This Bdubs is our regular haunt. We've had nothing but great service. The kitchen is hit and miss, but when they do get it wrong... they always make it right! I ordered Buffalo Wild Wings from this location for delivery through Doordash. The delivery was fine- it actually arrived 20 minutes early. But the order itself was carelessly crafted and terribly wrong. I ordered one of the appetizer samplers. First, there was no artichoke dip with the spinach artichoke dip- only chips. Second, the basket was supposed to come with chipotle ranch and a sauce of my choice for dipping the chicken strips in. The chipotle ranch was nonexistent. Third, I asked for the chili cheese fries to be plain. I specified no cheese and no chili. Unfortunately, they had both cheese and chili on them. They also tasted like they had been sitting out for an hour before having chili and cheese added to them. I will likely be using Doordash again, but despite this location being right up the street from me, they have lost my business. The order was terrible. read more

Ok so made a pretty simple order for pickup during this COVID. Two orders of boneless bbq an order of Asian zing traditional and a large fries. They told me pick up in 20. Got there in exactly 20 and it was ready to go. Picked up and took home. BOTH orders of boneless wings were DRY and hard to even cut into... meat was DRIED OUT HARD. Disgusting. The order of fries was cold and limp and had obviously been sitting for the entire duration of 20 minutes... so GROSS. If I could give ZERO stars I would. I question if the boneless wings are frozen and then fried to order because probably had freezer burn. Does the manager even check for quality? How about making the fries about 5 minutes before pickup instead of letting them sit around forever? Manager- are you listening? We just asked for our bill. Our server said he would need to find the manager to see if they could be taken off. When my husband tried to speak to the manager she literally ran to the back. A simple question: why do we continue to come here? Answer: ...convenience? Laziness? We like wings and with where we live, BWW offers convenience. But the thing is, it's not even fair to say they're "hit or miss". It's virtually all miss. "But the p@nd*mic! And 'labor shortage'!" No no no. This place has had an abundance of problems long before any of that. Always super slow service, usually out of most beers besides Bud Light. But the reason I'd bother to update my previous 3 star review is based primarily on our last 2 experiences (both order pick-up), and two other attempts where we didn't actually order anything (but tried). I'll start with the two attempts - pretty simple. They were out of boneless wings. Not an option. Zilch. But isn't that like half of their menu, you ask? Pretty much. Couldn't get it. So twice we decided not to order. The third time, this past Friday, they were out of boneless wings again but instead we ordered 20 traditional wings, along with mozz sticks and a basket of wedges. From here, our last 2 takeaway experiences were virtually the same (aside from one time that we were able to order the boneless). We were quoted a time for pickup and it wasn't ready. Alright cool. I get that. It happens (not as often as you'd think at other establishments, but it does). But it wasn't 5 or 10 minutes later. It was 15 one time and 25 the other. 25 minutes after we were quoted. I have kids to pickup from school. I have other stops I could have made. It's not the time to wait, I can plan for that! It's the (sometimes grossly) inaccurate quote! Update your estimation software or something! You are then handed your food with a half-hearted "sorry for the wait". One of the times the order was wrong - we were missing a wing (19 instead of 20) and 3/4 of the sauces we ordered were correct, one was a sauce we didn't order. AND both times the basket of wedges was...inadequate. Whenever we've ordered a basket while in-restaurant, it's always a lot of wedges. Like a hefty, very generous order. That's the only thing I have to compare it to and these were just...well? Light. Skinny. Less generous. So. Consistently inconsistent. Late. Poor service. Wrong. A menu staple that's unavailable - a lot of the time. I've asked my husband to remind me about this next time we go to order. Our money will be better used elsewhere. read more

Just went there for Dinner tonight around 8:45 pm. Ordered Wings, Tacos and Onion rings. The Onion rings came out fairly early and after that there was no food served until 10:15. pm. We asked the staff and they kept lying to us that it's coming out shortly,. Finally summoned the manager and she told us that they were out of wings and were using frozen ones , hence the delay. Then she told us our food got delivered to a different table. We asked what's delaying the tacos and why weren't we informed of the delay earlier. We made the mistake of visiting during Saturday night when March madness was going on. It was really crowded, but we found a spot closer to the bar. The wings were decent - but our food took over 40 minutes to arrive after ordering and when we asked our waiter for our check, it took another 40 minutes to bring it. They were def under staffed and honestly, the restaurant was really dirty. Lots of trash on the floor. I thought there wings were decent as I had the parmesan chicken. They are super friendly, quick with the order when you know what you want. I go there quite frequently and have never seen any of what the other reviews say. The wings are large, and if you like you can ask them to make yours extra crunchy. The sauces are amazingly tasty. It's finger food. And it's delicious! While in the restaurant drinks will be good but food will take forever and often be cold but if you get the food to go it will be wrong. The management will blame everyone else and when they try to make it "right" they will insult you. Went in for lunch today at 1:30PM on a 73° day in May and asked if I could sit on the patio. Nope. The patio hasn't been cleaned yet (for the season). I guess they need to power wash all of the bird crap, wasp nests, spider webs etc... So, I sat at the bar while it took several minutes for service. The lone bartender, who was working her butt off, was trying to pour drinks for the entire restaurant (about 20 people at the most including the bar). She also appeared to be assisted by only one other staff member in terms of bussing tables and bringing out food, thus she'd leave the bar unattended for several minutes at a time. The bar had about 6 patrons and there were about 12 un-bussed tables throughout the restaurant including the bar itself. This is not a time between shifts. This is lunch time on Wing Tuesday, and now I know why it was dead. Two people working the front area and bar of the entire restaurant? I ordered a lunch combo with fries. The fries were cold and stale, similar to what one might find under their car seat. Just one week prior, I stopped in for a beer at about the same time of day and they had run out of Coors Light on tap. How does that happen? I thought I'd try again, but no more until I see a management change. Past experiences include: tables on the patio with bird $hit on the table, a server who wouldn't pay any attention to me and my empty glass as she texted on her phone for about 2 minutes, out of service toilets in the men's room, no paper towels in the men's room (wipe your hands on your pants). I could go on. Why am I giving money to this place? They should be paying us for that kind of an experience. This is all a result of rotten management. Stay away until further notice! read more

