Lemon Pepper and Honey Garlic Wings

If you are craving wings, this is the place to go. Once a month, I like to set a "Yolo" day for myself. A day where I can eat whatever I want. I order the 25 piece and have 5 different flavors. Teriyaki, Buffalo, Garlic Parmesan, Plain, and BBQ. Taste: It's actually pretty good. One thing I love, they are not greedy with the sauce. I ask for 6 sauces and the women ( I wish I knew her name) will delightfully say yes. Understand there's a wait, this is not McDonalds, they are actually prepping the food as you order. More flavors would be awesome. For example, Mango, General Tsos, Jerk, Bourbon, and Chicken Parmesan with pasta sauce dipping! Can I dream? Sadly, there is no wings place in Rosedale or the Valley Stream area except for this one.

Been Coming Here For Years And I Live In Uniondale Which Is A 25 Minute Drive. Every Flavor Wings Are Delicious, And The Fries w. The Seasoning Salt Never Disappoint. I Wish This Place Was Closer As I'd Go Every Week.

Today's service is the worst I ever had. It took them more than 45minutes to make a santa fe salad .

Sucks they don't have a restaurant and you have to run into the food court to get these BUT completely worth it!

I would rate the food and experience a 7/10. One thing to note is that the restaurant has a 90-minute dining limit. Guests are expected to order everything upfront because once the time is up, you may not have the opportunity to order additional items, including dessert. This was my first time experiencing a time limit at a restaurant, so it felt a bit rushed at times. For appetizers, the Honey Garlic wings were very flavorful and cooked perfectly. The Shrimp Tempura arrived extremely hot, which made it difficult to eat right away, but unfortunately it lacked a bit of seasoning and flavor. The Shrimp and Grits was definitely one of the standout dishes of the night. It arrived piping hot and full of flavor. I actually burned my mouth taking the first bite because it was served so fresh, but overall it was delicious. The Oxtail with Mac and Cheese was another enjoyable combination. The oxtail had a good traditional flavor, although it did not include beans. My only complaint was that the portion size felt small for the price. My husband ordered the steak and fries, which was fine but nothing particularly memorable. As for drinks, the cocktails were overpriced, and surprisingly the mocktails felt even more expensive for what they offered. Unfortunately, we didn't get to try dessert. Once our dining time was up, our waitress brought the check without asking if we wanted dessert to-go. She appeared focused on assisting another table, so it gave the impression that once your time is over, it's time to leave. Overall, while there were a few dishes I truly enjoyed -- especially the Shrimp and Grits -- I personally would not return for dine-in considering the pricing and time restrictions. Spending over $300 for two people on fairly standard Caribbean/American dishes did not feel fully worth the experience. However, I would absolutely order the Shrimp and Grits again for takeout.

The owner and his wife are usually there working and they're both so warm and welcoming. They always take the time to stop by each table to say hello and make sure everyone's happy, which really adds a personal touch you don't find often anymore. The food is consistently amazing, one of my absolute favorites is the fried burrata with honey drizzle (trust me, it's a must-try!). The cheeseburger, pasta dishes, and chicken are all incredible -- everything I've had has been a solid 10/10. You can really tell they put care into every detail, from presentation to flavor. Whether you're coming for a date night, dinner with friends, or just a nice meal out, Haviland Kitchen & Bar never disappoints. It's one of those local gems you'll keep coming back to. Thank you for the outstanding service, each and every time.

They not only accommodated us but even asked other patrons to shift a bit so we'd have more space. Such a thoughtful touch. We started with the chickpea fries with smoky hummus and the crispy tuna tartare -- both were incredible. The chickpea fries were different in the best way, perfectly crisp, and that hummus had just the right amount of smokiness. The spicy tuna hit the spot -- fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For mains, I had the chopped gem salad, which was so fresh with the best tangy dressing -- light but full of flavor. I also ordered the lamb kebabs, but I was so full I had to take them to go. My husband had the pork shank, which was fall-apart tender with a rich cider sauce that was absolutely delicious. And the drinks -- my Tito's martini was perfect. Great food, warm service, and a cozy atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

Some of the breweries on tap at the time included Oxbow, Drowned Lands, Threes, and Monkish. Interest cocktail menu. Solid selection of whiskeys too. We picked up a large takeout order. Everything was packed neatly and there were no errors. I had the fried chicken sandwich came with potato poppers. Came with pickles and aioli on a brioche bun. Pricey at $21. Chicken was crispy and juicy. It traveled fairly well on our 10 minute trip from the restaurant. I also tried the periogies as well as the stuffed pepper and fries which came with a couple different entrees. All in all, definitely a tier above nearly all tavern food. Staff was very personable and accommodating while we waited for our order. Modern yet cozy atmosphere. Sleek bar with a huge counter. Large communal table by the bar. Good spot for groups of nearly any size.
