend you do take out as well. Unless you don't mind smelling like smoke until you bathe and wash your clothes. Even going in to get the food, you'll come out smelling like you just walked into a...wait for it...smoky bar. Anyway...the burgers here are, in my opinion, pretty dang good. They're pretty big, though, so don't let yourself get too carried away. The fries are also very good and the price is very reasonable. As far as cleanliness, I can't comment too much. The place is pretty dark and is probably about as clean as a honky tonk bar is going to get. Go at your own risk, I suppose. I'd go back to get my take out order, no problem. If you're in the area and want a filling great bar burger, definitely stop in here. If you don't smoke, order ahead and do take out. read more
