The cheesesteak sandwich was very plain without the green onions and the other 2 cheeses it was supposed to come with

The service was fair, we didn't get any silverware, had to ask for beverage refills and the NEW cheesesteak sandwich was definitely not what was advertised.

I've been to several Buffalo Wild Wings in various states this one is by far the worst. Really bad service, and really bad food! Cold, and the fried food, pickles, cheese curds, onion rings, old oil bad taste. French fries were cold, and chewy! Would not come back to this location!

Did a online order, to show up and them have a post saying they close at 10pm , online says 11pm, then when I walk in was inform , even if I order online anything after 10pm would cross over for a order the next day. No were online is this posted. Then 3 days for the funds to come back. Family had no dinner due to the funds holding up. I do not recommend.

Came with the hubby for their Veteran's Day special. No wait to get seated as we sat at the bar. They were really busy and we had to wait a short time to get served but after that, we got our food and check in a good timely manner. Waitress checked om us a couple times even though they were really busy. Wings were cooked perfectly and sauced. Fries were perfectly crispy. Well done on a busy day

Two more tables left unbussed after the diners had left. Watched as a staff member grabbed the tip, leaving the mess.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! We made the mistake of visiting this Buffalo Wild Wings location on the way home from Reno. No one greeted or even acknowledged us for at least five minutes, which was not a good sign. Finally had to ask whether we were supposed to order first before taking a seat, since maybe we misunderstood the protocol. The person we spoke to then turned to other staff, asking someone to cover the front since no one seemed be be doing so. Strike one! After finally getting seated with menus, we placed our order with the server, who was pleasant. A visit to the ladies room immediately made me regret ordering food. The restroom was filthy. One of the stalls was out of order and there was a putrid odor indicating a problem with the plumbing. Strike two! A family sitting nearby with several children was finishing their meal. They had a spill of some sort, as there was ice on the floor all around the table. After the family left, we watched as the ice melted and the mess remained for the entire duration of our visit. No one seemed to care about cleaning up the mess, or bussing other tables where the diners had already left. Multiple staff members walked by the mess repeatedly as if waiting for someone else to take care of the issues. Strike three! Who's in charge? This restaurant needs better management and staff training. Won't be returning!

If their website says they're closed at midnight or 11pm. They're lying. They lock their doors 40+ minutes prior to closing.

We were seated immediately, which I always appreciate. The space is pretty big with a modern feel, and there's plenty of parking out front (no circling the lot like a hawk -- love that). Even though they gave us the lunch menu, we went à la carte. Ordered: tandoori chicken, butter chicken, coconut shrimp, butter naan, and rice -- all medium spice where applicable. The tandoori chicken was tender and well seasoned -- no dry chicken nonsense here. The butter chicken was exactly what you want it to be: rich, creamy, tomato-forward, and comforting. But the one that caught me off guard a bit was the coconut shrimp -- creamy, slightly sweet, and a little more mild than "medium" heat, probably because of the coconut milk, but still really good. And listen... the butter naan? Fresh, warm, and absolutely necessary. Both the butter chicken and coconut shrimp were made for dipping. No shame in wiping those plates clean. Service was great. Staff was kind, checked in on us without hovering, and kept our water filled without us needing to flag anyone down. Overall -- easy, enjoyable lunch. Good food, good service, no complaints. I'd definitely come back.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by a couple of employees at the balloon archway at the front of the restaurant, handed each of us a National Tri Tip Day sticker and told about the specials they had for this event: free tri tip sandwiches for the first 100 people, $5 draft beers and a chance to win free tri tips for 1 year. They were decently busy, so we opted to order at the outside pickup window and take our order home to eat. We ordered 4 tri tip sandwiches to take home ($43.21 with tax). When I opened up my Buckhorn Rewards App, I saw that I had an 1 year celebration reward (5oz Burnt Ends w/ Fried Onion Strings), I redeemed that with my order. At the ordering counter the had a QR code to enter their "Free Tri Tips for a Year" drawing, which I entered. Both their tri tip sandwiches and Burnt Ends were delicious! They had some side sauces (chipotle ranch and sweet fire BBQ) that I poured onto the sandwich and then I dipped the sandwich in their Au Jus which was a great combination. I believed the tri tip sandwiches are normally $15.50, but were $9.99 for today's event, it was a great deal. Buckhorn BBQ and Grill is a great place for the BBQ meat lover. Their prices are not cheap, but the quality is there. They do have some deals on the menu and specials on certain days such as $10 for 3 fish tacos on Fridays. Don't forget to join their rewards program for free food.

I've driven past this restaurant countless times and…read morehave heard from many family members across multiple generations just how delicious it is. I finally got the chance to go, and it did not disappoint. We started with two different kinds of garlic bread, and both were absolutely wonderful. I don't typically eat bread because I'm usually not a fan, but I couldn't stop eating it. Luckily, that meant I had plenty of pasta to take home and enjoy later. The two different types of garlic bread we were given were clearly homemade and incredibly fresh! We ordered the chicken fettuccine with a creamy pesto sauce, and it was fresh, homemade, and truly delicious. I found the balance between the pesto and the cream to be absolutely divine. It was the right amount of flavor without being overly rich. I wish that it had come with some steamed broccoli. The other dish we tried was the chicken piccata, which was also very good. The chicken was well seasoned and tender, and the sauce had great flavor and consistency. Overall, Pietro's has more than lived up to its reputation, and I'm so glad I finally got to experience it. Everyone at the restaurant was friendly and made you feel like family. Incredibly attentive, and even the rest of the crowd in the restaurant was so kind, and it just really added to the family-like environment. I highly recommend doing this for a variety of occasions. Family dinners, date nights, or even a celebration, as the restaurant has a few sections that can accommodate large parties. I have someone to mention that they had some televisions and bar seating for those looking for that as well. Unfortunately, we forgot to take photos because we were with a large group and having such a great time. Next time we'll definitely take pictures to add to our post. However, that speaks highly to the experience we were having. Great food, excellent service, and looking forward to the next visit!
