She then walked over to the other waitress and they said "F no" to take our table and then the other said she would pay someone to take our table. There is only a few tables full in the whole restaurant and we are only a group of 6 and of which are not loud at all. Food was delicious as always, we had a very kind waitress, and the floor looked very clean despite it being a Saturday when the staff are normally lazy. Sigh...where to begin... The potato wedges and fries were cold. The pulled pork was cold. How is that possible? Do they just keep it in the fridge? The server did replace the cold pulled pork sandwich with a lukewarm pulled pork sandwich. All the wings were under sauced. I asked for some medium Buffalo sauce and found out they charged me extra for it and it was cold! OK just put some sauce on the wings so it's all warm together! Got there 15 left in happy hour waited ten minutes for a server. When they came placed our drink and appetizer order. Eventually one of our two appetizers came out. Ten minutes later then other came out. Without any napkins or silverware. After 30 minutes the server came by and said our food was on its way. Ten minutes later she said our food was on its way. After ten more minutes we asked for a manager who told us the order was never put in and that we would be the third order out. I said no thanks and asked for the bill. Which she took everything off except the appetizers. These were happy hour items and were supposed to be $5 each. One was $5 the other $8.99. Said I don't think so. The manger ended up comping the remaining items. I don't recommend this place. Seems every other time I've been here service or food is horrible. Never again! read more

This particular location needs serious customer service training. Quick summary: - Arrive at 750pm - Drink order taken at 820pm - 1 drink arrived at 830pm (my husband decided to inquire on his own drink from the bar). - Dessert order taken by a shift leader at 830pm - Dessert (cake and cold cheesecake bites) arrived at 850pm. NOTE: They aren't supposed to be cold. BLUF: It took 1 hour for anyone to bring us dessert. That's all we came in for. I'll add, the table next to us, ordered after us and received their full two orders of wings and fries 15 mins before ours. During this process we spoke to 4 people in total incrementally. We took our dessert to go as it came out cold. Who is watching the tickets and the meals in the kitchen? Because I personally watched my order sit on the kitchen counter for at least 10 mins. Why isn't anyone concerned with "whose food is this still sitting here"? OR after the manager sent a shift lead to take our order (another issue), why weren't either one of them concerned and should have constantly asked us "have you received your food yet"? We would have said no, still waiting. No one ever asked. As we mentioned to Codi (manager) on the way out, if you do indeed have a short staff issue, let that info be known upfront. But this seems to be more than just a short staff issue because our waitress who took our drink order 30 mins after arriving, but not our dessert order was still serving others the entire time. This place does have some ups and downs with service, which can be slower and/or a bit more forgetful than average at times (a very BW3 characteristic, IMO, not just this location), but our most recent experience was ok. Our server forgot my side salad, which was ok, because they're sort of sparse and over-priced anyway. I was on a QUEST to try their "for a limited time only" buttery maple wing sauce (have I mentioned I'm the world's biggest sucker for "limited time only" offers?!?) and it was GOOD!! The bathrooms have a knocking sound in the pipes like there gonna explode. Everyone in here mist hate there job because no one looks happy, no one is smiling, and it looks down right depressing. Came in here today to take my son for lunch and also get my free birthday snack wings. Thirty five minutes later to get a salad and street tacos when the restaurant wasn't even busy. The waiter was horrible, she had no clue of anything. Order food to go and had to wait an extra 10 minutes after we were done and then she forgets the fries and the dressing, we had to asked her for the dressing three times and a box that she forgot every single time. To make it worst she brings me the most dry lemon pepper boneless wings when all I wanted was traditional. So much for coming in for a birthday gift and walked out an hour and 15 minutes later with the wrong thing. She needs training or she needs a better memory! We arrived 30 minutes before our estimated time of 50 minutes because we've seen people grabbing online orders and dashing out the door just because its not monitored very well from every time we're there. Think you won us back. Can't wait to visit again! My husband served in the Navy and we went to this location on Veterans Day. It was advertised that veterans receive a complimentary small order of wings. When we ordered we were told that offer was only for corporate locations and this location was a franchise, and they only offered a snack sized order. How would we know the difference? We wrote to their corporate office and received a reply from the GM for this location. He said they were supposed to honor the advertisement if it was mentioned. He apologized and offered a gift card as a token of his appreciation for our business. We never received the gift card.
