I had a really frustrating experience with this location. I ordered a chocolate cake through doordash, and instead they sent me a cheesecake without saying anything. If you're out of an item, the bare minimum is to communicate that to the customer and give them the option to choose something else, not just swap it out and hope they won't notice. To make it worse, when I called to ask about it, the service was rude and dismissive. There was no apology, no effort to fix the situation, just attitude. The employee I spoke to even mentioned they were closing 30 minutes before the time said on the website, which honestly made the whole situation feel even more careless and unprofessional. Mistakes happen, but the lack of communication, rude customer service, and closing before posted hours made this a really disappointing experience. Definitely not ordering from here again. read more

We popped into BWW to connect with friends and watch football. I really like that we could see so many games at the same time... that makes it really nice .... It's typical sports bar vibe with lots of cheering... pretty fun environment The food was ok and was as expected.. we like that it's the same "cook" and flavor of the wings every time that we come, so it's nice to have our expectations met... The service today has been iffy... Our server's attitude was great, and when she spent time at our table, it was good and all of our ordering was accurate...But she didn't check back very often and we had to hunt her down several times to ask for additional cocktails and water and refills ... Which was a bit disappointing... and that's the reason for the rating.. read more

The last two times I have ordered carry out either part of my order was missing or the order was completely wrong. The last time I went I was missing half of my order but didn't realize until I was home and didn't want to make the 20 minute drive for something that should be correct the first time. Place was pretty packed when we got here but had no problem getting a table. Chill, sports bar vibes. Our waiter, David, was on top of things. We didn't even have to ask for refills. He was friendly & professional. He's got great customer service skill. The food was good, drinks were cold & came out quick compared to other B-Dubs. We left full & happy. read more

I will NEVER step foot in this establishment again. Our waiter, I don't even know her name because she never introduced herself, was completely neglectful. She checked in on us once, and seemed like she was in a rush to attend to other tables...The restaurant was empty. I saw her making faces at us with other waiters and she gave us fries that tasted like cardboard. It seemed like she wanted us to have an eating disorder since we're obese. Holy smokes!! This place needs to be re-branded to buffalo shit wings! The only thing wild about this location is that people still come here! Came on Thursday. Granted it was the start of football season. Waited 45 for the appetizer of fried pickles. Came to the table cold, limp and soggy as your Grandpa's tool! I swear it wouldn't have been surprised me if they picked them up off another table and gave them to us..no seriously I think that is what really happened. The waiter (as young as he was) must have been a Vietnam vet because he was MIA for most of the night. After just over an hour the boneless wings came out. I know "boneless?" Hmmmmm their boneless wings aren't what I remember. It seems like the quality of food has gone down at B-Dubs. I didn't love their boneless wings and they were very skimpy on the amount of sauce they added. Overall, I'd still come back and next time will try their standard wings but I used to frequent BWW many years ago and remembered their boneless wings being better so either they changed or maybe I just came on an off night. They still have a ton of big screens and good beer selection so decent option for game days. read more

It's dinner time and everyone was hungry. Since we were in the area we decided to stop for wings. We knew it might be a bit of a wait since we could see the seating area filling up. We have a usual order at B-Dubs and tonight it didn't disappoint. From the appetizer to the wings which were stove hot & came out a little spicy. (We loved it). The beers as cold as we like them. So what made our experience the most was our server (Ade) He was awesome. He made sure our food was good and we were happy. He also made sure we had enough drinks and they were topped off. I placed an order to be ready at 8 and when I showed up, it was ready. great service at the desk. there was no silverware which wasnt a big deal but I was right on time and took a bite as I was leaving and everything was ice cold. UPDATE This location seems to have it back together under new management (I presume). No unbused tables, everything in the bathroom was in working order. The wings were hot, fresh and up to par. The beer was cold and fresh and the staff was pleasant. The only issue was that the patio is still more or less unusable. There were nesting birds that were leaving their mark all over the tables if you know what I mean. The TVs were not on and there was nobody out there. Basically nonfunctional for the time being anyway. It's a shame to not be able to sit outside on a nice day. In all, the improvements have been noticed. Take care of the patio. read more

If I could give this Buffalo Wild Wings zero stars I would. The hostess has zero hospitality skills. My family of 6 came in at 5:40pm on a Friday night. There were plenty of open table, but the hostess acted like us was a giant inconvenience to seat a party of 6. She finally takes us to a table in the middle with benches and I asked if we could have the booth that was directly across. The hostess would not look at me to answer and said she'd have to ask the servers, and didn't know, and basically acted like it was too much trouble, etc. She never came back with an answer and sat another family there a few seconds later. We never saw a server or were offered drinks so we left. No idea how the food is but the service is awful. read more

