Aspen loves her Hamburger, warning hamburgers do come with a garlic glaze, our waitress did it RIGHT!!
    MicheleElys M.

Huge parking lot and plenty of comfort inside, with booths, back room with surround windows. Greeting at the front was welcoming! One impressive part is the creative ceiling fans keeping the place "Perfectly temperature" for large crowds with greenery reaching upwards towards the light. Service!!! WOW everyone was on top of our order, meaning Aspen my service dog and, Aspen knew she was getting a Hamburger!! Unfortunately, it comes with a Garlic glaze, this is great for humans, immediately - without a word, my Service lady with wide eyes, stated this is not good for your baby, I'm ordering a plain one, sooo sorry for the mistake. I giggled and appreciated amazing service - impecable through our lunch!! This is considered "Comfort food!!!" (Not a vegetarian/vegan place except "Salad") Order the Tilapia (white fish?) with Mango!! The White or Tilapia fish was perfectly cooked, with crispy edges and very tender white meat, a nice healthy serving.......The fish was topped with savory small/medium shrimp on rice with a spartan of veggies and "Picante cubed mango." The picante mango was a startling surprise, given most mild fish are embellished in its own flavor. The cubed Picante was a shock to my palate; YET!!! I ATE THE ENTIRE DISH Accompanied with Waffled Sweet Potato fries & butter corn in a cup. The waffle sweet potato fries come in a fun tin and get a bit soggy towards the bottom; yet rather tasty. Aspen's burger, well see the photos, she eats with manners and loved the burger. Cheddar's Scratch is a chain restaurant, with similar menues. Their service is impecable, while I did ask for the booth inside the large part of the restaurant. What was most lovely were the rotating fans under a sky light and ?? I believe a fish tank in the background; the interior temperature is perfect. Along with the service. My apologies for the lack of photos, I took many, and I guess my puter was hungry, they were eaten!!! Highly recommend Cheddar's Scratch for families!!!! Lots of parking!!

The loaded nacho dip was simply fabulous.

Trey was our server and he was persistent stopping by asking if we needed anything and didn't stop by when we were busy with our meals. Great experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend

We've eaten at Cheddar's a number of times, and the food is consistently delicious. Some of my favorites are the bbq ribs, bourbon glazed salmon, steak, Asian salad and the hunny butter croissants. The service is consistently great, and the restaurant is lovely and very clean. We'll definitely be back for more!

My husband and I really like this location! Our server, Giovanni was super friendly and made my husbands birthday really special. I got the monte cristo on the pick 2 lunch special with a salad. The monte cristo is always good, and it's deep fried just how I like it! The jam it is served with MAKES the sandwich though and I wish I had asked for extra. Our favorite drink is the painkiller- love the tropical flavors and the honey coated rim with coconut. My husband got the chicken fried chicken- he said it was good, although he might try the chicken fried steak next time to compare. The sweet potato fries with honey mustard are life, and a must. Love cheddars for its affordability and easy going atmosphere- we will definitely be back!

We chose this spot because my godmother was in from Albuquerque New Mexico. There was 15 of us that gathered to have lunch together. We were seated promptly. They have a bar area and a seated restaurant area. The bar area is in closed so we don't hear any of the TVs that are on as you were sitting in the restaurant enjoying your family time the inside had these really cool, wicker leaf looking fans. It was nice and cool in there. Very large variety on the menu as well as the wine list. , Margaritas and Colorado Craft Beer. We were treated kindly and respectful, which is a big plus for me how drinks came out salads came out except for my husbands salad so he ended up eating his salad after his meal came out. He wasn't too pleased about that.On the menu they have combination plates with steak and shrimp, etc. That was the plate that my husband ordered, and when it came to the table, it was child size servings. The rice and shrimp came in a finger bowl. The steak was small, but cooked to perfection. The salad was great. Came with hot croissants. All in all, we had a great time the food was good and hot! We stood outside and took family photos exchanged hugs and prayed to see each other again! I want to give this experience 4 1/2 stars I do recommend it, so I hope you go out and check it out yourself! Thanks For The Read Until Next Time.....

