I'm going to try to say this in the most humbling way. Buffalo Wild Wings is a last option place. If your palette is of the finer taste! This location in particular is for when you've been shopping all day and you are starving! Our encounters with staff was pleasant outside of seatin ourselves

This is a review for taking out. I ordered their bundle menu (20 wings, 30 chicken tenders, vegetables and fries) and also one extra french fries for lunch. Ordering online was very easy to follow. I drove to the restaurant to arrive on time as the confirmation email stated expected time. And yes it was ready by the time I got there. Everything went so smooth and I was happy for that. You know their wings are always good so nothing more to say. I will do take out again and you should, too.

As I've stated in a previous review, Green acres mall is filled with mediocre restaurants but atleast at this location, the staff provides service. Can't go wrong with their chicken wings or their burger with cheese curds- the sauce on that burger is magical. It is a sports bar themed restaurant-- lots of tv on the walls with big spacious booths and a large bar.

Ok so I had to give them 2 stars becuase of our initial experience with the hostess We walked in the restaurant and gave our name to the hostess, she informed me that there will be a few Minutes wait becuase they have to set the table, then she proceeded to sit maybe 3 groups the arrived after me and I was still left there sitting and waiting, so I approached her and kindly suggested that she make a list to make it easier, she said she didn't need one. But then proceeded to sit 2 more groups before me, I approached her the 2nd time and she said "oh yeah, I'll be sitting you shortly" she then sat me and my son at a table near the corner where we waited about 20 minutes, we had to then flag down a server asking who our server was, she informed me that we were Sitting in an area where the server was about to leave.. This experience was beyond bad.. so I told them that I will be posting a review on Yelp... the new server was kind and she stepped up and took our orders. The manager then came out and asked if everything was fine.. At this point, I pretty much didn't care anymore becuase we were already starving.. I suggest ensuring that they have a physical List and maybe give their hosts additional training.

I ordered the 20 piece Traditional wings with Fries and the chicken street tacos. It was really good the only complaint I have is that the food wasn't hot and there was a new lemon pepper sauce that wasn't the dry seasoning. So I was under the assumption that it was the wet sauce nope not at. It was fried wings with a hint of lemon pepper and I was little upset the the chicken street tacos was not as hot or moist as usual. But for the most part the food was good and I've ordered from here before and will probably order from here again. One more thing there's a difference when your ordering from DoorDash vs on the Buffalo Wild Wings website. On DoorDash you get the 20 piece traditional wings with no side. But you get 4 choices of flavors on your wings. On Buffalo Wild Wings you get 20 piece traditional with Fries but with only 2 choices of Flavors. And the street tacos are cheaper on the Buffalo Wild Wings site then on DoorDash ( it's only a dollar difference).

The decor is really nice, the space is super clean, and the service was amazing, fast, attentive, and very organized. They offer a great all-you-can-eat deal, and the meats were delicious and packed with flavor. Everything came out quickly and was cooked perfectly. There are so many options to choose from, including an awesome variety of sides. We tried the fried rice and the noodles and both were so good. I 100% recommend this spot and would absolutely come back.

My plate came out hot, but my rice came out lukewarm. It wasn't hot at all, which was strange. Then, another plate ordered came half hot, meaning half of the plate was cold. How does this even happen? So we had both sent back to ask for actual, hot food. I'm unsure if they cooked the rice more or just microwaved it, as it was more on the mushy side and tasted a bit "burnt" when it came back. The other plate did come back hot this time. The food itself was just alright. I've went to other hibachi spots where the food was more flavorful, the sauce slaps and it actually came out hot. The service was alright as well, but it was a bit strange that we somehow were served warm and cold dishes. We had drinks as well, the LIIT was good and the margarita was too. In total, we paid about $140 for 4 drinks and two hibachi entrees. Except, nothing about this experience felt like it was worth $140. I'm glad we didn't take up their offer to do BBQ or we would've paid way more for a mid experience. I wouldn't come again. There's way better out there and for way better prices.

Came here on Saturday night after a Dru Hill concert in Jersey that ended early (around 9:30am), and since I had a babysitter for the night, I begged my husband to take me someplace for a quick drink since we live in Valley Stream. We got there around 10:15 and stayed until midnight. Paid a $20 entry fee for hubby (they said it was a special R&B night). That annoyed me since again, it's a neighborhood spot. Once we were in there though, the music DEFINITELY made it worth it. I was jammin. The DJ hit every song that made me stand up from my chair and dance. Beautiful, light skinned bartender (with a gap) gave us excellent, attentive service - even once it got crowded. The other beautiful, darker skinned bartender with a head scarf - not so much. That one pretty much ignored us the entire night and paid more attention to serving her friends at the bar. We ordered hookah with one guy and apparently he never put the order in because a table full of women who came in after us got their hookah before us. Once I saw that, I told my husband to cancel ours, which he did. Then a younger gentlemen who was handling the hookah walked by and I complained to him about making a table full of women priority over a couple who was there 20mins before them. He was actually very apologetic and offered to make our hookah asap. We accepted and it was great. Definitely got a buzz. Get the mango and mint. We ordered wings and they never came. Bathroom was super clean. Crowd was mixed with early 30's to late 40's - which was perfect since I'm 41. Don't bother with the fruit punch they have at the bar - they make it straight and offer to mix it with whatever alcohol you want, but it's extremely bland and looks MUCH better than it tastes. Most importantly - I felt safe. We'll definitely be back when we have another mommy/daddy date.

I have points that are about to expire, and when I tried to redeem them, I was told I could only use two free entrées at a time -- which was annoying but acceptable. Then, for my birthday reward today, the app automatically assigned it to a location in Maryland, even though I live in New York. That's ridiculous. No phone support! I Just took a party of 20 to a different restaurant and decided not to go to TGI Fridays and will probably not ever go back. This kind of broken experience is exactly why they're closing so many stores. Nothing about their stores or their digital platforms feels great -- it's all confusing and unreliable. When I try to pick my store it came up with some chicken place and when I asked the restaurant what that was all about they didn't seem to really know but he said that it was something they did with the online presence but it was also inside the app But it sounded like this chicken place was somewhat associated or affiliated with TGI Fridays. Just a huge turn As for the food, a lot of it is just disappointing. The chicken chunks, pot stickers, and many other items taste like cheap frozen food you can buy at the grocery store. Why would I leave the house and pay $16 for Tyson-style frozen appetizers that I can get for $8 at my local supermarket? It simply doesn't make sense.
