Even a side salad and carrots and celery that the sever said would come first, took an hour. Once food arrived, many orders were wrong. We were missing a lot of sides as well and food was cold. We were barely asked if we needed anything or was never asked in the hour of waiting if we'd like a refill on any of our drinks, keep in mind we also had little kids who have been waiting. We had to ask another waiter from another section for our sauces and finally we tried to ask for our check even if we weren't quite done because we had a feeling it would take forever to get and we were right. So once the checks did come I requested she stand and wait before she left so I can give her my card already because who knows how long it would take to have her come back to get our payment. The tables were not clean, the floors are sticky, the bar smells like old beer that just sat there and never got cleaned up. The food was terrible it wasn't even warm when the wings got to my table. Service incredibly slow. We sat outside because we had the dog with us. It was not cold when we arrived but we were literally sitting outside for 1 1/2 hours. Never did report back if they had propane. Had to go in twice to ask for service. Anasely gave us 20 minutes to decide on 3 sauces. When I addressed the slow service she became defensive and argumentation. She charged us for a tea that we had purchased in a previous order. We asked for them to split the 20 drums and the flats. They said that they couldn't do that. But we could buy two 10 pieces! They said they were pretty busy now. There are maybe 12 people in a giant restaurant. They charged us for a tea we previously purchased. My husband went in to talk to her and she reversed the charge printing a new ticket. We were given a defective pen. Food was consistently cooked for the chain store. Need more staff training in service. Speaking of training need for basic first aid. Unfortunately my husband tripped and fell last night. To Rafael's credit he stayed with my husband until he was able to to get in the car. Nobody, including myself, thought of an ice pack. There was no accident report taken. read more

No one greeted or even acknowledged us for at least five minutes, which was not a good sign. The person we spoke to then turned to other staff, asking someone to cover the front since no one seemed be be doing so. Strike one! After finally getting seated with menus, we placed our order with the server, who was pleasant. A visit to the ladies room immediately made me regret ordering food. The restroom was filthy. One of the stalls was out of order and there was a putrid odor indicating a problem with the plumbing. Strike two! A family sitting nearby with several children was finishing their meal. They had a spill of some sort, as there was ice on the floor all around the table. After the family left, we watched as the ice melted and the mess remained for the entire duration of our visit. No one seemed to care about cleaning up the mess, or bussing other tables where the diners had already left. Multiple staff members walked by the mess repeatedly as if waiting for someone else to take care of the issues. Strike three! Who's in charge? I want to give this location a shout out. My friend and I came to watch the sweet 16 games. We found the service to be very friendly and welcoming. Upon my early arrival they had the Dodgers game on (didnt realize it was opening night) at first I was disappointed thinking the whole place should be dedicated to Sweet 16. Meaning the main large screens and more importantly the audio. The manager assured me he would swap it once the game began. And he absolutely did!!! We stayed through two games and had great food.
