Food was extremely slow to come out and one of the orders was completely wrong. An hour had past by the time they finally got the last meal correct and everyone else had already finished. Drink orders sat up at the pass for 20+ minutes just sitting there. Had to get the server to go get them after trying to get a different server to grab them who even talked to the manager and still no action. Poor service overall. The restaurant was a complete mess, trash from the previous patrons all over the place and sitting new patrons without cleaning up. The bathroom was flooded and the person was cleaning off the mop in the eating area. Manager was completely absent and just clueless. Absolutely terrible. The wings here are no where near as good as Firewings or WingStop, yet their prices are even higher than both locations. The hubby was craving Buffalo Wild Wings so we ordered delivery through the website. Order was incorrect upon delivery. Kids meal didn't have a drink nor salad as ordered despite calling to make absolutely sure they got it right. When you have a kid who prefers salad to fries then you definitely want the salad not the cold soggy fries they delivered. Husband's wings were ice cold and not double dipped. All in all a disappointing night. I get when you order delivery it won't be piping hot like in store but from door to store it took the delivery driver 6 minutes so can't really blame him. read more

We went there after a football game. The restaurant was almost empty and the hostess seemed annoyed I asked for a table. All food but mine arrived....which was just a burger. Everyone was almost done with their food and I asked the waitress to just cancel my order. Another 5 minutes goes by and she says the food is done if I want it. I said sure. I just packed it up. Now where do I begin. There were two separate occasions where I was highly dissatisfied at this specific Buffalo Wild Wings but hesitated to write a review until after the second occasion. First occasion: My boyfriend and I arrived in a group and eventually were seated. The issue was not with the food but with the waitress, Cheyenne. She was continuously touching, patting, and brushing against my boyfriend. I'm not saying once or twice I'm saying every time she would pass him and only him. It wasn't until later that he told me what had happened that he was made uncomfortable by it. Don't know if she's ever heard of "Keep your hands to yourself" but that brings it to another level. C'mon girl, you're at work let's be professional. Second occasion: It was a busy night and long waits were expected so there was nothing unusual there. First issue with this experience was my drink order. I had ordered a Fresh Margarita with sugar on the rim (a simple request one would think) and was instead served some pink drink with salt inside of the drink as well as around the rim. I didn't mention anything and thought to myself, "It's busy. Probably won't happen again." And continued to drink my salty drink. Next issue was when my boyfriend asked if he could add a special request to his order. The waiter, Bartolo, said he would double check to see if they could make it the way he asked and would let us know. He never came back to tell us anything but arrived with the normal order; no special request. The least the man could do was let us know that they weren't able to complete the special request. In the middle of all that I had ordered a mac and cheese with "Mild" for the sauce on the buffalo chicken. Waiter confirmed the sauce I wanted but yet came out with a child portion of mac and cheese. I let him know that wasn't what I ordered and he came back later with a plate of the mac and cheese. Upon further inspection the plate did not look washed (it was foggy with some old food debris still on the rim of it) and there was a hair on the rim of the plate. I told the waiter about it and he said he would get another one. It took so long that I had to order it to go. Come time to pay the waiter takes my card and returns with my receipt and no card. Where's my card at bro. When I realize, I walk up to the desk up front and a minute later I see him walk up, notice us, and turn right back around. Okay sir I get you've been having a hard night but you gotta deal with your mess ups. I then am forced to wait another five minutes for someone else to notice I was standing at the desk and tell them I never got my card back. He calls the waiter who waited on us and finally returns my card back to me and I am able to leave. I've been a waitress before so I know the stresses of the job but these actions were unnecessary and/or unprofessional. Everything from the food, to the service, to the cleanliness of the restaurant was very disappointing. We were directed by the host to go sit in a booth. No one accompanied us. We were not given menus or met at our table by anyone. We sat and waited a few minutes but no one came to serve us. We noticed the small QR code stuck to the edge of the table. I scanned it and the link required me to enter my personal information before I could order. No thank you. I'm just trying to order dinner. I don't need to be signed up for a million unwanted advertisements. Eventually a waitress came to us and took our drink order. I ordered an 805 and she said "let me see if we have it". Luckily they did. Then my husband ordered Iced Tea and was informed they are "still" out of iced tea. I asked if we could please see a menu and she referred us to the QR code on the table. I told her I'm not comfortable with sharing my personal info, so she went to "find" us a menu. After we ordered, it took quite a while for our food to arrive. My food was warm at best and clearly looked like it had been sitting for a while. My husband's "saucy chicken sandwich" made us literally laugh out loud. It was incredibly small, and consisted of 2 buns and one piece of breaded chicken sprinkled with some seasoning on top. Check out the picture. The bathroom stall was missing toilet paper and seat covers. The sink had some gross brown build up under the paper towel dispenser. Then came the worst part: our exorbitant bill. We had 1 "saucy" chicken sandwich with fries, wing combo with fries, 2 beers and 1 strawberry lemonade. The total was $64!!! It was basically a very expensive fast food meal. NEVER again. Service was slow. Workers were too busy talking to other co workers that were apparently off. We're sitting at our tables for a good 20 minutes until we got our server who finally brought us waters. I went to use