It's not worth one star, but I did not have an option. Been to the Larkridge location twice in the past few weeks, and there was no sweet tea. Not a big deal but it took the manager to tell us they were not carrying it anymore. So, then a regular tea and add sugar myself - right? Nope, the regular tea was light brown water. Finally get the server to help replace it, after walking to the drink station. Get some from the bar? Nope, the bar is out of tea. And then there's the order. My husband orders his usual wings. The server do ally appears again, to say they cannot supply two different sauces, they are only allowed to give one sauce. Needless to say, we left. It should not matter if the menu is changing. That is no excuse for not being properly stocked or providing a customer friendly atmosphere. What happened to trying to provide the customer with what he/she wants? I know running a restaurant is probably one of the toughest things to do, but when you're a Buffalo wing place, I believe the chicken should be cooked. Stopped in for a quick bite this afternoon during lunch and got pink chicken first drum in. They get one star because I can't give 0. First, we are supporting the local restaurants in our area during this crisis. I keep thinking this place will get better but the only way to improve it is to close. I got a sandwich and my wife got a salad. I parked for curbside at the designated time and still had to wait for 20 minutes. I live 2 minutes away and when I got home I found that the bread on my sandwich was obviously baked around the turn of the century. I could have put it behind my truck to keep it from moving. My wife's salad looked like it was from last week. The chicken was cold and the lettuce was wilted and brown around the edges. The onion rings were soggy. Given this chain's reputation, I should have known better, but because this was a central location to meet friends yesterday, we gave it a shot. Should have given it a pass - what a thoroughly miserable experience. First, when you walk in it feels more like a cafeteria than a restaurant - cheap chairs and wobbly tables in a big open room - looks like they converted an old Chuck E Cheese location. We were seated at a booth with a broken back that you couldn't lean back on. Next, the server didn't know any of the beers on the menu, and had to come back to tell us they were out of the beer we ordered, meaning it took almost 15 minutes (on a weekday lunch!) to get our drinks. Next, this same server didn't know what salad dressings they had, and advised us to look at our menus - then stood over us while we searched in vain for a list of dressings - which wasn't there. Once we got our food, it only got worse. Horrible cafeteria-quality food, and a fried chicken sandwich that spit grease on my sweater when I bit into it. Told the server, and his response was 'sorry.' - Not extra napkins, not 'we'll take care of the cleaning', just walked off. So we set our half-finished plates on the end of the table, where they sat for another 20 mins before another server came by and took them away - no one noticed we hadn't eaten much, nor asked why. I should note that the place was less than half full, for obvious reasons, and that none of the above was due to high volume. Just simple malfeasance. Will not be back - to this location or any other BWW. I save my money for businesses that put their clients first. read more

Well, tonight was the worst experience I think I've had at this location. When we walked in, the hostesses (3 of them) saw us and turned around toward their station before greeting us..this seems a bit rude if you ask me. Of three of them maybe on of them could have opened the door for my family and I? Well, they turn back around and greet us, and a young blonde haired woman took us to our table. As we walked to our table I noticed about three booths that were dirty, and empty. We sat down and she mumbled something about a server being with us shortly and walked off. I observed that around us were not just a few dirty tables, there were several tables of customer's who were finishing up-ie dirty dishes by the table edge etc. So being that it was 5pm on the dot when we got there I figure we caught the end of a dinner rush, so why the heck we were treated so badly is beyond me. We waited, and waited, and waited while serveral servers walked past our table multiple times without so much as a "I'll be right with you" or a "Have you been helped yet?" Not even a manager was within eyesight to flag down! I think I caught a glimpse of who I believe was the manager (a man with dreadlocks) at one point, in the bar area taking some dishes from a server. The hostesses continued to seat customers, and they had servers take them! Words cannot express how angry I was! Why was our table being ignored??!? After ten minutes of being COMPLETELY ignored, we got ip and left. On my way out I mentioned to the hostesses that we had received NO service and they barely cared. Absolutely the worst night at Buffalo Wild Wings ever! I will also be calling in the morning in hopes that a general manager will be there. read more

