We were staying at the nearby Hyatt hotel and my husband went to this place because it was in walking distance. He ordered 15 large wings and got twelve small wings. They had no menu. When you scan the QR code, the internet was super slow and the menu wouldn't come up. Here's the kicker. They charged him $27.00 U S dollars for this order, 439 pesos! Even in the US these wings don't cost this much. The receipt has duplicate lines of the two flavors of wings, I will report them to PROFECO for not having a working menu with prices posted, and for overcharging! Update: My husband went back with the receipt and as he started telling the manager the story, it was as if he heard it before. I was really hoping the Buffalo wild wings in TJ would be better but it wasn't sadly. On a positive note, there wasn't a bunch of screaming ass kids like there is in the United States. Likely will never go to another Buffalo wild wings ever. What I can't seem to understand is why Buffalo wild wings put so much effort into visually creating a nice place to hang out as well as really nice packaging for it to go orders but they let the customer service on the quality slide. It's brand new, the patio is a great spot to watch sports, drink beer, eat wings, and check out the city. Unlike the US they have COCA COLA so that's worth an extra star and a half! We got here around lunch on a Sunday and it was fairly packed, parking lot was full so we found street parking. They immediately found the games we wanted on tv and we ordered quickly: blazing, salt and vinegar. They don't have curry unfortunately but maybe they'll have regional exclusives read more

This place is no different than any of the BWW's in the USA. It's just as good and the atmosphere is just as exciting. If you enjoy American football this is like one of the only places I could find that played all the games. Highly recommend the garlic Parmesan. Great beer selection also. The fries do taste different, not in a bad way. Just different than ones I've had in other American locations. read more