the bathroom right after the waiter came and man it was filthy. I don't understand why they don't have cleaning duties or how the employees can go in there and use the restroom and wash their hands with how filthy it was. You have plenty of staff standing around eating food off of their co workers plates when you could easily send one of them that's standing around to clean the bathroom. Next time I feel like eating Buffalo Wild Wings I'm going to take the time to drive another 20 minutes to the Modesto spot because this turlock spot is horrible. The most irritating thing was when the few workers hanging out at the co workers table that was off. The workers would look around at every table especially mine that didn't have any drinks and just continued eating. Don't get irritated when you don't get a tip if you're going to be this way. Son and I continued our quest to try as many hand-breaded chicken sandwiches as we can. We decided to try BWW's because their chicken sandwiches looked very good on recent ads we saw. We wanted an appetizer also, so we ordered the street tacos (based on our waitress recommendation). After quite a wait, the appetizer arrived and they were very tasty. Now it was time for the chicken sandwiches we came for. My son went with the Southern Classic and I ordered the Nashville Hot variety. Eager anticipation was met with MAJOR disappointment. Both sandwiches were overcooked and came with a side order of fries that were barely edible because they had so much salt on them. My sandwich was supposed to come with coleslaw on it, but that was basically a few shredded carrots and cabbage thrown on the bottom. Bad food can sometimes be overcome with great service, but I think the waitress was so excited that we were happy with her appetizer suggestion, that she forgot to bring silverware. We had to ask for ketchup and she didn't refill our drinks until we were completely done eating. I can honestly say these have been the worst chicken sandwiches my son and I have tried. In fact, my son ended up on the toilet right after we left the place! Not a good experience at all. Not a great visit! We got seated and they took our drink order. Then people on both sides of us got seated and they took their drink order. They got their drinks and we still didn't have any. Our waiter was talking to everyone at the bar and served the people around us. Eventually I had to go to the bar to ask for my drinks. He then asked me what i had ordered. We ordered an appetizer and our food before the tables next to us. The other tables all got Howe food before us. They finally brought out our food and it was cold. Also, we never got the appetizer! We told them we didn't get it and the waiter said, "oh, I saw it sitting back there I'll go get it now". At this time we said no thank you we didn't want it anymore since we were already eating. This place has severely gone downhill in the past year... and no not because of Covid. This establishment lacks customer service skills and doesn't ever seem to want to seat anyone or take orders after a certain time even though they are clearly open for a few more hours. We have attempted to eat here a couple of times over the past few months and never seem to be able to get a table (even when arriving right when they open), the wait is over one hour (and the place is empty), or they are no longer seating anyone 2 hours before closing. We've ordered to go and that was a disappointment. The food was cold and it was apparent it wasn't fresh when we received it or just looked like leftovers from someone else's order. The management team stands around and talks to each other and doesn't bother to acknowledge any guests, tables do not appear to be sanitized properly (watching people being seated at dirty tables), and their employees do not seem to know the meaning of customer service. Got home which was 5 minutes away and the food was so cold and the wings were hard as if they had been sitting there for a while , I think they need to get their times right with pick up orders . I haven't been to this Buffalo Wild Wings location since my last review which was 5 years ago. Buffalo Wild Wings needs to get its YOU KNOW WHAT TOGETHER! I wanted to give it another chance so my friend and I came in to get the bottomless boneless wings and fries deal. We got to the restaurant at about 7:45pm and there were people waiting outside, but there were only about 5 tables sat and the rest of the restaurant was open tables. That means they're SEVERELY understaffed which they have no excuse for because many people need jobs and clearly they need workers. We got quoted an hour and a half which was fine because we really wanted the boneless wings so we just walked around the strip mall for an hour and a half, and they never contacted me about our table. We got frustrated so we went to Red Robin instead and had excellent service AND a free appetizer. We were in and out of Red Robin and Buffalo Wild Wings still never contacted me about our table. I am writing this review on the next day after we went, and they still haven't contacted me saying our table is ready. So either we were never on the waitlist, or the host at the front just took us off the waitlist without saying anything which is extremely unprofessional and rude because we wasted a lot of time when we could have just gone somewhere else to eat in the first place. I'm tempted to call them today and ask where I'm at on the waitlist because that's just so unacceptable, a multi billion dollar company being this way. I went here with my friends on a Monday night for what was supposed to be a fun endless wings and fries night. After nearly an hour, three of us still had not even received our inital order because they kept sending the server out with the wrong wings. The servers themselves were good, a little slow but they at least tried to make the experience better. Alrighty we came here on a busy Thursday evening and had to wait 45 minutes to get a table on the outside. We waited 45 minutes and double checked and noticed that there has been no movement made because there are only seven tables outside. We desperately want to be here to watch the game so we waited around we waited well over an hour and 20 minutes to get seated. We were made aware that people were not moving outside although they had already a in paid so it's not the establishments fault so we understood. We were finally seated and the service was great this was one of the first times I actually got our food quick and hot/fresh.