1 star is being generous. Service lousy, long wait and cold food Returned a wrap that had to have sat under a heat lamp for 15 minutes because it was crusted over. They "made me a new one", wrap was new but the cold contents told me otherwise. Just terrible! Literally the worst experience I've ever had. We first got there and it was so busy and the waiter was running around like crazy so we understood why the service was slow but after the rush died down and there were hardly any tables in his section he was still useless. He didn't check on us for nearly 20 minutes because he was too busy joking and talking with other employees. Our food came out late with no carrots or extra ranch like requested. Never once filled up our drinks. Didn't even give us silverware to even eat our food. We had to ask other waiters for boxes and refills. We tried to give him our card and ask for the bill and he said he had to print the check first. We finally gave him the card and he held it in his hands talking to more employees AGAIN because he knows we're annoyed and thinks it's a joke...he did this for nearly 10 minutes. Absolutely the worst service I have ever had, I have never complained to a manager but I did this night. The manager at this location is so lazy. We have been in there quite a few times because we like the wings. Tonight we were seated in the dinning room at a dirty table with food all over the floor. We requested to seat in the booth next to it and said it was dirty. Several tables hadn't been cleaned and floor was filthy with food. Slow serve too. Never got our appetizer. Wings were fine but no drumsticks. Manager just walked around not directing employees to do nothing and we noticed this several times. Tables were never cleaned while we were there or all the food on the floor. Felt like we were at a Chuck Cheese after a wild kids party. read more

The waitress said it was because they were hammered with orders from a large party, except that large party wasn't even seated until after our order was taken. The food was good, though some items cold and soggy, but not enough to warrant ever going back. We were at the restaurant for nearly and hour before we got our food. We had to leave to get our kids and asked our waiter to change it to go. It was brought to our table without boxes, and we had to find someone to get us boxes and our bill. While we realize the waiter has no control over the food, but it was very frustrating to pay as much as we did and have to take home our food (which was cold before we got home). I was first attracted to this place by the commercials that featured BWW as a getaway from watching football with screaming kids around. Imagine my surprise when my wife and I walked in to watch college football and found the place full of screaming kids. We almost walked out but were able to get seated in a relatively quiet area. We've eaten here about five times over the past few years and for some reason the atmosphere seems to encourage child unruliness more than similar family-friendly restaurants. Service quality is inconsistent. The young staff likes to bullshit with each other a lot, which sometimes leads to their attention being focused more on personal conversation than on working. I like to see people enjoying themselves at work, but not if it takes me 15 minutes to get my check after I've asked. If you have any kind of food allergy you need to be really careful here. My wife has Celiac Disease, which means that she'll get sick if she has any gluten (wheat). We asked one waiter about allergies and which sauces were safe, but he wasn't knowledgeable. This wasn't a problem, as he offered to check with his manager. He came back with an allergy chart, but he read it wrong. The sauces he said were safe would have made my wife sick; it's lucky that I insisted on having a look at the chart. The quality of the wings is good, but the price is OK, but add alcoholic beverages and the value proposition of this place plummets, especially given the atmosphere. If you like their wings I highly suggest ordering them to go. read more

I have eaten at BWW in the past and liked the food. However, this location I was dissatisfied with. We were waiting in line to place a take out order. The cashier taking orders was dealing with a gift card someone had given him. We were next in line when another cashier came out and started to help the person behind us. She ignored us even after I told her we were next in line. After we finally got our order placed, waited for about 20 minutes, left, got it home, and the order was wrong. I ordered a bacon burger with cheese, onion and lettuce only. When I opened it, at home, it had everything on the burger. I will not be going back to this BWW location. This was a horrible experience we keep trying to give these guys a chance but we are over it and will just continue to go to Quaker steak - This visit seemed a little different at first attentive - than after they got our order we didn't see her till we were done Keep in mind we ordered pretzels (that were still frozen in the middle) than my husbands boneless wings were dry inside and out over cooked - we were just going to order more sauce but once again she didn't come till the end. My bf and I stopped in here after traveling many many hours on the road and eating gas station and fast food. When I saw a BWW on the path of our route I was so excited to stop and eat there. When we arrived they were not busy all, maybe 6-10 customers in the whole place. We waited five minutes to be greeted and/seated and no one approached us. We were pretty hungry and tired so we saw most the other patrons in the bar area so we just went and sat there. The bartender was nice and got us drinks fast, but our food order on the other hand took 30 minutes or so to come out and my bf had to wait to get his prob 5-8 more minutes after I got mine. And when we did get our food, it was cold. I just don't get how we wait that long and they're not busy at all to get cold food. We also noticed while we were there and leaving, there were actual other workers, but they were just standing around chatting and on their phones. Unacceptable. read more

