I find myself only writing bad reviews for the places I didn't like and not giving enough praise to the good places. This is one of those good places!! We went here randomly one night for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised with how incredibly good everything we ordered was! On top of the great food, the service was top notch which you just don't really see anymore nowadays. We went to a very high end steak house downtown about a week later, and we kept comparing the sides and steaks we ordered there to LongHorn and we both decided that LongHorn beat the high end steakhouse in taste, price and service (what I kept coming back to was the French Onion soup-- LH soup is quite literally life changing and didn't come close to the high-end steak houses soup). Our server accidentally put in my husbands order incorrectly (which we honestly didn't even realize) and the manager came over and offered to remake the item and take it off the bill right away (both of which we declined because we were so impressed they caught the mistake and were willing to rectify it immediately). We will be ditching the high-end steak houses in Denver and will be coming here for our date nights from now on! read more

Never come here if you don't want to waste your time!! I called ahead of time for a party of 10. When we get there, we wait 40 MINUTES to be seated to only find out that they were gonna give us TWO SEPARATE tables for our party of 10. I said "Oh, I was kinda expecting to be seated together." as it was Father's Day Weekend. The host said "We can't do that as it's a fire & tripping hazard. We do have a table that sits 10 but that table is being used if you want to wait an hour for them to be done." ANOTHER HOUR from already waiting 40 MINUTES. NO THANKS! When we called ahead of time, the hosts didn't even mention that they can't put tables together!!! They could've mentioned that on the phone but they didn't so they made us WASTE OUR TIME!!! The manager came and we explained what had happened. She stated "The hosts should've told you that we can't put tables together." On occasion we visit this location with a minimum if any complaints. The atmosphere is pleasant, happy hour drinks are reasonable in price, customer service is always on point. However, we we're there on Monday 6/15/26 and the food was very salty. Too salty. We ordered the mushrooms, chicken sandwich and a cheese burger. Every item was extremely salty. Hopefully they will change how much seasoning they depend on. Otherwise I'll probably choose someplace else to eat. read more

Great service and a steak dinner for a great price. Perfectly cooked steak, I would forgo the side of mushrooms as they were salty and a little lackluster. I do agree with other reviews that the booths were a bit uncomfortable. Aside from that, everything else was delicious, I was especially excited for the lobster tail. Excellent food and service! We enjoyed ourselves a lot in their spacious dining room. It was clean and comfortable also, making for a great experience. The old fashion drink was great and they use the proper cherries in it. The Tonions appetizer are just wonderful and a big helping. The pork chops were a big disappointment-they were less than 1/2" thick. They were grilled and not overcooked but the dried out a lot before we could eat even a whole one. We come here once a month for lunch for the last 2 years. We have never had a bad experience. We love the dim lighting and cool decorations around the restaurant. The service has always been friendly and attentive. Not once have we had bad service. Food is great! Killer lunch specials and the have an excellent all day Jack and Coke special. I do not come to Longhorn often. Indeed, the first time I came, many years back, was for a Yelp event down in Park Meadows. I have fond, if fading, memories of that experience. This location is solid. My experience has been that Longhorn exists at a higher price point than most other basic steakhouses, but that it is worth spending the extra cash. On this visit, I had an Outlaw Ribeye. It was very well prepared, and I basically made three meals out of it. For my sides, I went with a loaded baked potato and a Caesar salad. Been going to LH for years. It's been slowly going downhill. We went last week and it was terrible enough for us to walkout. Well, we tried here again and it wasn't a total disappointment but it definitely could have been better. 1- all 4 of our waters had stuff floating it them, clearly visible floating, couldn't tell what it was and didn't think to get a picture. We told our server, she asked us to show her the floaters so we held the glass up to the lamp (it felt like she didn't believe us) we asked her to tell a manger but no manager ever came by, after that, she disappeared for a while so we couldn't get our order in for at least another 15-20 min 2- my daughter ordered the half rack of ribs, when the food finally came it was a full rack, when we told her she said "I heard full" but did get it taken care of and we only paid for a half rack 3- I asked if birthday desserts will still an option ( we were there celebrating my husbands birthday) she asked whose birthday is was, my husband jokingly pointed to my daughter and I told her it was his birthday, she made it seem like she didn't believe us that it was his birthday, she checked his ID, if she read the birthday she would have seen 2.21.91 4- steak was asked to be cooked medium well, it was definitely well done. It wasn't awful, so we did eat it and didn't complain, not that we had time to complain since she kept disappearing. Overall the experience was only worth 2 stars. Had a great experience here on a Monday evening with friends. We showed up with no reservation and were seated immediately without any "incomplete party" hassle. They were flexible about giving us a table when we mentioned we'd prefer not to sit in a booth. Our server, Destiny, was fantastic. Our drinks were cold. My dinner included a New York strip steak, some rice, and some Brussels sprouts. I loved everything I ate and would gladly recommend it to others. Easily located in a larger shopping area, parking is easy and seating was immediate. They have both bar seating and tables. Fast and friendly table service and the portions were huge. I ordered the boneless pork chops and they were good, not great but good. Definitely big enough to share and they give you three "patties" of pork. Mine was a bit overcooked so if I ever ordered it again, I'd ask them to take it off the grill a little earlier. Comes with your choice of sides, some at no additional cost, some are a few dollars more. I ordered broccoli and there was enough for two, maybe three people. Watch your appetite on the fresh bread they bring out beforehand. Very easy to get full on that alone. Very good. Close to the freeway, clear restrooms, free Wi-Fi that was faster than the one at my hotel. Come, get your dinner, get some work done and go back to the hotel and relax. Worked for me. The food and the overall esthetic needs to improve. I found a fly in my salad, I never received the roasted mushrooms I ordered or a damn straw for my water. This place hates kids. We went out of our way for my wife's 30th birthday. We have always loved long horn and have went to the one in Littleton 20+ times. We drove 50 minutes total round trip to go here tonight and brought our one year old. We had a server with black and red hair at table 91. We were there for about a half hour until our food came out and I asked for a high chair. Then the people behind us quietly asked to move because they didn't want to sit next to our sleeping baby for some reason. Then the server has the audacity to say with her outside voice " trust me I don't like sitting by children either when we go out to eat" remind you my child was sleeping. She said it so loud the whole half of the restaurant could hear it. Then after my child woke up she came over and gave us to go boxes telling us to "take our time" when we clearly haven't even eaten our meals yet. This service we had today was so unacceptable and rude I will never set foot in this place ever again and I'd hope you won't either if you have children. The server herself will let the whole restaurant know she doesn't like kids. Wifey and I took some friends out to dinner, they recommended LongHorn Steakhouse. I was apprehensive about going because I tend to be a real steak snob. When I can I will always get the filet mignon. I must say I have rarely had one cooked properly at medium rare. Well Longhorn Steak house had filet mignon and they cooked it to a perfect Med Rare. It was definitely not USDA PRIME but I believe it was a close 2nd "Choice" and the prices reflected that "actually I felt their price point was on the low side" I got a baked sweet potato with it which was absolutely awesome I even ate the skin. For dessert I got there world famous cheesecake, OK maybe it's not world-famous but it is in my book. Bottom line is...the service was fantastic and so was the food. They made a believer out of me. Went here on a Thursday night with a friend and had a great experience! We were seated right away and our server, Destiny, was awesome. She was very attentive the whole time. She was patient while my friend and I caught up and took a while to decide on our drinks. She also had great recommendations and I tried the ribs after she said she liked them. I am pretty picky about ribs and these were very good! Super tender and the sauce is tangy and smooth. For my sides I got Mac and cheese (also good, creamy and the breadcrumbs were a nice touch) and Brussels sprouts (also good, a little crispy just how I like them). Last night I ate here with my husband and honestly my ribeye steak was one of the best I've ever eaten. I can't remember ever having a bad meal here. Please try the sangria. Don't debate on whether to get the berry sangria or the peach sangria, just get both because they are really good. Try a house salad with the white balsamic vinaigrette. It's so lovely! We had great service as well. Very pleasant and attentive service. The only downside is that Longhorn always has a really long wait to eat, even on the weekdays. I haven't been to longhorn since I worked there in college but we went last night, and so many items remained the same - which really says something! The bread, Wild West shrimp, Caesar salad, and fries were just as good as I remembered them. The flos filet was cooked to a perfect medium rare and had the right amount of char/seasoning. Honestly I would have been happy with this steak if I had been in an expensive steakhouse. The Mac and cheese side was new to me, and was a solid B. I appreciate the option for a "long pour" glass of wine, as this completed a great date night out with the husband. Thanks for the nostalgia and great food + friendly service! Two in our party ordered steaks. One ordered with no spice on the steak. When it came out it was covered in seasoning. So much, in fact, that it was covering the plate. The other steak was nothing but fat and gristle. The server said a manager would come by to see us. Ten minutes later a man dressed like a cook and another man wearing jeans, a flannel shirt, and a dirty looking ball cap came to the table. They said they were managers and proceeded to grill us about what was wrong with the steaks. They finally said we would get corrected steaks, but this took 5-7 minutes. By the time we got the steaks the others in our group were finished eating and ready to go. There was no adjustment to the bill, which is classless.