This BWW used to be a nice spot, but post Covid this place has gone downhill pretty quickly. The inside has a dive bar feel, which is obviously not an intentional vibe on their part. Overall pretty "dirty" atmosphere. The food quality also seems to have gone down and the wings are lacking the quantities of sauce they used to give out. However, the beer is still cold and the bar itself still seems to be of quality. Service can be slow due to the lack of staff on hand currently. I will say our reoccurring waiter David is fantastic and I hope the management staff recognizes that. One of the few good things about this place. read more

The motto for this place is always "expect disappointment and you will never be disappointed" This BWW is the worst I've been to. From cleanliness to food quality and accuracy. I keep hoping that when I go I will have something I like. Today December 26th I had an appetizer platter. The wings on it were cold, the nachos were blah. And it was thrown on with such disregard. Then I got my sandwich, not what I ordered and my wife and kid didn't get theirs at the same time. We finally had to ask for our kids food and they had "lost the ticket" I've been in the food industry for over 10 years and this makes me sad. Retrain your staff. Clean the place. If zero stars was a thing, I would give this place a big fat zero. I've been coming here for years because it's close to the house and it's routinely the worst service possible. Doesn't matter if it's the bar or the dining room. This place is absolute garbage. I hope and pray that a worthwhile food place that totes beer will open nearby so I can stop settling for the subpar performance of Buffalo Wild Wings in Thornton. There are no stars to add to this review.. First David, the bartender said he could not serve me a chardonnay because of my voice.. so to judge a speech impediment as being impaired.. Yet David served others at the bar 3 plus beers in a half an hour period. SINCE I WAS SO impaired, I shouldn't have noticed how over serving of other customers and i madecmention of that to David with no response... plus the wings were cold and the service over all abysmal.. I wouldn't recommend this location as the present to be LGBTQ I community, but that community doesn't respect the disability community!! I'd recommend staying clear of this establishment!! read more

The food here is more often bad than good, I complained to the manager tonight about my son's wings being over cooked and him not being able to eat them, I also mentioned to him that we were missing five wings from our order and had to wait an extra 20 minutes for them, and he blamed it on a vendor saying that they come in frozen. He offered to do nothing about it and walked away. Wondering why the service was bad, other than them being extremely shorthanded, I washed and observed the manager though out my meal standing around talking to the host and walking around doing nothing to help his severely understaffed place. Asked for ranch at the beginning of the meal received it after we were completely done. Save yourself the heartache and the annoyance and go elsewhere! I seriously have had enough with this location. I've ordered 5 times in the past couple of months, and every time the food quality is just awful. I admit, this is actually my own fault. It is sheer laziness that has kept me coming back, but no more. I would rather drive the 3 extra miles to get quality wings and apps than waste one more hope and dream on this place getting it right. Thanks for the "loaded" tots. Nothing says awesome like a huge pile of plain tots with a pinch of cheese and green onions in two tiny sections. Completely worth my money for sure. This used to be my faaaaavorite place to go but it has gone so downhill it's sad. They should just close honestly. Went there the other day for lunch and no one sat me for 15 mins. There was only one waitress working poor thing. She was nice but it was so slow because no one else was there to help her. The mozerella sticks and fried pickles were alright but my boneless wings tasted freezer burnt and had almost no sauce. It's like they don't even care anymore. We came in, a manager sat us, and then we waited. Eventually, we had to grab a server (22minutes later) to take our order. We put in drinks and food at that time to wait 49 minutes for our food (group of four, all wings). Most of our food came out but without utensils or veggies and 1/2 my order missing. We asked our food runner for the missing items to which he rolled his eyes and sulked off....never to return. We waited 8 more minutes before going up and asking a server to please find our server. Our server came over (very friendly andd helpful), however the server that dropped the missing veggies off was smarmy and rude. The lack of professionalism and couth is astounding. This Bdubs is our regular haunt. We've had nothing but great service. The kitchen is hit and miss, but when they do get it wrong... they always make it right! Pro-tip: if you want the wings nice and crispy, don't ask for "crispy", tell them to cook them for 22 minutes! We eat here once a week. Really good burgers too! read more
