Legends at Paradise is our "watering hole", our "Cheers", our "lunching corner" when our cafe is closed, our "social/dining hall" for parties, and our "breakfast club". We drink and dine and be merry at Legends because the staff are that friendly and attentive and kind. When you're having a bad day, they know and they hook it up w/ a stiff drink or a Diet Coke w/ refill and pair it w/ some delicious tatchos (tatter tot nachos) or fresh chips and maybe some wings. It's all great food, breakfast is standard, but we go for the pleasant staff and bartenders and cooks and they make you feel like your day isn't shit before heading home. A very chill vibe and friendly staff. I came for brunch a couple Sundays ago. I got an egg sandwich - which didn't come with anything and seemed pretty pricey for what I got. But I sat on the patio and the weather was beautiful. They stop serving eggs noon so I was sort of rushing to get there before breakfast was over. It's a fun place to watch sports in the bar area and not crowded. Definitely worth checking out! read more

With the limited recent reviews here I'd have to admit that a bar is as good as it's happy hour, beer selection, and food. With that being said, let's talk about the trifecta. The happy hour is below a-okay. Happy hour prices are a bit high but I didn't have any expectations since... well of course, it's location. But the beer selections were pretty good. The food... I tried their "highly recommended" Thai Wings and was a little disappointed. The sauce that makes the Thai Wings "Thai wings" was pretty thin. When I mean thin, I mean comparison to a bottled sauce. Went here for breakfast after a run in PV and was very surprised. I had the fried egg sandwich and split the breakfast burrito and half stack of pancakes with a friend. I've never eaten at a golf course, so I was pretty apprehensive but the food was great. The inside was dated and dark but we ate outside so the views made up for it. Also we had a pretty large group and our food came out within 10-15 minutes so the services was pretty good as well. Would definitely go back for breakfast. read more

First of all, you don't have to be a member of the golf club to eat here. Big plus because we are close enough to walk. The indoors has a lot of TV's and seating with a great view of the golf course. The outdoor seating is amazing. There are bands on Thursday nights but it fills up quick so get their early. Breakfast was excellent. I had cinnamon French toast. The food is good but a tad pricey. There was 2 other patrons when we went for lunch on a Saturday. They have a nice amount of televisions so it would be cool to come during happy hour during the regular season. That is, if you were in the area...I don't know if I would go out of my way to come here if I wasn't golfing as well. The spicy thai chicken wings will set you back $10.99. They are fried to a crispy perfection and there is close to no batter on them. They're coated in some sort of sticky delicious napalm and in spite of their name, they're not actually very spicy at all. I forget how many you get but its a nice amount to make a meal out of it and be set. Both my father-in-law as well as his wife got them. They are definitely top notch! The club sandwich was good but my bacon kept falling out. I supposed that has to do with my hoity toity thick cut bacon preferences more so than any fault of their own. I am a bacon nazi. Their garlic fries were a hit and miss. The fries themselves were superbly cooked but the garlic was undercooked so there was a tad sting eating them and a good 2 mile coverage from vampires on the drive back. My apologies to my in-laws on going balls to the walls on that one. Overall, the club was still a tad high priced at $11.99. :o I didn't have any of the onion rings but according to the online menu, my FIL paid $9.50 for a cone of onion rings? Wowzers. Came here to watch a warriors playoff game ima Friday early evening (game started at 6 pm)it got pretty crowded so for things like that, might be way to get there early! Seats were a hot commodity! It was happy hour but I felt the happy hour menu was limited in terms of drinks. Not like at other bars I've been to. I didn't get a drink on the happy hour menu! Apparently happy hour was until 9 pm which was awesome because it would get our group during the game. I got the 4 Taquitos order and bf got the street tacos - I liked the Taquitos better (what you get looks like the menu picture which is nice) than the tacos. Later we also got the buffalo wings. My son and I were walking around the neighborhood picking up trash for our community. We live in Paradise Valley. We were done with our good deed for the day and I thought that it was so nice to have a restaurant walking distance from our home. We walked into Legends with high hopes. However as I was ordering at the register I saw a young lady with a disheveled bun in her hair standing next to my son and looking at me. She didn't say anything to me or him as I ordered but instead she waited until the cashier collected my payment. As I went back to the table my son was at she said we had to move to a different table. So we had to sit in the back corner of the restaurant. I instantly regretted putting in my order. I would have preferred her to let me know the special seating arrangements prior to ordering. Then I could have just left the facility. Sadly we will not be coming here again to eat. It doesn't matter if the food is good, if the people are not. read more