If I could give a half star I would. We arrived and were seated at 2:25pm. The restaurant was NOT busy. It took our server 10 minutes to come to our table. We ordered two beers. 15 ministers later she returned to say she had thrown our ticket away and could t remember what we order. 10 minutes later same came back to tell us they were out of the beers we ordered. We chose new brands and after 10 more minutes we asked where they were and she said she was on her way to pick them up. I watched her walk towards the bar and stope to talk to a co-worker for 5 minutes. She then picked up on beer and returned to tell us they were out of the 2nd choice. I asked for at least water since we had been seated for 40 minutes without anything to drink. She eventually returned with water. Who knows when during this process our food was entered into the system, because our 6 wings with tots and burger with fries took another 10 minutes to arrive. Packed bar, too many customers to count, and they still managed to take the time to make my experience phenomenal. Sean especially was attentive given the fact he was servicing the ENTIRE BAR AREA. And Destiny full-filled every demanding request I made for our take out order and I could not be happier! Took 25 minutes to get a server and when we finally got our food and my food was wrong and the food runner threw the food on the table and ran off and didn't turn around when I called to tell her about the order being incorrect. Sat and waited for the rest of the party and finish their food until I finally got mine. Did not bring any sauces carrots or celery or even asked if I wanted any. Then the server took another 30 minutes before coming back to our table. The crazy thing is to other servers around me waited at least 20 minutes for other tables. Truly the worst service imaginable. I couldn't log into my Yelp for a while but I had to reset my password just to let everybody know how bad the management at this Buffalo Wild Wings is. About 2 weeks ago I went in to this location with my family for a dinner. We got sat after a 40 minute wait despite the place being fairly empty. After being sat for 20 minutes with no service I had to go up to the take out registers to ask if we had been forgotten. A young boy comes and asks us for our drinks and everything is fine for a bit. The food usually takes a while no matter what but it was taking extra long, everybody but my son had gotten their wings, after a while the wrong wings came out. There was a clear anger in the air from the tables around us not getting their food or drinks accordingly or on time. We could tell the server was doing his best to help the 5 or so tables he had. The weird thing was that throughout the restaurant there were about 5 other servers either walking around or standing around doing absolutely nothing. We saw the table next to us complaining to the manager in charge and we pulled him aside to talk as well. Right away we could tell he was rude, we complained and asked why one server was serving 5 or so tables while there was clearly plenty of servers standing everywhere, he chuckled and literally said "Hm, we'll have to talk with him and make sure he does a better job next time since he did such a bad job, this will be a big learning lesson for him." but he misunderstood, we explained that it wasn't the server's fault, it was a collective fault and possibly mostly the manager for choosing to run things so poorly and not helping his clearly struggling employee. He then actually said "so what though? What do you want me to do about it?" We were thrown back in disbelief and continued to argue back and forth instead of him apologizing and moving on, we weren't even looking for anything but acknowledgement on poor management. We pulled the young server aside to give him a personal tip and explain to him to keep going and not give up and that we were sorry that his unprofessional me prideful manager would more than likely try to throw the whole issue on him to keep himself out of hot water and he began to cry, we felt so bad that he was in this stressful and unfair environment and that he clearly needed encouragement. The manager's name was something like Nick or Nicholas and he was the most unprofessional manager I've ever seen, rude and throwing his employees under the bus just to save his own skin is the last thing a manager should do. Good is typical BWW so can be good or terrible at any random time. Service is pretty good if you sit at the bar but can get pretty thirsty waiting at a table. Also don't put on any boxing if you're coming to watch a fight. They do show UFC but boxing isn't good enough in their eyes to make the cut. read more

We ordered this morning at 9 am for today at 3:40 we ended up not getting our food until 4:25 (5 minutes before kick off).
