This was our first time eating at Bootys, and it definitely won't be our last! My husband ordered the fish and chips and really enjoyed them. I had the fish taco with Baja sauce, and it was absolutely delicious. Even better, it was only $4 as part of their Tuesday food specials - such a great deal! My brother and sister-in-law, who were visiting from out of town, ordered the chicken wings and couldn't stop talking about how flavorful and delicious they were. I almost forgot about the hand dipped fried mushrooms. FINALLY found a place who makes these right! I would come back for the mushrooms alone. Bootys has great food and drink specials every day of the week, so there's always something worth checking out. The atmosphere is exactly what you'd want from a sports bar that's fun, lively, and packed with TVs, so there's not a bad seat in the house if you're there to catch a game. A special shout-out to our server, (Apology because I forgot her name) who was outstanding! She was attentive, genuinely friendly, and her positive personality made our entire experience even more enjoyable. She even took a great photo of our group for us, which was such a thoughtful touch. Let's just say that she was the complete opposite of the hostess who seated us. One last tip: if you're able to pay with cash, it's worth doing because they offer a small discount on your bill. Booty's used to be my local watering hole, but over time the service started to slip, so I stopped going. Last week I decided to give it another shot, because no matter what, the wings were always on point... wow, what a difference! The change was immediately noticeable. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely personable. I sat at the bar and couldn't help but notice how smooth and seamless the entire operation was. I especially want to highlight Tara, the bartender. I didn't even have to ask her name as she was clearly the go-to person. Anytime there was a question or concern, the team turned to her, and she always had a quick, effective solution. Even without firsthand bartending experience myself, just listening to the conversations made it obvious how knowledgeable and capable she is. What stood out even more was her teamwork. If she had a free moment, she was proactive about helping others with their tasks. It never seemed like a burden... she genuinely wanted the team to succeed. You could also see how responsive everyone was to her, which speaks volumes about her positive attitude and strong work ethic. Between the consistently great wings and the huge improvement in service, Booty's has officially earned its way back into my regular rotation. Fairly loud atmosphere but to be expected at a sports bar, great for watching games as adults, not necessarily geared towards families. Food was pretty good. Prices were really affordable. read more

Very sweet server named Shae but bartender was delayed in getting drinks served up so Shae could get them to us. We had boneless wings which were on special at 90 cents each. Good flavor but were lukewarm & knife not provided that would have been helpful. Sides of French fries and regular fries good but portions on the smaller side. This place is juat so close to being a great bar its hard to gove it this review. The restaurant was about 1/4 full we ordered food and it took just over an hour to get the food. Now the food was great, hot, fresh and the wings some of the best I have had. However an hour is crazy. Service, you could tell the servers were really trying but they had one bartender handling drinks so again it took a while to get another beer about 15 mins. A poster says karaoke every other Saturday at 7pm, the server said every Saturday at 8pm. At 9pm they started because they couldn't get it to work right. First time customer! The one thing that caught my eye as we walked into this restaurant was. "Wow, there's a lot of TV's in here"! It was a busy Tuesday night for our first visit here, but we got seated right away, although we had asked for two others tables and they said that they both were "reserved"! Well, we sat at a table, just in front of the hostess stand, for well over an hour and a half, and not one person had sat at one of those two tables! I ordered the burger with cheese and bacon and this "thing" was huge! I haven't been eating as much at one seating, as I had in the past, but somehow I managed to devour that whole burger! The fries were crispy and had a great seasoning on them, and I also forgot to say, I had a coupon for a free appetizer, so we took advantage of it by ordering an appetizer of potato skit. There one of the two reasons for the 4, instead of the five, the skins were tasty, but the outside is supposed to be crispy, and these were far from that! The second reason for the 4, was those darn TV's, and, at one time, the made any conversation across the table hard, because it was so darn noisy in there! With all that said, we enjoyed the burgers, (my wife had a plain old