Well. Went back last night. New server was ok but was overwhelmed when a large party was seated next to us. Had to rely on manager and other employees to get drink refills. Kitchen sent out the wrong salad. Took several minutes to get corrected. Meanwhile my wife and I shared a small order of boneless which we usually do. Chicken was good but pieces were very small. Typical Buffalo Wild Wings. We went here to watch the NCAA final four games and have a few drinks. Our server took good care of us and even made us a round of Picklebacks at the end of the night. I used to like this place. Honestly. I usually order and then pick up the food to take home, and on more than one occasion I've gotten the food home and found out my order was wrong. It can be anything from wrong sauce to wrong sides. Yesterday I ordered boneless wings and when I got there to pick the food up I had to stand around waiting several minutes for someone to help me, and he finally told me the order wasn't ready yet. So I sat and waited for freaking ever, until he tells me my order is ready. He wandered off to do something else while I went to the counter and waited for someone to give me my order. A different guy shows up, and says he'll go check my order. He disappeared and I never saw him again. I waited for a good long time, before the first guy reappeared and said he'd be right with me. He then disappeared as well and I never him again either. Finally a lady shows up and asks if she can help me. I tell her I'm trying to pick up a to go order, and she says she'll see if it's ready. Ugh. Bottom line, she actually gave me my order, which was great because I was getting pissy by that point. I leave, I get home, and I find out that they gave me bone in wings instead of the boneless I had ordered. Oh well. I guess I really shouldn't have expected better after all the times they've let me down. I ate my wrong food, because there was no way in hell I was going back. read more

Everything was horrible. First are fried pickles we're not even hot and breading was everywhere (they downsized the size you get also) then for our food the fries were wayyyy over seasoned and cold. Very cold! Like I left it in my car overnight cold. The burger was over cooked and not how we asked for it. We had a side of Mac and cheese that use to be my favorite but now they use smaller noodles and crap Alfredo sauce vs what the menu says and how it use to be made with actual cheese. My wings were also cold and dry out . It was like eating rubber . We only seen the waiter three times and they only had five other families there. I hate to be picky, but the customer service here was terrible. Watched an employee kissing on her boyfriend and many were just sitting around. We came in and waited like 15 minutes when it wasn't super busy, just took them forever to come to the front and sit us. Then had to wait for the guy to clean off the table which I don't know why they weren't cleaning them off instead of sitting around. Also there was trash and food all around on the floor near tables. Three Stars for the food. Cheese Curds/Philly Steak and Wings were good, just not hot--more like warm. One star at best for the service (no silverware set ups/had to ask for napkins/and the waitstaff were not wearing face masks). This restaurant was extremely filthy. The dinning area had trash all over the floor, tables weren't clean or left unbussed and the men's restroom was littered with paper towels and an overflowing trash can. Horribly dirty restaurant. From the dining area to the ladies restroom. Our Buffalo Chips were so soggy we had to send them back. We never received napkins. My boyfriend's beer sat at the beer well for 10 min, in the meantime he had nothing to drink. I never got a refill on my water until I asked, and my mouth was on fire Where was the manager? Who knows. I saw quite a few servers hanging around, but never a manager checking on tables or picking up trash on the floor and on the tables. Tsk tsk We will not be back. The food here is consistently always good! I've not discovered one bad choice yet. However, the service is pretty bad. And it's sad that people say that before choosing to go- well the service may be bad but the food is good.....it would be nice to get the service up to par and really train them on their customer service skills. I'm not sure why all the "poor service" reviews at this BWW location. My wife and I have been here a dozen times or so...we always sit at the bar...we've never had less than attentive service. Just got back from BWW this evening. Watched the Texans v Jets game on NFL network, as we don't have it at our home. Had a few drinks and enjoyed the game. Just found out that not only is the restaurant ran by amateurs, that they apparently write up their employees for being sick. Not everyone can afford to go to the doctor whenever they get food poisoning or a cold for a doctors note. I'll give this restaurant three stars because I love their food. But don't offer curbside service if you're not always going to follow through with it. I followed The curbside assistance instructions and then I waited outside for 30 minutes. I finally decided to go in when nobody showed up. After being seated with our menus for a full 10 minutes on a Saturday night around 6:30PM. Counting our booth, there were only 8 tables/booths with people seated. The 3 male waiters drifted in and out the front section of the restaurant and took turns with pleasant exchanges with the female workers huddled up front close to the greeting area and restroom entrances. We were hungry, thirsty, and had picked out our entire meal including drinks, appetizer, and wings choices. No one had even glanced our direction the entire time. Food was great like any other bdubs. Came here Sunday afternoon for the Texans game. ReRe was our server and she was amazing! She realized I ordered an non-refillable ginger lemonade, and gave me a regular lemonade free of charge. She also came running out of the restaurant to stop us when we forgot our food. Good wings!! Terrible service! Almost every time I've gone, I've had a bad server. The worst of all of them was when the server was too busy flirting with the guy at the table beside us that she forgot our drinks 3 times! When she finally remembered, didn't make it to our table because she stopped to flirt some more! We were so shocked and mad, we didn't know what to do but stare dumbfoundedly! When I go to this location I always get great service. Tonight was an exception, no waiting for a table. Got sat and waited almost 20 minutes no one waited on us. They had plenty of servers. One server went to a table to check on them and walked right by our table to the one directly behind us and checked on them. Not one time did anyone say anything to us. I'm glad we weren't served because right before we left some waitstaff was holding and petting a puppy that was brought in. After tonight it will be a very long time before I consider visiting this location anytime in the near future. Huh. Something weird going on. BWW used to have a ton of reviews ( most not good). Now all have been erased. The location is old and rather run down. The bathrooms are usually filthy, and the floors in the bar are so slick with grease it's hard not to slip and fall. The beer and the TV's are good for sports, and the food is average BWW fare at best. Don't come on pay-per-view nights or you will have to pay a cover. read more

In college this was a go to spot to have a drink and watch a game, it is now the worst BWW location I have been to. The facility looks and smells unclean. The carpet is covered in food and the tables are sticky to the touch. The wings we got tasted like the inside of a freezer and were luke warm. We were there on a Monday night with only 2 other tables eating and the service was sluggish at best. Overall we like BWW but this location needs a close look by BWW corporate, it is a terrible representation of their franchise. read more

Decided at the last minute here. This time was way better then the time befor. We were seated promptly. Our waiter was very friendly . Food came out in a timely manner and our orders were correct. As we finished our meal the manager stopped by and asked if he could get us any to go drinks. We let him know how great our visit was compared to the last time. It takes forever for them to take order. 45 min later your food has not arrived and drinks are empty. When they bring your border it's not even close to what you told wait staff.
