What a nightmare!!! I wish I could give zero stars. Order through their app, no problems. App said order ready at 4:45pm, cool. Show up at 4:45pm to pick up, maybe 8-10 people waiting for pick up orders. That's fine, know I will have a bit of a wait. No employees at the front registers, and none were for the first 10 mins I was waiting there, phone ring off the hook, still no one up front. I get it, and I totally understand what is going on in the restaurant world right now. I'm sure they are understaffed, it may have been shift change, and again I expected a wait. What happened next I didn't expect. As an employee walked from the back bar area To the kitchen entrance near where I was standing so I asked him "excuse me, can you please get someone from back there up here to all these people here waiting? We have been here awhile and nobody has even been up here in awhile." Next, in the snarkiest tone I got a response to my request " We're busy, and there are other people that have be waiting here longer than you!" WTF? After another 25 minutes of waiting and finally get my food 40 minutes after I was told that it would be ready, I finally got my food. The bags were sealed with their stickers stating that my order had been checked and it was fulfilled fully. I really wished I would had checked it right there, but after 40 minutes waiting I was ready to get out of there. Can you blame me? I also asked to speak with a manager. That request was quickly filled. I spoke with her and told her the situation and that I felt her employees tone of speaking to me as if I had just kick his dog was really unnecessary. She then asked me to point him out, I did. It was at this point she gestured at him to come over. I wasn't sticking around to rehash the situation with that guy and simply turned around and walked out. And of course once I got home and opened up our sealed bag, of course my wife's wrap wasn't in there. She called, waited on hold for awhile, and was told the wrap would be taken off our ticket. Food was cold and dry Apparently they charge you for celery and carrots. It used to be that celery and carrots came with the wings free of charge, well not no more. I did not realize BW3 turned into Chuck-e-Cheese or Red Robin. I think Red Robin is a bit more accurate. Families and loud kids everywhere in what was essentially a giant room painted black with round tables jammed together. The place was a mess. Service was poor - having to wait 10 minutes to be greeted after we sat ourselves in the patio area. Food was bad, beer was warm. Just not a good place to eat or drink. Their pickup times are wrong. I got there 15 minutes early and my food was already ready. It was completely cold and the Parmesan garlic wings tasted old. There were some larger potato wedges that weren't even cooked thoroughly. Do yourself a favor, read the reviews, look at the common themes and see how low this place is rated. This location their service sucked. We were finally seated. We sat for 20 minutes, no waitress came to greet us. The people that sat besides us were seated after us got drinks and their order in. No one came to us and there were no one around to see we left. The hostess tried to apologize and get the manager's attention and no one was around. I love this location, everyone is always so friendly, the prices are very reasonable, and I always get exactly what I order. It does take a little bit to get your wings, but that is the case at every wing place. The wing flavors are fabulous, and I even buy some of the rubs/sauces for home use. Unfortunately, I can't dine here very often - no more than once every couple of months - or I get really sick. I have celiac disease and I can only tolerate a small amount of cross-contamination with wheat before I become ill. If they had a dedicated fryer for their traditional wings/fries, and they used separate bowls for tossing, I would come here a lot more often. read more

Worst experience ever. I waited an hour, 54 minutes to be exact to receive 10 boneless wings, wrong sauce. Cool whatever was still going to eat them until I touched them and they were literally cold. A table next to us seated 6 people and 2 children maybe 10 minutes after us they had already been given their food and were about ready to be done. All we ordered was 20 boneless wings? I understand it's busy I get it but to receive 10 cold wings after an entire hour there's nothing that can even explain that. Then when I ask my waiter to please speak with a manager he tells us "it's totally okay if you want to just leave". I'm sorry but I couldn't even believe that was the best solution. I still asked to speak with a manager. I waited another 20 minutes before I decided to call the front desk from the table and was give the phone to J.P. Got up to talk to him before just getting yelled at having him storm into the back saying "WE NEED A FUCKING MANAGER IN THE FRONT TO DEAL WITH THIS BULLSHIT!" All the while still trying to stay calm and kind. Finally seen Stephen with a manager badge walked by to the men's restroom to fill the soap dispensers. Luckily we were able to stop him on the way out. He was super kind and helpful. I just am mind blown at this point I have never in my entire life experienced anything like this at a restaurant. My husband and I just worked a 36 hour job no breaks, no rest, just wanted a warm meal stopped here since it's only 15 mins away from our house and that's what we had to deal with? Unbelievable. Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I've ever been to. Service was terrible. We had table of 10 people who sat down at 5:45pm. Food didn't arrive until 7:15pm. Had kids with us, no one was in restaurant. We complained to manager and he offered to take $10 off the entire tab. Manager is was horrible, he never worked, sat at the cashier register by kitchen and pretended to look busy. When asked what took so long for our food, he blamed it on the waiter for not putting the order in until 6:45pm. We told the waiter and his response to us was "I hate this job". Don't go to this restaurant. Staff is not capable of providing basic service. They hire high school kids at minimum wage and do not train. Manager should be fired. We will not return. Food was terrible as well, kitchen was being trained. Place is a total joke. read more