"These aren't our regular wings so they are smaller and we are out of ranch and we don't have onion rings". Really? This place is in the same center as Costco, go get it! Service was exactly what was expected, meh, our server (the only server in the bar) was pleasant and apologetic-definitely not her fault. They do a kinda weird thing with the food running, "hot and ready". When it's ready, it comes out, which may not be all at the same time. Which is fine, but try to figure out some timing: if you have 3 orders of wings and one salad, maybe hold off making the salad when you know the wings will take 4 times longer. I'm definitely going in on these guys. Here goes, my foodies.... Staff: unfriendly & unprofessional. Most of the staff were pretty young, and judging by the area, poor little rich kids who's parents made them get a job to teach them responsibility. In the end all of these "kids" had the 'I hate life look' with the attitude to follow. Management was bad as well. A manager brought out some fries to our table (JUST FRIES-NOTHING ELSE), keeping in mind these were supposed to come with the rest of our food. After we inquired about the rest of the food (been waiting 57 minutes for our food at this point) she threw attitude and said "it's coming" and the walked away all pissed off. I think we caught her rolling her eyes. Food: I had the Big Jack Daddy Burger which sounded really good and didn't taste too bad either, but make sure you have a ton of napkins because this thing is sloppy. Good, but sloppy. This is possibly one of the worst run restaurants I've been to in a while. The staff are inattentive and have no sense of customer service. Just monotone short questions and answers with very little effort made to create an enjoyable interaction. They take forever to cook their food and the wings don't even come out well. They're usually overcooked or too small or don't have sauce on them or a combination of the three. Literally just make wings at home I promise you'll have a better time. I came here for a lunch with my sister and my husband. The restaurant was not busy and it took over an hour after ordering our food to get to the table. I understand that we had ordered 30 wings but even for 30, that is a long time. We also ordered 3 sides of fries. I'm unsure why it took so long but we came hungry and left disappointed. I have it 3 tries and it is 100% out. The last straw: I got boneless wings and ordered them extra wet with bleu cheese and carrots. Took one bite, spit it out and left. This store is an absolute disaster and the new "hot and ready" policy is ridiculous. Our food doesn't come out together, more often than not the food is cold, items from our order is almost always wrong, and many times some of the food we ordered doesn't come out at all. We have complained, we have observed others complain, a few times our server has gone to the kitchen to make food themselves, and the manager has removed the food off our bill but every time we leave there we are dissatisfied. We have watched the bar staff hustling while others (look like managers) stand around. Glasses pile up at the bar, tables are not cleared - it's very poorly managed. We have been going to this store mostly because of convenience, but not any longer. We will be going to Outlaw from now on - they serve beer now and their wings are amazing, service is friendly and attentive, and the food comes out at the same time (what a concept!). read more

This BWW during this crazy time has the takeout thing down to a science. There are designated parking spots where the employees will run out and deliver the food too. Each spot has the phone number of the store and a personal number so the employees know just where they are going. Getting BWW has never been so easy! read more

We were very disappointed by the experience from the time we walked in. From the start no one was there to seat us. After waiting awhile someone finally told us to sit anywhere. Next finding a clean table was very difficult partially due to the fact that there was only 1 server. After ordering we waited at least 45 minutes for our naked tenders. Once they came my side salad was wilted and the tenders were very different than they used to be. In the past they were actual tender loins, these were weird chunks of chicken that did not look appetizing and did not taste good. I ended up not eating 2 of them. If we were not so hungry we would have left and needless to say we will bot be back. We used to come to this location regularly and are not sure what is going on but it is a major issue. read more

First time here tonight. Came for wings, beer, and football. Got here at game time and it was surprisingly not packed. Took a bit to get our waiter over...Bob was able to take care of us until our waiter, Jordan, was able to. Jordan was really attentive and did a great job. Our food did take awhile to get to us, but thankfully the Broncos were playing and we had beers keeping us busy. I had the spicy garlic wings and fries. Both very good. The wings weren't too saucy, just right for me. My brother had the pulled pork sandwich which he said was tasty. Jordan was always checking on us, making sure we were doing ok with beer and grub. Also, the atmosphere was great. The TVs weren't too loud and the lighting was just right. I saw lots of families and just the right amount of team rowdiness. Will definitely consider coming back for Sunday night football. read more

Although it was a little busy when we showed up, our service was horrible. My husband and I have been in the restaurant industry so we understand how it can be. Our appetizers took a long time to come out, but what is worse is that they came out before my moms strawberry lemonade! Food also took a long time to come out, all came out cold. I got a salad so mine wasn't bad but didn't have the avocado. While eating our cold food watched the kid at the table next to us spill his drink...they sat there for minutes waiting for some help to get it cleaned up. By the way it wasn't busy by this time...