fashioned burger!) but the free appetizer needed a little more time in the oven! Was out in Surprise watching my daughter cheer at a football game and afterwards I wanted a burger. Saw Booty's and it was close....and the immature side of me decided I needed taste a Booty Burger :) This is a typical sports bar with lots of seating and TVs inside. The service was friendly but also kinda slow. I didn't care very much for the Grand Canyon Burger...it was super sweet. But, the meat was good and the portions were huge. I loved the Mac & Cheese bites though, especially with their Bootylicious Sauce, it was amazing!! On a scale of 1 - 10, there are better options out there. Fun place. Good food. Great service. I had the BLT sliders and they had more bacon than I've ever had on a restaurant sandwich. We also had wings. The best part was that we were able to sample as many of the sauces and rubs we wanted. There are lots of options too! The bone-in wings were meaty and delicious. What a great experience! Have been coming to Spring Training for many years and this was normally a go-to. Had also experienced declining "vibe" but tried again and Nina our server knocked it out of the park. Friendly, welcoming, appreciative of our being there -- and did a great job explaining specials and even offered a pro-tip of going crispy bacon on the jalapeno poppers which were dynamite. The food here is excellent we've eaten in, but mostly we do carry out on Fridays Primo Pizza that's there is by far the best. Their wings are meaty and done right salads are good portion. Fresh and cold burgers are great too excellent fries. The girls upfront are always very sweet and helpful. Kind of small inside. That's why we don't go in. If I could give this place a zero, I would. Had the all you can eat fish fry that came with 3 pieces of fish. Did not order any additional fish and wanted to take a piece home and management said no. Thought I coud put it in the air fryer at home to get the grease out. The fish was muchie, greasy. The coleslaw lacked any flavor and the tartar sauce tatested mayo, no flavor. 2 fish fries, one cocktail and a bill of $54.10 for horrible food. Don't have the fish here. Had alot of their other items on the menu in the past, this meal was just disgusting. Was going to have friends meet there for the Packer Game on Sunday, wlll go elsewhere for sure. I've been in here several times over the past few years, and I've never been disappointed. The service is average. Nothing to complain about. The one thing I HAVE noticed is that the windows usually have finger prints and smudge marks. But..... if you want some decent food, check out the place. Had a AMAZING time at Bootys Surprise last night! Nina was amazing she was running around then entire night and still made us feel special, she took the time to answer all our questions, bring us samples, and get to know us. My littles loved her and wanted us to take her with us! Open air, pretty loud, with slow service (for how few people were here) and mediocre food. our burgers were so greasy they were dripping and oil took over the taste of the sauces, hamburger patty, soggy bun, and the toppings. That was quite disappointing. The tater tots were also very oily and unseasoned, so dipping sauces are needed (which there are plenty of options for you to choose from luckily!). The fries were bland, again very oily/greasy, and underdone but at least in that case you could taste that these were made from potato. Now for what you come for, cold brews and chicken wings. The wings were cooked well, and sauced up nicely. We chose to split 20 wings into 2 flavors - so we received 10 Desert Sweet Heat and 10 Asian Fire. The Desert Sweet Heat was garlic and honey flavored, and Asian Fire was just spicy garlic. You see where I am going here? It all just tasted like these were thrown around in garlic powder and tossed in Honey. Pretty disappointing. There were only 4 tables full (out of 30) so they weren't packed, but drinks took over 10 minutes to come. Then it took the waitress another 15 minutes before she came back for us to order our food. The wings and burgers are pretty good but skip the "nachos" as they are literally chips with pico de gallo and whatever meat you pay for. No onions, no jalapeños and very little cheese and when we asked about it, she stated this is how they come. we have tried this place 4 times and 4 out of 4 times the service was crap. They take your drink order then have to wait 10-15 minutes to get it. Once you get the drink order it takes another 20-25 minutes before they come back for your food order. By that time your drink is empty and they don't ask or bring any refills till your done eating your food. service is absolutely garbage. There food isn't anything to brag about either. We will take our business right next door to Tailgaters were they actually take good care of there customers and there food is way better. we will never come back to bootys again. read more
