I really like BWW, but I've finally gone to this location for the last time. The last two visIts, both on Saturday nights (when you would expect it to be busy), they have been understaffed in the kitchen and our food took over an hour to arrive. Tonight, we unknowingly came in on a UFC fight night. It wasn't on when we arrived, but after we were settled and waitIng for food, they turned it on just about every TV. My 4 and 6 year olds were very upset to see adults punching each other until they were bloody on giant televisions right in front of their faces every direction they looked. We finally talked to a manager and got our order to go. The manager, Lori, was friendly and apologetic. Unfortunately, when we got home, they had not put the kids' meals in the to go bag. So after spending an hour waiting on food, in a very LOUD restaurant with violent content on all TVs, we still ended up microwaving frozen nuggets for our kids - not exactly the fun family dinner outing we expected. It would have been nice to get a heads up or warning when we arrived that it was a fight night, so that we could have made a decision to come back another time, and leave the table for someone who wanted to watch the fight. read more

I had to get up to find silverware for our table (it's next to the soda machine if anyone needs it!). I haven't been to this place in at least 2 years and will never go back. No one ever checked on us, cared about our meals... service was TERRIBLE. If you want chicken, go across the street to ChickFilA and pick up your cocktails at DaveCo. We had a horrible experience here and have no plans of returning. It took us over 40 minutes to receive our food after ordering. We were constantly waiting for drink refills, silverware, anything. The food wasn't great. My husband liked his wings. I got a chicken salad and the chicken was rubbery, cold and not freshly cooked. The kids meals were so small they were more of a snack for kids. Our kids were in disbelief when they arrived and said "is this all we get?" It wasn't enough food. They are only 6 so they don't eat that much to begin with. Ridiculous prices for the amount of food. I ordered BWW last night. I ordered a side salad, hot boneless wings, & a regular order of fries. When the food was delivered to my house, there were no fries & the ranch dressing that came with the wings was all over the bag. I called about the missing fries and they repeatedly asked me to come and pick up the fries (I ordered delivery for a reason, why would I go pick up the fries?). When I told them I wouldn't go pick up the fries, they said they would send me a voucher for the price of the fries. 24 hours later, I haven't gotten the voucher & I didn't get the fries. I only sat at the bar so I'm unsure of how an actual dining experience may be. But from a bar perspective, I had what I'd consider an A- experience. The drinks I ordered came quickly and food was a little slow but it came fresh and correct so I'll take it. What did it for me was the customer service! My bartender was Shawn (or Sean not sure those name tags are small) and he had the absolute best attitude!!! I've never seen someone actually smile while doing something simple as wiping down. I went to this location with a friend of mine and we were told there was a wait, the greeter said it would be 10 to fifteen minutes, the text said 5. I watched three families walk in after we got there and they all got seated, we decided to go wait inside and two women went in and were immediately seated. We promptly left and I never received the text to notify me that our table was ready. I'm getting sick of the racism and sexism in these businesses. I don't even know why I keep coming here. Each time I promise myself it will be the last and I keep on returning. I'm addicted to wings; you see, but the service here is TERRIBLE!!!! There's two good servers and that's about it. They always make you wait to be seated even when tables are available. They take forever to even get your drinks, and getting your food is agonizing. So I went there for lunch today, the food was as good as always. However once again the service here just is not good at all. It's only got one or two people running around serving people and a bunch other people stand around doing nothing. Wait staff not making eye contact with the customer to see if they actually reading. I don't know why it's so hard to keep an eye on your customers and make sure the drinks are refilled. It's sad, because I would love to go here more often but I always get frustrated by the lack of service. It just does not seem to be getting any better. read more

