Visited BWW to watch the football game. Food was ok and the server was decent. They don't give out a password for Wi-Fi which I thought was weird since I was a paying customer. Tables and chairs were sticky and I had to ask for a wet towel and the bench seats in the booths were all torn up which wasn't a good look. The bathrooms were never up to standards but this past visit was really bad. Cobwebs in the stalls, TP dispenser hanging buy a single screw, the small garbage can inside the stall was sickening and filthy and the smell was like raw sewage. Awful. Came on UFC 306 and the set up was terrible. We were sat in a corner and weren't even served for upwards of 30 minutes. There's no room in the bar area for everyone who wants to watch the fights. And cover charge is cash only $10. There's hardly tvs for someone sitting opposite to watch. The food is bland. Nice and accommodating staff. We came in Friday around 2:00 PM for a late lunch. Sat in the bar area & it wasn't busy, so the service was good that we received by the bartender. The Restaurant is clean, but not very cosy and has at least 6 huge TV screen & ample speakers are turned up. Sports themed atmosphere for sure & that's great. BWW unfortunately is seemly more like a fast food joint now & a take away place ( to goes) now a days. They really try to draw in large crowd of the UFC but charge additional fees. Think the fads over and we've found many other places that serve such better wings. We really enjoy the newer concept of some of those places doing it fried, grilled and re-tossed. BBW sticks to its original ways & hasn't caught up with the times. It's somewhat boring at this point, in my opinion. Our wings weren't very meaty, on the drums you could tell that they weren't completely plump! They sauces seemed weak with very little covering our chicken pieces. He looked annoyed and told us to wait. Even thought there was only one family seated in the dining area. We were brought to an empty booth and waited there for an additional 25 minutes while employees constantly walked past and served other patrons. It took our food 30 minutes to arrive and at this point we're beyond starving so we'll eat anything they'll give us. To say the least, the food was unappetizing. The garlic parm tasted nothing like garlic or parmesan, more like lemon and the other flavors were indistinguishable. The best thing we ate were the carrots and the fries and the fries were also undesirable. Despite waiting about an hour and a half to eat, we didn't even finish our food because of how poor the quality was. For all the wait, you would expect the restaurant to be booming with patrons but they were so slow, the section we were originally seated it was essentially closed for the night. Today, my husband placed an online order, spending $122 (TIP included), gave me the confirmation number, and texted me the receipts, only for me to go there with no order ready. The man helping us out seemed clueless, telling me they had no order in their system. After a bit of runaround, I left without a refund and no food... It seems that every time I come to this location, there is an issue. One time I was able to place an order in a day they were closed and I ended up having to go to the store and get a refund the next business day. And, don't expect to get your full order. In fact, Sunday 9/11 female server didn't even make eye contact as to not have to address we were there 8 min before we were finally greeted by server. The service at this Buffalo Wild Wings was both good and bad. I'll start with the bad I went in one afternoon and there were only a few people sitting at some of the tables. I was told I could sit down by the server in the front so decided to sit down at one of the empty tables. There were so many servers that looked at my table and walked by without coming over to say anything. Two different servers went the tables in front of and behind me without acknowledging me at all. I got up and went back to the front and was told the servers on the floor were very busy (even though there was barely anyone there) and that I could go to the other side and sit at the bar area. As I was telling her I was told to sit on this side another woman came from the back and apologized and told me she would get someone right out to my table. She came over herself and took my order. While I was waiting for my food one of the servers who had looked at me and walked past me multiple times finally came over and asked me if I needed anything. After my food was brought out and I ate and requested the check the woman who waited on me comped my order and apologized for no one acknowledging me previously. While I was sitting there I saw two different couples sit at the tables, be ignored, and leave the restaurant. Customer service could be so much better here thank goodness for the young woman who came out from the back to take my order. This was the only time I sat down to eat at this location and it will probably be the last. I've been to this Buffalo Wild Wings on multiple occasions to pick up to-go orders I placed online and did not have any issues. read more