Party of four and we came for lunch. I can't say enough good things regarding this chain. They had everything down to a "T", service, cleanliness, food quality and service were all on point. I want to say hats off and the kitchen staff for some of the best possible food service around. All of our meals were absolutely delicious! Extra kudos for the Monte Cristo sandwich. This one is hard for a restaurant to get right. Cheddars was able to make it both hot on melty on the inside as well as the out. My daughters' ribs were fall of the bone delicious! The loaded baked potato was also awesome! No bacon though. They had it ready for an extra charge. Overall, we really had an awesome lunch at a very reasonable price.

The atmosphere is another highlight calm , cozy, and inviting with the feel of a comfortable home-style breakfast setting. For our meal I ordered the chicken fried chicken with gravy, scrambled eggs and potatoes while my spouse had a BLT with potatoes. The scrambled eggs and potatoes were well prepared and enjoyable and my spouse was satisfied with their dish except how her lettuce and tomatoes were soggy. Unfortunately the chicken fried chicken was undercooked. At the time I didn't immediately realize this as the texture seemed soft due to the gravy. It wasn't until later that I recognized the issue and I ended up feeling unwell after the meal. This was very disappointing and ultimately impacted my overall experience. While the service and ambiance were strong positives the food safety concern is significant. I hope the restaurant takes extra care in the kitchen moving forward.

Two large filets (about 6" long and 4" wide) are delicately battered and not overly coated with cornmeal like other places. -- Catfish is delicate, so the breading is key. We also ordered the chicken fried rice and Cajun fries - the fried rice was excellent! Very well seasoned and I ate it to cool down my mouth from the spicy boil I would definitely come here just to order some fried rice. My partner was raving about how tender the chicken was. The Cajun fries came out hot and crispy we added the Cajun seasoning they had on the table and I really liked their sauce that came with the fries! Overall was a great experience, I would have appreciated a second refill on my soda but that's all I can complain about . This place will be my go to place for seafood now! I recommend %

Asian Cajun has neither. $20 for the fried oyster platter: the smallest flavorless oysters ever, obviously bought from SISCO, and a small handful of Cajun fries that I needed to dunk in ketchup, and if I need to use ketchup on your fries, that is a very bad sign, as I rarely use ketchup. I know from talking to the owner that the fries are $4 and you get a small handful. $16 for a soft shell crab basket: The difference between a basket and a platter is that the basket does not come with fries. These were small, overcooked, super oily crabs that tasted okay when dipped in their remoulade sauce. But nothing a Cajun or an Asian would say was seasoned properly. $50 for 3lbs of crawfish boil: I got the "all in" sauce, but could not taste any garlic, lemon, or Cajun seasoning. This is Prime time for Crawfish supposed to be the largest and best crawfish, harvested right now (but these were probably imported frozen from China; the shells were super soft and clung to the meat like previously frozen, cheap crawfish). There were a couple of medium to large crawfish in the bowl, and the rest were tiny, as small or smaller than my pinky finger. When you cook really small crawfish with medium to large crawfish, the little ones get mushy and are very hard to peel, and fall apart with the shell. $5 for added broccoli, which appeared to be frozen, thawed broccoli that turned to mush when cooked with the crawfish. When I got home, I added MSG and Old Bay seasoning to the bag, so hopefully it will taste better later. (I peeled all the crawfish there to make eating later easier and less messy.) You can buy a pound of frozen crawfish tails from Louisiana for $25 and get a ton more meat, much higher quality meat. $3.50 for a Diet Coke and $1.00 per refill. That is criminal pricing for the item on your menu with the highest margin of profit, and they do not tell you beforehand that refills are extra. And the waitress was so reluctant to get me refills, at one point, I had to walk to the counter to get a refill. They were not super busy, but she (the owner) was the only person working the front of the house. Three not very large sodas for $5.50 total... Circle K sells a 44-ounce soda for $1, tax included, and I am sure they still make a profit. Angel (the owner) was super friendly except for when asking for refills, but took a really long time to get back to me for anything. It was nice that she brought the check to the table and took my payment there instead of at the counter, since I walk with a cane. But no amount of friendliness, cleanliness, or nice decor will overcome bad food, especially at these prices.
