I've been to this particular Buffalo Wild Wings on a few occasions (Before & during covid) & had no major issues . On this particular night (10/2/20) I was completely dissatisfied. It was 30 minute wait to be seated, which was understandable, but after being seated we waited a good 15/20 minutes ( no exaggeration) before I finally asked a waitress walking by who was our server was because no one greeted us telling us they'll be right with us. Finally our server by the name of Tanayah came to help us & took our order which was an angry orchard, truly wild berry & only 10 traditional wings. The wings took about 35-40 minutes to come. It Took so long we finished our drinks, which isn't an easy task to do because they're so big. My date & I were ready to leave at that point & was ready to cancel the order of wings. That's when Tanayah was walking to our table with them. I told her " I was just about to cancel them because they took so long" & Tanayah's response was & I quote " I'm not the chef" & walked away. I was so shocked by her response it caused me to write this review. Even though I was completely dissatisfied from the beginning, I would've left Buffalo Wild Wings without writing a review about their service & would've came another day or tried another location. There is no reason to come here. Wings were barely warm and weren't that great. My girl went to the restroom and said it was disgusting. I could see some food on the floor under our table.. While someone was cleaning up another table they dropped some sauce on the table and floor and just left it. 15mins later I saw someone cleaning a table but didn't come to that one. Than maybe another 15mins later someone else came and just cleaned the table but left the floor dirty. And the floor was still dirty when we left. Nothing to say except it's clean, but we won't be back. We go places for the experience, and there's no experience here. Staff isn't friendly, the girl took forever to take our order. Then every time I needed something, which I didn't need anything except boxes and the bill, I had to call her (Denesia) over. I take that back I did need another glass of water because something was floating in it but she never came to check on us. She never asked how our food was or thanked us for our business. This place is pretty good. We normally come here for late night food because we live about 10 mins or so away. We are pretty typical and almost always order their traditional wings, extra crispy with Asian zing and some mango habanero flavors tossed in and they always come out. The fries though are pretty alright, never comes our real hot so it's an issue as its lukewarm by the time we start eating. Personally, I like the place, most of our servers have been great. Be warned, your wait time for service might be a bit long on most days... And forget ordering for pick up, unless you order 30 mins or more before, you'd still end up waiting for it when you leave. Nothing was lost in translation with any add ons to the order. I ordered the Mango Habanero wings (a glaze type wing) and the Lemon Pepper (Dry rub). I felt the Mango sauce was almost too spicy to really catch the flavor but the heat levels are charted on the menu for each flavor, so wasn't too much of a surprise. I felt the lemon pepper could've used more of the pepper taste and less of the citrus from the lemon. The staff was attentive when I got there with my order, although one girl had to stop cleaning to help me with my pick up because from what I overheard, the employee assigned to pick up orders went off somewhere. So this location of BWW just opened up 5 days ago on 1/19/17! Today was their first wing Tuesday so I decided to check it out since I live 5 minutes away. Now I've been to plenty of BWWs so I already knew what to expect. The food was great as it always is, however the customer service was by far the weirdest I've EVER experienced. Im going to just assume since they just opened last Thursday they haven't gotten into the grove of things yet; but what I experienced tonight will surely make me wait a few months before I return. Plenty of workers passed me by and asked have I been helped yet and my response was yes but my waiter never returned...they would then ask me, "do you remember what she looked like?"...ummm aren't certain waiters designated to certain areas or all they all just jumping in where they see fit??? Eventually, I had to ask another waiter to bring me a water as it had been 30 minutes and still nothing. After 45 minutes, the waiter I originally had showed up and apologized saying the reason my food was not ready was because the whole time she was looking for who was supposed to be my real waiter...so she never put the order in...WTH. I'm done with this location. I'm not a huge fan of the franchise's food, but the television setup for sports is great. The bartenders at this location (I've had 3 different ones on all 3 visits) are not good. I've waited an average of 10 minutes from the time I sit to being greeted. I've bartended before and that's not acceptable. Especially when not crowded! They need to stop acting like they are doing me a favor by taking my order. What a terrible excuse for an establishment. Came in with a party of two. Upon arrival, no one was at the front desk. The gentlemen standing there insisted he couldn't help us because he was security and continued to scroll through Instagram. After a couple of minutes, a young woman came and asked how many and told us to give her five minutes. When we were seated, we waited approximately ten minutes without a greeting or salutation. Finally, I got up to locate anyone working there to ask the status of our server. The young lady was nice and apologetic. However what happened next, trash. About five employees and someone who appeared to be a team lead or manager stood around discussing the issue... yet NO ONE came over to apologize or take our order.