This Buffalo Wild Wings location is so hit or miss. When they're good, its a great experience, but when they're not, it is awful. I've visited this location a few times in person, as well as for pickup of several online orders. Never once does my food taste the same. My go-to is typically 10 boneless wings, split between mild BBQ and Garlic Parmesan (or their new Pizza flavor,) with a side of ranch and occasionally cheese curds. On some occasions, the garlic parmesan sauce is so lightly coated on my wings, that it is basically a dry rub. On other occasions, it is loaded on way too heavy. I've also had a few experiences where the chicken is overcooked and dry. The same is true of their cheese curds-- sometimes they are burnt to a crisp. It is hard to keep ordering from Bdubs when the food isn't consistent and I never know what I'll end up with. When I've dined in (pre-COVID), the experience was good. The server was very friendly and helpful, and even encouraged us to try our cheese curds with caramel sauce (which sounded gross, but ultimately just ended up tasting like the sweet fried foods you would eat at the fair), which was pretty tasty! When I've ordered online and picked up, the experience is almost never good. First, the food typically takes 15-25 minutes longer than quoted online. Second, the staff at the pickup counter is never very friendly or helpful and seems to be annoyed any time a customer comes in. read more

After an exhausting day of hiking in the bay, what better way to replenish all those lost calories than at Buffalo Wild Wings? Greasy, fatty, and meaty finger foods with a nice cool beer/drink are what we were most desiring that evening! We've all had Buffalo Wild Wings before, just not at this specific location. We chose this particular restaurant because they had later hours of operation as compared to other local spots. However, little did we know that where we had our high calorie cravings filled, the great service we also thought we'd have greatly lacked... As far as food goes, it was delicious and we had plenty of leftovers to take home. My boyfriend and I started off with their Dirty Dubs Tots which had all the mouthwatering toppings you could think of when it comes to finger licking good food. It reminded me of a BBQ inspired tater tot nacho plate with tender smoked pulled brisket, a little bit of back heat from the Fresno Chile Peppers, queso/honey bbq/smoky adobo sauce drizzled and then sprinkled with some cotija cheese on the top. For our meals I got the Smoke Brisket Burger. Highly recommend! Two nice beefy & juicy patties with smoked pulled brisket layered on top along with the same drizzled sauces from the Dirty Dubs Tots and bacon aioli; all served on Challah buns - a crisp interior where the meat laid yet with soft bite of a sandwich on the exterior. My boyfriend got their Southern Chicken Sandwich. A nice crunch to the chicken from the beer batter with Swiss cheese also served with a bacon aioli on a Challah bun. He recommends this for chicken lovers! I'll make it short and sweet with the customer service. I understand we were probably the last large party our server wanted to help since it was about an hour until closing. But sorry your restaurant chose to keep their hours running late and we were starving. The unenthusiastic attitude we received when asking questions about the menu or to even get napkins, water refills, etc. was just unacceptable. This was throughout our whole dining experience. There was another server there that evening who assisted and she was the complete opposite! Anyway, won't be coming back here. The main dining area was empty so we headed back to the bar area. I asked a waitress standing at one of the registers if we could sit in the bar area. She said any table was fine as it was open seating. We chose a table close to the register where she stood and grabbed some menus. We found the beer selections we wanted and sat waiting for service. Several employees, including what seemed to be a manager, walked past us several times. After what seemed like far too long I decided to go find someone. I went to the bar and asked the woman behind the bar if the area where we sat had a waitress. She said yes and a few minutes later the manager came over. She took our beverage order and said she would be "right back with our drinks." She did not come right back. We waited... and waited a bit longer. Then our drinks came out. I ordered a shot of whiskey and mozzarella sticks... and we waited. I didn't drink my beer as I was waiting for my shot and snack. Finally the shot came with the mozzarella sticks. We finished our snack and drinks and sat around waiting to find someone we could ask for the check. I finally went to the bar, again, and asked if we could have someone come give us our check. I paid in cash because I was afraid that waitress would be delayed again trying to run my card. Next time I will skip the idea of a snack and focus on the alcohol.