Pick up is the way to go! When you ask for your wings to have extra sauce on them, they do it when you order pick up. Last time I ate in at this place, I could have sworn my bbq sauced wings were dry. Barely any sauce. Aka pixie sprinkled as if they were serving forest fairies. I have been going to another chain due to their lack of sauce but decided to try them again. Hey, I was impressed and will be returning for more saucy wings. I recently visited this location with my 72 year old father. He ordered a light beer and was carded by the waitress. I thought she was joking and to my disbelief she was not. I asked to speak with the manager, who very rudely informed me it was their right to card everyone. It seems to me this very inexperienced manager could have handled this situation with much more professionalism and insured that we would be repeat customers. As a result of the restaurants bad attitude, I will not be returning nor will I recommend this location to anyone. read more

Don't know why we tried again after previous experiences but we did. It will be our last. Despite the restaurant not being busy, we were asked to wait to sit for a table. I looked at the near empty restaurant and realized the issue. All the open tables hasn't been cleared. When they managed to clean one (use that term loosely) they took us to our table. As I at down I told my husband, get ready for crappy service. He was hoping they would surprise us. The waitress came fairly quickly, took our order quickly and seemed pleasant. I breathed out a sigh of relief, maybe our luck had turned here. Nope. It was between 45 minutes from when receiving our appetizer before we had to start complaining about where our food is? 10 minutes the manager shows up with it boxed, he did comp it but gave some excuse he's trying to run the back and there's no one running the front. Don't know if it's because they're still in the honeymoon period but the wings were plump and there were a lot more drums than wings for my 36 piece order. Can't really top 45c wing Tuesdays and 60c boneless Thursdays. Wifey says spicy garlic was good, and hot was plenty hot for the average winger. I liked parmesan garlic and medium personally. Full bar, trivia/poker games available, patio had several TVs. Bartender was great, but wait staff like hung out around after their shift or something and that was really weird, especially since they were sitting at the first table going in the restaurant. read more

This is one of the only chain restaurants we visit frequently and I'm so disappointed the the employees couldn't put ranch in the bags. The reason it gets a 3 star is because the food is pretty good but customer service is horrible. For the most part, I like the food from Buffalo Wild Wings. I invite friends and family to Buffalo Wild Wings to watch games, eat wings (one of my vices) and enjoy some beer. I normally will go once every two to three weeks. Before it was at least once a week. But I will never suggest coming to this place, service was pretty bad. I do pass this place once a week and just work a few miles away. Couple of bad experience. My last experience, last night with a group of 6 people. Service was good until we cashed out from are original server. After that, no one came to clean the table, refill drinks and ask for new drinks. A couple of servers did look over but just passed buy. We stayed for about 45-60 minutes when we cashed out because we were watching UFC fights. We cashed out in the middle of the main cards so we were there for awhile. As a manager and a server, I would not be happy with this level of service. Management/servers/restaurant revenue lost opportunity for food sales or drink sales. Truthfully, I was full from food but I would have definitely purchased drinks and so would have my group of friends. Overall, I like Buffalo Wild Wings but service here is sub par. I have a couple BW's that are farther and I don't pass by; but I would go to over this BW's. read more

Slow, inconsistent, poor quality food and service. We went last Friday and asked to see the happy hour menu (which we have seen and used several visits prior) and were told that there is no such thing. So we ordered from memory, our drinks came fairly quickly but we then waited 28 minutes for anyone to come back and take a food order. Food came out wrong, missing items, and when it was time for the check we were charged for all the mistakes including food we had ordered but never received. Also, we were charged $2 for "tomato juice" because we ordered a beer with a shot of Bloody Mary mix into it. We've been here several times and always order that drink and have never been charged for literally an ounce of tomato juice before.