This place is always understaffed. Food came out wrong and we just dealt with it and ate because our server, who was also the bartender, was getting her butt kicked. She came by to check on us, but we were already done eating. We sat there for an additional 10 minutes, then she came by once more to say we had to wait for the manager to correct the bill. No joke, 10 minutes later we finally got the bill. No manager in sight, host is running the food, so she wasn't upfront to greet anyone. I lived near this BWW for almost 2 years, and never once went. I think it's because it's very rare I'll go to Buffalo Wild Wings-I'd been once to a different location to watch a Broncos game, but that was it. I considered this location in particular because I set up a work fantasy football league, and we were looking for somewhere to draft and have some beers. A co-worker of mine threw out BWW in general, and we landed on this restaurant in particular because it was close to the office and also neutral to where everyone lives. I was hesitant to come here given the incredibly "meh" reviews that said the food was bad and the service was worse. But i figured what the hey-they have wifi, people wanna come here, and we can get some beer. So we landed on this spot. Four of seven of our group arrived around 5 PM on a Thursday to hopefully get a table together. After deliberating between the open seating bar area and the "dining room", we decided on the bar area since they had no problem at all with us pushing some high tops together. Both the bartender and a server in the bar area were super chill about it and said no problem, even without our whole group there. So a good start, and it only got better! Our server was fantastic-I wish I had remembered her name so I could give her credit. She came right over to get our drink orders and had our drinks out pronto, and was just as quick to ask the people who joined later what she could get them to drink. We each ordered our own food. I went with the "snack"size order of mild boneless wings (8 pieces, more than enough for me) and some french fries. Both came out pretty quickly. The fries were a little "meh" but then again, who gets fries at a wings joint? They certainly weren't bad enough to complain about. The wings were great-crispy, just mild enough, and plentiful for the price. Their draft selection is surprisingly great and includes everything from Bud Light to Lagunitas. Their wifi is super strong and fast-seven of us were on and connected right away, and had no issues as we drafted for a little over an hour. Big bonus points! The manager came to check on us and was super nice and friendly, and even chatted with us some about our draft. Our server was really fantastic. She checked in at all the right times, asked if we wanted another beer when were towards the end of one, all the good stuff. The most impressive part to me is that she provided separate checks for seven of us without us even having to ask! Maybe I just struck the jackpot on my visit here, but I was very pleasantly surprised. They made our draft a very fun and easy experience and I really appreciated it. read more

Two times in a row, with to-go orders, it took over an hour, the orders were wrong, the food we did get was cold, and they were rude at every point. I hate leaving bad reviews but after losing over $100 to poor experiences twice, I think it's best to suggest people go support somewhere who wants your business, this location clearly could care less. read more

We have gone to this location very often over the past few years and up until recently have had mostly good experiences (would have rated it 3 stars). Recently, however the service has seriously tailed off to the point where 3 of the last 4 visits have gotten progressively worse. First, we just had a poor/inattentive waiter who made a couple of mistakes and was supposedly new. We gave this one a pass. Next time, a few weeks later we had the same waiter and he made about 5 mistakes, most of which individually would not have been that bad but the sum total was a pretty poor experience and a clearly uninterested server. The manager happened to come over and ask us about our experience so we told her and she was really good and gave us a $20 certificate. Then, today was the last straw. We walked in and were seated and it was clearly FAR, FAR LOUDER than it normally is (the speaker system, not the patrons). It was so loud that our 5 yr old daughter began crying. The waitress noticed her crying and said "I know it is loud isn't it". We then asked if they could possibly lower it so that people could still hear the game but didn't BURST CUSTOMER'S EARDRUMS and she said that "it was always like this on Sunday Night" instead of offering to see if they could lower it. This infuriated me since we are in there *all the time* on Sunday nights and we *know* it is never this loud (loud but not excruciatingly loud). We then asked to speak with her manager and she didn't want to tell us so we walked out. Bottom line is that there are places with better food and servers who actually make an effort to make you think they are trying to care even a little. read more

My son was given the wrong drink, my girlfriend had to ask twice for sugar for her tea, ten minutes after we ordered our food she came back to tell us that she was JUST told they are out of boneless wings. We only had one bad experience (the guy at the door acted like we were an imposition) but the show of seeing the manager angrily kicking out 3 people made up for the door attitude. (Dinner and a show). The people there (excluding doorman) are upbeat and seem happy to help. We belong to their club. We get freebies after spending so much there. This location is by far the worst I have ever been to. I sat with my family(of only 6 people) and waited ver 30 minutes for a glass of water and a few beers. We were sitting in the bar area, with maybe 10 other people, and we were basically ignored by our server. When she did take our order,she got 3 of the beers wrong,and still didn't bring me a simple water. I finally walked up to the server station and had to get myself a drink. After about an hour and a half of waiting on drinks,she finally asked us what we wanted to eat. We then proceeded to wait ANOTHER hour for our food to come out,and when it did, it was all cold, and half of everything was wrong. Wrong sauces, portions, and wing style. We all ordered traditional and everything that was brought out was boneless. Our appetizers were also wrong. She told us that they were out of marinara sauce for our cheese sticks when they actually weren't. My experience at this location was the worst I have ever had. I highly recommend NEVER eating here. We started coming here when football season started in order to be able to watch Redskins games. (we're DC area transplants. We can't help it.) Fortunately most of their games did NOT coincide with Broncos games, so we got always got there bright and early and begged for one of the big TVs at the bar to be tuned to our preferred game, and they were always accommodating. Service was decent, every once in while you'd get a clueless server, but since we were never in a rush it didn't matter much. We had a few servers who recognized us and what we tended to order, so obviously we're eating there too often. The bar chairs are really uncomfortable, but that's probably on purpose! Food varied widely. I didn't care for the salsa, but the mozzarella sticks are fantastic. The flatbread pizzas are pretty horrible, but I did fall in love with the buffalito wraps (with a lemon pepper rub, very nice!). I still haven't found a favorite wings sauce yet. I keep expecting to like the parmesan garlic, which turned out to be better the second day but not what I was hoping for. If you're not planning to watch a Broncos game, do not go while one is airing, because OMG you will be caught up in an insane noisy raging wave of orange and blue fandom. read more

