Shortly after, a group of about 8 ladies arrived and began talking a bit loudly while enjoying their lunch. It occurred to me that the design of the place enhances the sound (a lot of hard, flat surfaces) so for a quiet lunch, this may not be your place. After my associate arrived, we asked to move over by the wall behind the cash register. This worked fine until one of the employees propped open a door a few feet away, supposedly so another worker could carry in some supplies. I got up and closed it. The first one came back, looked at me and propped it open again, the other employee walked in with four gallons of liquid, leaving the door open, and the draft blowing. I got up and closed it again. For the rest of the time we were there, neither worker came back to pass through would have been an open door. My message, the management doesn't care about their customers (which seems to have been commented on by other reviewers). Fortunately, throughout the meal, our server was attentive, did a fine job of seeing to our needs, the food (we both had salads) were plentiful and tasty. We both remarked on the quality of the chicken, not dry, not tough, spot on. Overall, I probably won't return soon because there are so many other places left to try in the city and county first.

She was sweet and got our order in before bigger parties, but we shouldn't have to hunt someone down for another drink. Took a while to get our check, for her to pick it up and a little longer to get it back. She wasn't the only server that was MIA, the other server was also missing for a good part of time. This would help get people in and out because clearly people want to eat there. There an outside smoke area as well as parking in the back. Of all my years I've been here I've never been disappointed in coming here as it's a great to bring friends, and family.
