This is a smaller location meant for dine-in or takeout. My order was ready when I arrived for pickup, which was convenient. However, my wings were just okay. I visited this location as a delivery driver and approached asking for the status of an order from an employee named Robert. Before he approached me, I noticed him arguing and getting into a heated conversation with a person in a booth celebrating their birthday about birthday discount. When he approached me and I asked the status of the ET of the order he became very passive aggressive and he didn't de-escalate from his previous encounter of escalation. He was very aggravated and seemed irritated that I wanted to know the ETA of the status of the order left for being prepared. He became very rude and immediately and immediately went to threatening me to be removed from the restaurant and to be banned from the restaurant. I couldn't believe the amount of escalation that Robert was addressing towards me. Please review the videotape and if you have audio that is excellent because it will show this person's demeanour and their interaction as horrible with a courier. I am making a formal complaint that you please review and address this situation with the employee so that future couriers do not experience the same kind of abuse that I . This employee is volatile and needs to be reviewed. After grabbing my takeout order I walked back inside to ask if this was really all they meant to give me on my $6 order of onion rings. Sara said "yes that's a full order. It's by the weight." So I asked what the weight was and Sara said "7 ounces". Which as you can see in the photo it was clearly not 7 ounces. Even when I weighed the box with it was still under. I have to be honest. I came in here with very low expectations as nearly every single time I've been into a Buffalo Wild Wings I've left so dissatisfied and questioned why I ever came back. This location is very new and located in a very busy shopping center. It's only going to get worse once more of the shops have their opening day. In front parking is fairly limited, but there is a larger lot next door shared with Sprouts. Again, for now it's not too bad, but there are multiple other spots preparing to open. The location is small inside and although it does state GO and giving off the pickup/takeout vibe they do have some seating for a quick dine in. There is even a fountain drink station to refill your drink. Menu is pretty small, but of course offers wings, chicken strips, burgers, sandwiches, wraps and a few other items. If you buy the bundle it comes with fries and a drink can be added for $1. We were greeted right away and after looking over the menu for a few we decided on 6 traditional hot wings, Chicken tender bundle with added tater tots and of course the fries. I asked for Buffalo sauce for the tenders. We also added the drinks. We were told it would be 20 minutes which seemed crazy to me, but I did only see a couple employees. Maybe they had a few orders ahead of us for pick up, but i dont know. Surprisingly though we had our food in about half that time. We chose a seat and dined in. Everything looked great especially the fries; which were well seasoned and a little crispy but not over done. My tenders were perfect, juicy and not over breaded. The Buffalo sauce is where it was at though. It had a great kick to it. My son really liked his hot wings and said six was the perfect amount for him. The tots were just meh and more greasy flavor than anything. It was about $26 for everything. I thought that it was a tad pricey for such small amount, but isn't that everything now a days? All in all it was such s better experience than at their full service restaurants and we'd definitely revisit here in the future. read more

I just can't rave about this place. We ordered two flavors of boneless wings and both tasted like someone had dumped a shaker of salt into them. Fries were soggy but the onion rings were good. I made an online order and it was placed on the rack on time but no one acknowledged me as I came to pick up or as I left. There is a manager name Destiny I think she seems to make the store run smoothy she is willing to help me understand things when I'm confused she VERY helpful. I can say that the GM of the store doesn't care for their employees because on a BOGO day it was just Destiny and another team member. She seemed to be very patience and apologetic. She is a great worker. She deserves a raised. On a busy day I came back in and saw her again but this Time she was helping an old man get to his car while holding his hand to make sure he gets to his car safely. She an amazing worker and need to see more like this at this store. This was my first time here tonight, visiting this location, as i walked in there was a customer issue at the register, which pushed back our order & we had to wait a long time for our wings, there was a customer issue and i didn't mind waiting but unfortunately seeing how the customer issue was being handled by the manager I'm assuming was poorly handled and unpleasant to watch as myself while working in the customer service environment i would never speak to my customers the way this employee was speaking to these. Once we got our food we didn't receive ranch or carrots & celery. If I could give a zero I would. Celina ( I think that's her name ) the assistant manager was so rude and unprofessional from the moment I walked in the door. My cousin who was visiting did a phone order and used her rewards. Once we arrived she spoke over us and refused to allow us to communicate and figure out the situation. She repeatedly cut us off while having no customer service of any kind, and rudely ignored us to speak with her general manager on the phone in front of us without attempting to handle the issue and make us happy. I am a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings and have been a repeat customer but I am sorry to say after the horrendous experience we have had to due to Celina I cannot say that we will return, least of all this location. She made us wait an hour for our food until she realized it was a mistake on her end. ***BAD MANAGER CUSTOMER SERVICE. ***I went to this wild wings to claim a a free birthday reward, and the manager who helped me out over the phone took my order prior to me arriving told me that I would have to come in and present my phone number in order to get the reward so I show up, the manager who checked me out presented me with horrible customer service... she wasn't able to honor my reward because it wasn't in my app "blazin rewards" that was evidently in my email specifying blazing rewards from that morning showing me that I still had Yet to claim. She proceeded to make me wait and figure out a solution, & It was obvious to me that even as the MANAGER of this location she was more willing to waste food + waste time and over complicate things over prioritizing me as the customer who was obviously showing proof and just trying to claim a free birthday gift + pay for the rest of my meal. I got to the restaurant at 425 pm. The girl at the front counter had a phone order then proceeded to help me about 5 minutes later. I ordered the Thursday bogo deal for 10 boneless wings-10 honey bbq, 5 Asian zing and 5 mango habanero, celery and a drink cup. I was quoted fifteen minutes for the order to be done. After 30 minutes I started seeing people that ordered in store way after me getting their food. I approached the counter with my receipt and was told my order would be ready in another 15 minutes. After waiting fifteen more minutes my order still was not ready. I approached the counter again and asked for a refund. Alexandra (claimed to be the manager on duty) said she was unable to issue a refund since the order was already made. She then proceeded to tell me that this wait time is common and online orders take priority. I informed her that five customers walked in after me, placed their orders and got their food before me. She then said my order was being bagged which took another 7 minutes and another person that ordered in store 25 minutes after me got their order. None of the employees were wearing a name tag and when I asked for the number for corporate the so called manager Alexandra had to go to the back and ask another employee for the number. She was not apologetic in any way, refused to issue a refund and was not wearing a name tag. Also the 952 phone number for corporate that I was given said the number is not in service and it took going through several websites to get the right number.