By far the worst service I have ever had. I have been a bartender/server for 3 years and I have never once left in the middle of service and asked a manager for my bill. First off, we were never greeted at the door. My sister stood at the front door for over 5 minutes to be seated before just walking to the bar area and seating us at a table. We sat at our table for 8 minutes waiting for anybody to even say, "we'll be right with you." Keesha, our "server" finally "greeted" us but thought it was more important to flirt and bat her eyes with the 15 men at the table across from us than to actually serve us. We asked for refills of water (took 10 minutes initially) FOR WATER, she slams the water cups down at our table. But wait, it gets better. As we stood up to go to the "to go" station to pay and leave, the 15 men were saying, "oh look, they're leaving." Meaning that she decided to go to their table and talk crap about OUR table. As we were walking to the front to pay, she hollers behind us: "ARE YOU GUYS GOING TO PAY??" Of course we were. We are all civil and work in the restaurant industry. We got our receipt and saw that we were still charged for the food we DID NOT RECEIVE. When we asked for samples of beer, we did not know that they charged to taste a half an ounce of beer. Whatever. Not a huge deal. Like I said, we all work in the industry, and sometimes people forget to mention that kind of thing. We asked to take off the food we didn't receive and the beer samples. The manager, Dee, took off our food and beer samples but acted like we were very unimportant and not worth his breath. Granted, he gave us coupons to "please give them another chance," only after my sister went back inside to talk to him about how horrible we were just treated. We have all lived in Erie our whole lives and have been to this BWW hundreds of times over the years. I moved to California 6 months ago and we decided to go to BWW to revisit our favorite place during my visit. I leave tomorrow to go back home and, I'm so sad by the way tonight played out. My warning to everybody is that if you decide to go this BWW, please do, as they have awesome food. But request anybody other than Keesha. I had been coming to this location for a few years but I won't be returning again. My friend & I came in at 9 pm on a Wednesday night & the restaurant was pretty empty. We sat at a bar table for a few minutes before our server (Taylor) took our beverage order. At that time, I also asked her if she could bring me a sample of their new wing sauce. Almost 10 minutes later, she brought our drinks back. Another 15 minutes went by before she came back to take our order. After ordering, I asked if that sauce was ready & she told me she forgot. 40 minutes later, our food came out. As Taylor was placing the food on the table, she dropped half of it on the floor. This included half my friends wings and all our dipping sauces. We felt awful and offered to help- we've both worked in the restaurant industry before. 15 minutes later, another server asked us if we needed anything & we told her what we were missing. 10 minutes after that, the manager, Jeremiah stopped by the table and apologized for the inconvenience & asked what we were missing. We were told it would take roughly 8 minutes for the rest of my friends wings. We got our dipping sauces shortly after that. The wings we had were cold by the time they got to us & I found a human hair in one of my wings. My friend finished the half of the meal he had in 25 minutes before waving the original server down & asked for the check since he never got the rest of his wings. On the check, nothing was comped & we were still charged for the order my friend never got. 15 minutes after we received the check, the server came back by & we explained our problems. The server told us she would take care of it and took $2.00 off our check. 10 minutes later, the manager came back & asked what additional concerns we had. He seemed frustrated with us but said he would comp. some of the bill for us. We waited for 25 minutes after that and still didn't get the second check. We had to wave the manager down again to which he promptly retrieved our half comped check for us. This was the worst experience I have ever had at any Buffalo Wild Wings! The ONLY reason I rated it two stars instead of one is because of how accommodating the manager tried to be with us. Otherwise, the server and the overall service deserve no stars. read more

We ordered the pretzel knots which we've had before and were great. Twice they came out half frozen and hard so we cancelled those and ordered wings. The wings came out cold and barely edible but at that point we didn't want to send something else back so ate them.