I think this is a nice place to have brunch. You can't beat the views, with the golf course out the big picture windows. The menu is small but everything I've had was really good. The price for champagne isn't too bad, but the brand they serve isn't the best- which is why I gave it 3 stars. They definitely need to change it. My daughter said the bloody Mary's were good. I have had many lunches and beverages here for many years and have never reviewed it! I don't play golf as much as I used to but I recently have started to hit the driving range again to knock off the golf rust. Whenever I am here I'll have a quick lunch or something to drink. My latest visit was a few days ago and I ordered a 16 ounce michelada along with the bbq bacon burger. They have micheladas in the can but they will make one for you if you ask. If you have not had one try it. The burger was really good but the bun seemed to have been toasted a bit too long. It didn't taste burnt and didn't affect the taste of the burger. This is a good sized burger and very messy. It comes with a side order of fries and you can choose regular or curly fries. I chose the regular fries and they were very good. Crispy on the outside. They were likely frozen but still very good! My son had chicken tenders and fries. He was happy with it they give you a good amount. Overall Legends is a great place to stop in and eat if you're playing a round of golf and to relax once you're done. The restaurant is big and it attaches to the bar which is also a big space. This is a great spot to have some food and drinks with friends or just enjoy the weather out on the patio. read more

We usually go here on a Friday and their pitchers aren't bad for the price. You should order the food here with your drinks. I had the pulled pork sandwich and really liked it. Took two bites sent back still charged. Tried French dip sliders, bland over cooked meat dry yuck. Nachos were ok of you ignore the green/brown guac. Thai wings were the best of what we sampled. The shrimp are so so. Not a great place to catch dinner and a game. Too bad as we live in PV and hoped this place was decent. I would not rent out their banquet room facility for events anytime soon. I rented out the banquet room for my brother's memorial on March 5, 2023, Sunday. Planned this event with the coordinator two months out. Met with her in person two times. The front display tables not arranged as told. Big screen not ready, not plugged in, nor in the spot I had wanted. Coordinator said she would be there to help set up tech equipment. Wasn't around sent out assistant who was in charge of the food. He had basic info on setting up tv for slide show. When came time for slide show, the tv was on timer and shut down totally. Did not know this and panic set in and delayed. Someone in audience yelled out to try remote turn back on. Luckily it worked. When another presenter plugged in his laptop for his slide show, TV not work and begin showing TV shows. Coordinator said she will be in to assist with any tech problems. No one in the room. Presenter very frustrated and went on to present without her slide show. Room was dirty. Entry way table was not set up. Had to set it up myself. Found leftover chicken bone under table. The entry way room not vacuumed dirt and debris all over. Main room dirty too. Had to tell staff. They apologized and had to move arriving guest around to vacuum. Embarrassing. Asked the fill in food manager lets check the microphone. He said it all okay. Told him let test anyway. When he tested it says "oops" batteries not working. Imagine if I was not assertive demanding a test just as guest were arriving too. Coordinator did not once check in with me ask how things going and she assured she would be there. Very frustrating. At least the tacos were good, many guest commented. read more

Atmosphere - Golf course view, casual, green, high bar style tables and chairs, numerous televisions all on ESPN, various types of signage hanging about Food - Excellent fries, tri-tip sandwich, prime rib sandwich, and grilled chicken sandwich were all very tasty. My family & I attended the Mother's Day Brunch. It was superb! Plenty of food selection and great service for an incredible price! The only reason why I don't give them a 5 Stars is that they took our photo right before we entered and handed us Mother's Day rose and then asked for our email address but I have yet received the photo to add to our keepsakes.
